Erza dug with her hands causing bruises and blood to drip from her hands, "how deep is this pile?" She yelled, digging even faster.

"This isn't working," Jellal said. He looked out the window, feeling the building tilting, "and if we don't get out of here soon we'll fall with the rest of the building."

"We have to find Luna first. She's under here. I heard her voice earlier around this spot."

"Then why can't we find her?" Erza asked, "are you sure it was over there."

"I'm positive, just keep looking for a few more minutes if we can't find her..." She swallowed the lump in her throat, "then we leave."

"Fine," Erza and Jellal said, resuming their digging.

"Cana..." They all heard a whisper.

"Luna!" Cana yelled, "I need you to tell me where you are so I can find you. If we don't hurry then the buildings going to fall." Cana searched the room frantically, searching for a sign. The she found it.

A hand revealing itself from the ground.

"Luna!" Cana crawled over to her hand digging her out, "I'm coming, I'm coming. It's going to be ok."

Both Erza and Jellal ran over, helping Cana dig, "I see her face!" Erza yelled.

"On the count of three we pull her," Jellal said. Everyone held onto Lunas arms, "one, two, three!" They all pulled, almost pulling her out completely, "one more time. One, two, three!" Lunas body was now completely out of the rubble. She was covered in dirt and rubble along with cuts and bruises.

She fell into Cana's arms, making Cana grip her tight but gently, "you're ok now." She rubbed her head gently, "you're ok now..." She whispered.

"They're here..." Luna whispered.

"What?" Cana said.

"The syndicates. They're here."

"How do you know?"

"I can feel it..."

She furrowed her brows, "What do you mean you can feel It?"

"W-When the medicine starts going away..." She pointed to her chest and her head, "these start to come back."

"Your powers..." Erza whispered.

Luna nodded, "I don't feel well Cana."

Cana grabbed Luna, placing her on her back, "let's get going."

"You ready Gray?!" Lucy yelled, dodging the pieces of the falling ceilings.

"No, but let's do this!" He increased his grip on his chair, closing his eyes.

"On three!" She yelled, "one!" She glanced back and saw how close the ceiling was from falling on top of them, "two!"

"This better work..." Gray said. He could feel the temperature start to cool down around him causing him and Lucy to see their breaths.

"Three!" Lucy jumped in the chair along with Gray, screaming as the ceiling was on top of them.

Gray screamed as he used his power to freeze the entire hallway and the ceiling above them, "I can't hold it!"

Both screamed as the chair came into contact with the ice. The chair slid on the ice causing them to spin out of control and tumble onto the ice. The ice stopped the ceiling from falling any further, but it blocked their exit to the outside.

Lucy coughed, "are you ok?"

"Yeah..." He looked at his hands, "I'm okay. We're ok." He laughed, "I did it."

She chuckled, "I told you you could." She tried standing but the ice was to slippery for her to stand on, "I guess I didn't think this through enough," She whispered.

"So how are we getting out of here? Are only exit is blocked now and we can't use the elevator."

Lucy glanced around her surrounding until she saw a door, "then I guess we're going to have to take the stairs."

"What's taking them so long?" Levy said, "they should have gotten everyone out by now." She glanced down at her hands, "I can't use my powers anymore so I can't even help them."

"Don't worry about it shrimp, they're going to be fine."

She scoffed, "I don't want to hear anything from you after that comment you made earlier."

He sighed, "I didn't mean it shrimp."

"But it sounded like you did Gajeel." She crossed her arms, "how am I supposed to trust you if you keep making comments like those?"

He sighed, "it was just something I said in the heat of the moment that's all."

"Oh really?" Levy whispered, "do you feel that way about me too?"

"Do I feel what?"

"Do you care about me Gajeel? Or am I someone you could care less about?"

He stared at her, his mind going blank, "I-I..."

"Levy! Gajeel!" They both turned to see Natsu with Juvia in his arms.

"Oh thank god!" Levy ran towards them, "Where's the others?"

"Lucy stayed behind to find gray but I don't know where all the others are."

"What's wrong with her?" Levy asked.

"I think she hit her head. There's blood all over her head."

"Alright just place her in the car and I'll help her." Levy followed behind Natsu until Gajeel grabbed her arm, "What is it Gajeel?"

"Let me explain..."

"You've already explained enough." She grabbed her arm back, "make yourself useful and go help some of the people who are injured." She went in the van closing the door behind her.

Natsu walked beside Gajeel, eyeing him up and down, "you ok there big guy? You seem a little shaken up."

Gajeel growled, "It's nothing. How's Juvia?"

"I don't know man, she hit her head pretty hard and she breathed in a lot of that smoke."

"How did this happen?" Gajeel asked, "just an hour ago everything was fine and now this? Somethings up."

Natsu scoffed, "you're telling me. This whole thing is fishy if you'd ask me."

"I don't know, but let's go help some of the others." Gajeel said, making Natsu nod in agreement.

"We're going to need to get to the stairs if we're going to make it out of here before this building falls," Jellal said.

"Do you know where they are?" Erza asked.

"They should be at the end of the hallway." They all ran behind Jellal to the end of the hall, reaching the stairs. Jellal grabbed the doorknob only to jerk his hand back, "What the hell?" He whispered.

"What's wrong?" Cana asked.

"The handles hot." Jellal glanced at his hand to see red marks stain his hands, "the fire spread to the stairs."

Erza grabbed her head, "then where else can we go? There's no other way!"

"There's one way," Cana said, intriguing the others.

"Well tell us," Erza said, "the last thing I want to do is die in a crappy hotel."

She took a deep breath, "We would have to take the elevator."
