three.
The next morning came and Bianca had gotten up at the same early time she usually did. The difference she had on her mind this time was taking up Becky's offer from the night before.
Bianca had pretty much decided that she wouldn't go before her call with Sasha, but her friend made some pretty good points. So, she rethought, and what the hell.
She'd go and see what was up.
Taking a bottle of water and a small snack for once she was finished with the workout, she checks the time on her smartwatch to see that if she left now, she should arrive at Becky's door right on time.
The fact that she was really listening to what that woman was telling her to do was a shocker, but if it meant less of her mouth, then she would do anything in the world.
Not wasting any more time, Bianca waits the time out before leaving so she would arrive at Becky's room at the sharp time she requested her to.
Staring at her watch once she got there, the moment the clock read 6:00, she knocked on the door.
Nothing.
She wasn't expecting an immediate answer, but she didn't want to have to wait for so long either.
Waiting once again after enough time, she knocks.
Nada.
Bianca shakes her head, not fully knowing if she wanted to leave.
If she started walking away and Becky opened the door, there was a stupid reason for her to mouth off already.
She didn't have her number either, so it wasn't like she could text or call.
Even if she did, she didn't consider them friendly like that.
Breathing out a sigh she shakes her head and decides to leave. She could work out by her damn self—until she spots someone who could help her greatly.
"Excuse me" Bianca quietly calls out to a lady with a cleaning cart who she knew could give a hand.
"Yes?" The woman answers her and looks her way.
"I misplaced my key and can't get into my room. Could you help, please?"
She hopes this work.
Without another word and a simple nod of the head, the woman steps away from her cart and pulls out a master key.
Silently exhaling, Bianca is completely relieved.
Though it was suspicious she wasn't questioned. She had no proof it was her room and she very well could have been a serial killer or something—but she didn't want to overthink and that didn't matter to her right now.
Because she wasn't a serial killer of course.
Thanking the woman with a generous smile she put her hand on the doorknob and quietly turned to push it open.
Closing it just as quiet behind her, she isn't interested in snooping around; but her eyes disobey the thought as she scanned the room's surroundings.
The title, some clothes, some bottles. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The only thing out of the ordinary was somebody asleep in the bed.
Now, Bianca had no care in the world as to what or who Becky did, but she only noticed things in the room for one person—and she was almost certain that she would be alone.
Even if there was a second party, where were they?
The opposite bed looked messed with, but not occupied.
Not concerning that, the one person who she was sure was supposed to be in this room awake, was asleep.
Now what the hell would she do?
Bianca couldn't lie, she was mad right now.
She took the precious time out of her routine to come all the way up to Becky's room, at least expecting the woman to be awake, and here she was—like she hadn't even moved an inch since she laid down the first time.
She only shakes her head and sets the few things she had in her hands down on a small coffee table.
How the hell was she gonna wake her?
Shake her? Get screamed at and possibly kicked? Save her the abuse.
Walking along the side of the bed, Bianca scrunches her face as she didn't even know how to approach this.
One thing she could admit under all the frustration she was feeling was that she looked damn comfortable.
Quite pretty too.
But that wasn't the point here.
Shaking her head at the thought she considers intrusive, she cautiously put her hand on Becky's shoulder and started to shake her.
"Rebecca.." she started off calling her name quiet, but loud enough to alert her.
Nothing but a silent stir.
"Becky" she rocked her a little more and raised her voice this time.
Not a budge, but an unaware groan of annoyance.
Bianca didn't want to spend too much time doing this, so, she had to up the ante a little.
"Becky!" She shakes her more, this time speaking as if she were across the room.
The woman in the bed nearly drags Bianca down with her as she jolts awake, holding a tight grip on her arm.
"Get, off me!" Bianca pulls her arm back, "you're supposed to be up already, you know!"
"What tha fu—" Becky takes a moment to properly wake up as she blinked her eyes up at the blurry figure that was Bianca.
"How the hell did you get into my room?" Was the first thing she managed to say, immediately laying back down. As much as her mind cared to know, her body didn't.
"I got help. Now, why the hell are you not up? You wanted me to come all the way here for you to not be ready??"
