-( Behold, the first chapter where i had to use the FairyTail wiki XD )

   "What was that?" Lucy jumped, and bumped into Natsu.

"Geez Luce, you're so jumpy. Try to calm down, will ya?" Natsu did his grin to Lucy. She sighed, crossed her arms, and kept walking forward.

"You know, Lucy's right in a way. Our client did tell us to very cautious, but we shouldn't be jumping out of our skin all the time." Erza said to the group.

Team Natsu was now in the forest. It's only been around 25-35 minutes, and the forest already looks crowded with plant life. What would the middle of the forest look like?

"Did you hear that?" Lucy exclaimed again. Gray groaned, and looked at Lucy.

"No offence Lucy, but you're starting to get really annoying. Just lay off, will ya?"

"Yeeeeaaaaaah, Lucy." Happy mocked. She gave out a sigh, and kept walking on the path.

Natsu looked at Happy with a 'Would you treat her nicer?!' kind of glare. Happy looked at Natsu for a bit, before nodding his head.

Suddenly, they heard something snap behind them. It was a loud sound, it seemed to pierce the calm air. Everyone jumped, and whirled their head behind them. What they saw was unlike anything they seen before.

A creature, five times the height of Erza (at least Natsu thinks so), razor sharp claws, teeth that shone and were as sharp as daggers, towered above them. The group stared at the wolf-like beast...........

And then it let out a roar.

They didn't even have to exchange words, they began to run, the beast charged after them, it's ears pointed back, and baring it's teeth as it ran.

"GOD, THAT THING'S HUGE!" Lucy looked over her shoulder, and saw that thing catching up. She let out a 'eek!', and tried to force her legs to go faster.

"Yeah, no kidding Ms. Obvious!" Happy said, while he flew, but monstrosity caught up to him, and left a small cut on Happy's guild mark. He fell, landing onto Natsu's shoulder. Natsu looked at his friend, worriedly. Happy responded with a faint smile, and a thumbs up.

Gray turned around while running backwards, and looked at the savage thing in the eye. It was wild. Almost like it didn't have any control over it's actions. Nonetheless, Gray knew what he had to do. "ICE MAKE CANNON!" He shouted, and blasted the creature directly on it's head. The clump of ice smashed on top of the creatures head...

But it still ran, unaffected by it, and even more aggravated.

"Crap." Gray muttered under his breath. He turned around once more, and kept running.

Natsu looked over his shoulder as well, and narrowed his eyes. Full of determination ( This is now a book of references XD )Natsu whirled back, toward the beast, while running.

"FIRE DRAGON ROOOOOAAAAAR!" He yelled. He aimed for it's head as flames exploded out his mouth.

It was a direct hit, and the smoke spread around them. They looked at each other, their eyes sparkling with victory.

"Good job Natsu!" Happy rejoiced, laughter in his voice.

"Thanks Happy! Wasn't much of a pro-" Natsu was interrupted by a loud crack.

"LUCY!" Erza called out.

Natsu turned toward the sound, only to see Lucy, with four, long, deep cuts on her torso, smacked against the tree. He instinctively ran to her. Once he reached Lucy, he stood in front of her limp body, to protect her.

   Natsu squinted his eyes at the smoke, and saw the beast staring right back at him. The group surrounded Lucy too, and stood their ground as the charred monster slowly made their way towards them.

   Once it was in striking distance it let out another roar, they all covered their ears, and crouched low. The creature closed it's jaw, and raised it's paw at Gray, who was still disoriented by the roar, and lowered it's claws down right on top of him.

Then there was silence.

Natsu looked worriedly toward Gray. They may be rivals, but they're still in the same guild. Thankfully, what Natsu saw relieved him.

Erza was using her Adamantine Armour to block the blow.

"Gray, move!" She commanded, and Gray scrambled outside of the shield. The shield was able to counter a Jupiter Cannon, so surely it can block a creatures claws, and she's right.

However, the creature was leaning on top of it, not to shatter the shield, but to crush her with her own shield, into an early grave.

The group started to rush toward her as she started to kneel down from the weight, but she looked back at them.

"Gray! You have to make sure nothing reaches, or gets Lucy! Natsu, Happy, while i'm distracting this thing you got to attack it!" She ordered to the two of them.

"But Erza, you're-" Natsu started, but then was interrupted.

"We don't have time for this flame brain! Do as she says!" Gray snapped. Natsu hated to admit, but he was right.

Natsu ran to the side of the creature. Happy grabbed onto Natsu's back, and flew him on the creatures back.

"FIRE DRAGON CLAW!" He started loading a frenzy of fire attacks on the wolf-like-beast's back.

"FIRE DRAGON IRON FIST." He yelled, and started going for it's head, but it was still unaffected, and was crushing Erza to the ground. She was on two knees now, nearly laying on it.

"HURRY UP NATSU!" Gray yelled, as he saw Erza close to loosing all her strength.

"WE'RE TRYING!" Happy and Natsu responded in unison.

Then out of nowhere, another wolf ran out of the thick forest, heading towards them. Another one?! We were having trouble with one, but now we got to handle two?! Thought Natsu, in his head.

It was a lot smaller, about half the size of Gray, but looked even more like a savage being, at least to Natsu.

The wolf charged toward him, so as soon as the wolf was in striking distance, Happy flew Natsu out of the way. However, instead of the wolf turning around, it was still going straight ahead.

It was heading towards the creature that was hurting the group.

The wolf got into a lower position, and skidded below the creature. Before the beast could do anything, the wolf stuck it's claws in the beast's bottom part of it's torso. The wolf then proceeded to yank it's claws out, and ran to somewhere not really near the dying being.

The monstrosity took a couple ragged steps away from team Natsu, before it let out a yelp, and laid motionless on the ground.

The Erza, Gray, Natsu, and Happy gazed at the wolf in awe, but were soon even more surprised by it talking.

"You know, i couldn't help but be confused with all the ruckus going on, so my curiosity led me here. Oh, and just a tip, those wolf things don't get hurt unless you hit them in their weak spot, which is the bottom side of their body." The wolf began to speak, in was feminine, but a little low pitched. It reminded Natsu of how Mira's, and Elfman's voice was in their other forms.

"Who are you?" Happy asked. The wolf let out a small smile, and turned into a woman who appeared to be in her early twenties.

"Name's Zekura." She introduced.
