It was night& avni& neela maa had slept off in their rooms but not neil
He was sitting on a corner of his bed, staring at his phone's screen, while scrolling the screen

N(to himself)-more than 7months have passed jab se men avni ke ghar aaya hu& since then, alot of things have changed
With time, avni slowly &steadily changed my appearance, personality, confidence level& what not

Now neither do i hesitate to talk to people nor do i wear the heavy size& nerdy style specs
My specs dont have heavy power& i can work without them too but avni knew that im used to wearing specs so she just got my frame changed to a more cooler style which, actually, suited me- from an online site

But i know their attraction towards me is materialistic- tomorrow if i suddenly go back to my previous nerdy look, they will instantly reject me

Even when she thought of changing my look a bit, she asked me 100times for my consent bcz she didnt want to force any of her ideas or decisions on me
I still remember the days when i had started developing feelings for her but i wasnt ready to accept them-even to myself, bcz of nervousness

It was a normal weekday& we were having online classes
When the faculty started taking attendance to rule out the sleepy heads in class, everyone responded
But when he called out my name, i didnt respond- not bcz i was actually sleeping with my mic& camera off
Instead, bcz i was busy staring at avni while she was continuously giving me signals to respond but i gave her confused look in responses
As a result, i got marked absent& avni gave me an impossible look
After the class i realized the blunder i had done& i facepalmed myself

Flashback over

N(to himself)-only i know how i tried to suppress my nervousness when avni was scolding me for my lost behavior that day bcz she was standing really close to me& our close proximity was making me nervous- i never felt so nervous in front of her
All i wish is that when i propose her, she understands my feelings
Thinking of all these thoughts, i continued to scroll our pics on my phone, until sleep took over me
