More guards were coming down the hall, blocking all the exits.

"They're going to catch us, all the exists are blocked!" Levy said.

"That's not the only exit." Cana said staring straight ahead.

They all followed her eyes, "Oh no, no, no! I'm not jumping out the window."

"Yeah, we're three stories high!" Gajeel said.

"Well it's either that or get captured."

"I can't!" Juvia yelled.

"We have no other choice, besides, what's the worst that could happen?"

"We die!" Gray yelled.

"Stop!" The guards yelled.

Everyone looked at each other and groaned, "Dammit!" Natsu yelled, "we have to go now."

"Fine." Levy and Juvia said in unison.

Cana looked at everyone, "aim for the bushes?"

"Aim for the bushes." They all said.

"Let's go!" Cana yelled. They ran at full speed at the window, not daring to slow down.

"What are they doing?" A guard asked.

"Jump!" They all broke through the glass and started free falling to the ground. They braced for impact as they were getting closer to the ground.

One by one they fell into the bushes.

They all picked themselves back up, tending to their minor injuries, "Never doing that again." Levy said, picking leaves out of her hair.

"At least you guys didn't land in the rose bushes," Gajeel said, spitting out a thorn.

"They're over there! Block the exits!"

"It's not over yet!" Jellal yelled.

"Follow me." As they were running they noticed more and more guards were appearing.

"You can run a little faster Cana!" Natsu said.

"I'm with child right now! Unless you wanna carry her I suggest you run faster!" She was holding onto Luna and running at full speed, "the parking lot is up ahead!"

"Are we stealing a car?!" Gajeel asked.

"No, it's my car. Well it's not really mine."

"You stole it?!"

"That's not important!" She spotted the clear in the parking lot, "head for that black truck!"

"Are you sure that thing works?! It looks like a piece of crap." Gajeel said.

"That's what I thought, but it actually runs pretty good."

"How about we keep running instead of chit chatting!" Erza yelled.

They surrounded the car, "come on unlock the door, they're catching up!"

Cana felt every pocket, looking for her keys, "where did I put them?"

"Cana! They're catching up!" Levy yelled.

Erza grabbed Grays collar, "Gray, you need to slow them down."

"Ok, but why are you grabbing my collar?"

"Because I'm terrified right now."

He removed her hands from his shirt, "don't worry, I got this." He turned and walked toward the soldiers. He closed his eyes focusing, "I got this, I got this." He opened his eyes. The temperature decreasing around them as he started making the barrier of ice around the crew.

"Shoot it down!" The soldiers were unloading rounds into the barrier. Each bullet they shot, making a hole made Gray have to cover it.

"This isn't going to hold for very long guys!"

"Cana where's the keys?!"

"I don't know! I swear I just had them-" She felt in her hoodie pocket, "Oh here they are." She laughed, "I forgot I put them there."

"I'm going to kill her!" Erza said, while Natsu and Gajeel were holding her back.

She unlocked the car, "Everyone get in!"

Gajeel glanced in the car, "there's not enough seats!"

"Well some people are going to have to sit on someone's lap!" Cana said, placing Luna in the passenger seat.

Gajeel, Juvia, Natsu and Erza got in first, "there's no more seats!" Levy said.

"Well your going to have to pick someone's lap to sit on." Erza said. Levy was debating in her mind on who to sit with. She had a distorted look on her face that irritated Erza, "Just sit in someone's lap! we don't have time for you to think!"

"Come on, shrimp." Gajeel picked her up and sat her on his lap, "we can't have ya getting us killed now."

Levy pouted crossing her arms, with a tint of red in her cheeks, "after this, we will never speak of this."

"I promise." Gajeel said, sarcastically.

"Who am I going to sit with?" Jellal asked. He stared at Erza, Juvia, and Natsu. Erza and his eyes connected, they stared at each other for a few seconds until he spoke, "make room Natsu."

"No way in hell man, go find another seat!"

"Shut up and let me sit." He climbed in the car and sat on Natsu.

"You're crushing me!" Natsu said, his face turning a light blue.

"Deal with it."

Juvia turned around, watching Gray as he was holding the wall together, "Gray! Come on!"

He turned around, "one more layer should do it." He whispered. He made a new layer making sure when he ran to the car he wouldn't be hit with any bullets while he ran, "Okay, this is good." He slowly backed away and began to run.

"Come on Gray!" Everyone yelled.

"You see me running right!" He yelled.

The sound of high heels could be heard in the distance, "You can't leave me just yet..." Bullets went off breaking the ice.

"What the heck!" Gray thought, as he heard the ice breaking, "No one should be able to shoot through that yet."

"...I still have plans for you." She smirked. She shot the last bullet in her gun.

Gray stopped. He felt a sharp pain that made his left side numb, "Ouch." He whispered. He looked down to see the hole at his side, oozing blood. He looked up to see Juvia with tears flowing down her face.