"Awww. Why'd you have to do that? Don't bother me when I'm sleepin'. I can still kick your ass tired" Becky complains in her groggy, raspy voice.
"Oh my god" was all Bianca could muster under her breath as she shook her head and walked back to the coffee table where she set her things down, "just get up. I don't want my time wasted"
"You've gotta relax" Becky rolls onto her stomach, "I wasn't up on time because I didn't need to be"
"And why would you not need to be when you asked me to come here? What'd you want me to do, stand there for 3 more hours?"
"No. Though you complaining about that might be better than you complaining about this" Becky finally sits up, looking down in her lap as she wiped her face with her hands before looking up to meet Bianca's eyes.
"This was a test, Bianca"
"A test. Really? Is that your excuse?"
"I'm not fucking with ya. Well, I kinda am" she murmurs this to herself, "but—yes. I did this to see if you were really reliable. You've gotta be reliable to be at the top right? Like me" she smiles a cocky, sleepy smile as she blinked her eyes closed again, "I never said I had to be up. All I required was you here at the time I said"
"You 'required' me to be here, and I'm leaving" Bianca shakes her head. This was all the confirmation she needed to realize that she was being played.
"No, you're not" Becky declares, sounding the most awake she had been since being up.
"Says who, Becky?" Bianca turns to look at her, not speaking with such a nice tone anymore.
"Says me, Bianca" Becky's well aware now as she took her sweet time to get off of the bed, walking up closer to her.
She gets so close that their chests nearly touch. Ignoring the obvious flutter in her stomach, Becky tells her,
"Calm your pretty little chest. Sit down, and wait right here" she lowers her voice as she speaks with certainty.
"Or?" Bianca wasn't playing around as much as Becky seemed to be.
"Then your time really would have been wasted. Standing around arguing with me" Becky speaks to her as she walked away to get an outfit and disappear into the bathroom.
Bianca doesn't say anything back, a small fear of saying something she wouldn't have meant as she begrudgingly stomped to sit on the bed Becky hadn't slept on.
"Ow.." Bianca hears a different voice complain and freezes, slowly turning her head back.
"Zelina??" Bianca whispers at her once she got a clear view.
"Bianca?" Zelina whispers back, just barely able to open her eyes as she peered over the comforter, "what are you doing here?"
Zelina knew exactly why she was here of course.
"For Becky, surprisingly enough. I didn't know you were in here, I couldn't see you under all that blanket"
"We room once a week. Love her, but, we need our space" Zelina ponders, resting her head back down where it was before speaking again, "I'm really that small to you all?"
"Pretty much, yeah" Bianca confirms with a nod of her head.
"Gosh. Tell me how ya really feel" Zelina murmurs as she turns over on her side away from where Bianca sat.
"Zelina, don't sweet talk my guest" Becky emerges from the bathroom almost as soon as she went in. Sporting the outfit she would be working out in.
"Oh please, that's all you" Zelina explains back.
"Not in this lifetime" Becky denies, grabbing her phone, water, and her room key before taking a look at Bianca.
"Let's go, Ester" she swung her arm out for her to leave the room.
"Took you long enough" Bianca complained as she looked back at her while walking to and out the room's door.
"And they say I'm the dramatic one" Becky mumbles under her breath as she watched her go, turning to Zelina once the door closed.
"Really? All me?!" Becky drops her shoulders and pouts her lips at the comment Zelina had made.
"You're so welcome. She loves it already, I can tell" Zelina laughs at her, "she'll be in the palm of your hand in no time if I keep up my hard work"
"Fuck you" Becky whines, "keep your hard work to yourself"
"That's not my job, it's hers" Zelina raises her hands before turning back on her stomach.
"Oh, stop!" Becky ignores the fluster she felt coming on as she swiftly turns to and out the door to find Bianca standing outside of it, calmly tapping her foot.
"Are you ready?" Bianca lets out a sigh of clear boredom as she looks at the time on her watch before up at Becky's face.
"You don't have to ask me that. I always am. I've got some real great things lined up for you. So, are you ready?"
