Goku was now a God, a Super Saiyan God. His level was incredible, I was unable to sense his energy. It must have worked.

"Shall we?" Is all Beerus asked as he looked at my brother, his hair now a redish pink color. He nodded and they slowly rose up into the sky.

I looked up, watching my brother achieve this hight.  I couldn't really believe it, he made it to becoming a God.

"Would you like some assistance, Lady Katarina?" Whis said above me, holding out his delicate hand to me. I nodded and grabbed a hold of his hand, lifting me up. He set down his boxes of sushi to hold me up, his arm around my middle. He blushed a little as he looked at me.

Suddenly the boat started rocking because of the Kamehameha blast Goku just used.

"Goku! Be careful, we don't need to end up as collateral!" Piccolo yelled then mumbled something about not being able to sense his energy.

"That's what the energy of a God feels like. No mortals can sense it. But Goku did become a God. I'm not sure if he is as strong or stronger that Beerus, but he did become a God." Whis explained as he held me up. It was odd, but it was better than staying on the floor.

"YOU SHOW THAT PARTY CRASHER WHO'S BOSS!!" and Bulma's voice was muffled by Vegeta. In that one moment, I saw how much Vegeta and Bulma had changed. They complemented each other, they worked so well in a weird way. Vegeta didn't become as jealous as he did before, but now, he just becomes down right over protective of me. He protected a lot, in more of a friend way.

"Are you okay, Lady Katarina?" Whis asked as he held onto me and flew me over to where everyone was gathering.

"Before we go see Kakarot beat up Beerus, let's get the remaining Saiyans together. This includes you Katarina." Vegeta said, I wondered what he was up to. Whis held me, then handing me over to Vegeta as he held me close as he got the group of Saiyans over in a circle. They all surrounded me, what was going to happen?

"I think this is a perfect time to pick the new Saiyan Guardian. The Guardian before has lost their power when the Saiyans were almost wiped out. There was hardly anyone to give her power anymore." Vegeta explained to everyone in the circle. "Today, I want to appoint a new guardian. But I need five Saiyans to give her the power she needs."

"So, that means I have to be here too." Videl said as she joined the circle.

"Alright, everyone concentrate on Katarina." Everyone did so, closing their eyes.

"Now, we all have to say the words. We have to say that we want her to become the Saiyan Guardian. All you have to do is state your name and say why and if you agree that she should become the Saiyan Guardian." Vegeta said and motioned for Gohan to start.

"Ok. I, Gohan, agree that... uh..."

"You have to use her Saiyan name." Vegeta said, a little annoyed.

"Oh, ok. I, Gohan  agree that Katarina should become the new Saiyan Guardian. She has done so much for everyone, not just Saiyans, but all life. She would be perfect to be the new guardian."

Then it was Goten's turn.

"I, Goten, agree that my aunt Katarina deserves to become the Saiyan Guardian. She has become a great teacher and she is nice and kind! She definitely should become a Guardian!"

Trunks rolled his eyes then it was Videl's turn.

"Though I am not a Saiyan, but I will be a mother of one, I will speak for my child. I, Videl, think that Katarina should become the new Saiyan Guardian. She a wonderful person and she has a righteous heart. She would be perfect to protect the Saiyans, including my child."

Then it was now Trunks' turn.

"I, Trunks, think that my god mother, Katarina, should become the Saiyan Guardian. She is an amazing teacher and a wonderful god mother. She helps all of us, in her own way." Trunks said, a little bit more sophisticated than Goten.

"I, Vegeta, the Prince of All Saiyans, here by agree that Katarina deserves to become the Saiyan Guardian. She has shown her strength though all hardships and though many battles. She has shown her strength. She deserves this. That's why we here by appoint Katarina the new Saiyan Guardian!"

I looked at everyone, tears in my eyes from all the kind words from everyone. Would this truly work?

"Vegeta? How come you know about this but didn't know about this Saiyan God thing? You are the prince of all Saiyans, as you so claim." Bulma annoyingly said ad Vegeta tried to concentrate.

"Not now, Bulma. I am concentrating here." Vegeta said quickly and then got back to concentrating.

I saw a bright white light rain upon me. Suddenly the circle of Saiyans with Videl started to shine in the same white light. A golden light then shined though, dancing around me. I started to float, my body aching less. My body must be healing at a faster rate now. The white and golden light engulfed me now, I felt a change. Though all of that light, I found a hair pin, a silver hair pin. I touched it and I suddenly felt a rush of power flow through me. My clothes changed, I had a white Saiyan jumpsuit, gold and white armor, a white scarf, and white boots with golden tips.

I came back down, no light around me now, and everyone looking at me. I had the new hair pin in my hand.

"You are now a guardian, Katarina." Vegeta said as I looked at him.

"How did you know about this?" I asked him and he smirked.

"I definitely knew about the Saiyan Guardian. My father would tell me the story about such Guardian. I even witnessed a ceremony, but that was quite a long time ago." Vegeta said and I gave him a hug. "Anything for my best friend." He whispered in my ear as I hugged him tightly. I then release Vegeta and went over to Videl.

"Videl, thank you for everything you have done. Now, let me repay you." I said as I touched her. The white light sparkled around her. I mentally did a spell.

"This is a spell that is going to protect that Saiyan child of yours. It's a protection spell." I said and she smiled, hugging me in return. "I needed to do this, I couldn't do this to myself when I was expecting. But I can with another, this is my gift to you." I whispered and Videl released me, she softly said thank you and I soared up into the air.

Some of us went up, others stayed behind. I went up by Vegeta, he was right on the fin of the boat. He smiled as he looked at Goku.

He did become friends with Goku, and he couldn't help but smile at this moment.

I only so far saw Goku block a blast and him flicking Beerus' forehead. This was going to be an interesting battle indeed. Especially since I'm the new guardian.
