She went outside the room. Few tears escape her eyes after seeing him like this. She went to the doctor cabin

Yn Knock at the door.

Doctor - come inside.

Doctor - his condition is not improving.  His health is getting worse. The hole in his heart is increasing.  We have to do surgery as soon as possible if we will not di surgery then he may die soon. 

After hearing these words from doctor mouth yn world dropped. She can't even imagine it .

Yn - I am trying. I can't collect money. I already had loan.  Please save him. I promise I will collect money somehow. Please save him.

Doctor - I am sorry.  But you have to pay first.

After saying that he left leaving yn alone.
