In Terra Musutafu, a group of Talons are harassing a group of citizens. They were creating a scene by demanding for tribute.

Talon Commander: Are you morons deaf?! It would be wise to give us tribute! When the Cyclonians take over, we'll remember who complied and who rebelled! 

Woman: Please! Just leave us alone! 

The Talon Commander looked at the female citizen with wicked eyes and moved in on her.

Talon Commander: Perhaps you'd make a fine tribute! Grab her boys!

The other Talons begin grabbing her. The old male citizen tries to reason with the Talons as they prepare to drag her away.

Old Man: Please! Not my daughter! I'll give you whatever you want! Just please don't take my daughter!

The Talon Commander walked up to the old man and pushed him to the ground. After doing so, he looked to the other Talons who were not holding the girl. 

Talon Commander: You! This old man needs to be taught a lesson! Show him why he shouldn't talk back to the Cyclonians!

The Talons begin beating the old man down. The woman watches in horror as she attempts to free herself. The Talon Commander then turns to the crowd. 

Talon Commander: Let that be a lesson to the rest of you!

Suddenly, a loud a boisterous voice calls out from the distance. The Talons beating the old man stop.

???: FEAR NOT CITIZENS!

Talon: What the hell was that?!

As the Talons and citizens looked around, a man arrives on a skimmer. He was a large muscular man with short blond hair, swept backwards, with two distinct tufts that stick up above his head, leaning slightly to each side, which cast a dark shadow over his face, hiding everything but his bright blue eyes. His uniform was an blue and red armor. He walked over to the Talons.

Citizen: All Might!

All Might: BECAUSE I AM HERE!

Talon: All Might? The Sky Knight? 

Talon Commander: Who do you think you are, Sky Knight?! You dare interfere in Cyclonian affairs?! Do you have a death wish?!

All Might then prepares his Knuckle Dusters as he lets out his signature smile. Suddenly, the citizens felt safe and secure.

All Might: NOW HERE IS WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN: YOU ARE GOING TO RELEASE THESE PEOPLE AND GO ON YOUR WAY!

Talon Commander: And if we don't?!

All Might: THEN I'M GOING TO HAVE TO CONVINCE YOU! 

The Talon Commander looks to the other Talons and nods to them. The Talons holding the girl left her go as she rushes over to her beaten father. The Talons begins surrounding All Might and brandish their crystal weapons at him. Not dropping his smile, he turns to the woman tending to her father.

All Might: YOUNG LADY, I WILL HANDLE THESE VILLAINS! TAKE CARE OF YOUR FATHER!

Woman: O.....Okay....

As the woman tends to her father, All Might looks around. 

Talon Commander: You're gonna regret crossing us Sky Knight! 

All Might: I'M AFRAID IT WILL BE YOU WHO WILL REGRET YOUR CHOICES! 

Talon Commander: I'll wipe that smile off your face! Attack him!

One of the Talons charged at All Might with his Energy Staff. All Might didn't move an inch as the Talon came closer and closer to him. When he does, All Might simply punches the Talon with his Knuckle Dusters. The force of the punch sends the Talon flying through a wall. The Cyclonians are left speechless by this display of power. The Talon Commander rallies his troops.

Talon Commander: What are you doing?! Down down that fucking Sky Knight! I want his head delivered to me at once! 

The Talons begin charging at All Might, but he is able to defend himself. As they try to attack him, All Might lands a single punch on each Talon. 

Talon Commander: What is wrong with you?! He's just one man! We're Cyclonians! We're better than this! 

The Talon Commander looks in shock as all the Talons under his command has been easily defeated by All Might as he stands over their unconscious bodies with his signature smile. 

Talon Commander: What are you?!

All Might: I AM THE SYMBOL OF PEACE FOR ATMOS! I AM ALL MIGHT! HAHAHA!

All Might then charges at the Talon Commander and proceeds to knock him out. When he finishes him off, All Might walks to the woman tending to her father.

All Might: WILL HE BE ALL RIGHT?!

Woman: He will be, thanks to you!

Old Man: If you hadn't come when you did, who knows what those Cyclonians would've done to my daughter! 

Woman: How can we ever repay you?

All Might: NO PAYMENT IS NECESSARY! I AM JUST GLAD THAT I WAS HERE TO SAVE THE DAY! HAHAHA! NOW PLEASE GET YOUR FATHER THE NECESSARY MEDICAL ATTENTION! THESE CYCLONIANS WON'T BE BOTHERING YOU FINE FOLKS ANYMORE! HAHAHA!

As All Might let out his hearty laugh, the woman began walking her father to a medical facility. As he gets on his skimmer, the Talon Commander said some words to All Might.

Talon Commander: Do.....do you really think you.....can stop us?! The Cyclonian Empire....will take over Atmos! So says the master! 

All Might simply smiles.

All Might: I WILL STOP WHATEVER YOUR MASTER HAS PLANNED! AS LONG AS I AM HERE, ATMOS WILL BREATH A SIGH OF RELIEF! YOU CAN TELL MASTER ANARCHIS AS MUCH!

The Talon Commander falls unconscious as All Might rides his skimmer to continue his patrol on Terra Musutafu. Terra Musutafu once again breathed a sigh of relief knowing that the Symbol of Peace was watching over them.
