It was way past midnight Neil was sitting near the closed balcony of his room-silently starring at the moon & tiny stars in the sky, which included his parents too

It was after ages that he didn't have the tension of waking up early to prepare meals, cleaning the house or doing the dishes
Avni had come as the sunshine in his life he didn't want to loose her friendship at any cost
Neil caressed the photo he was holding- yes, his family photo He saw his reflection in the photo making his eyes blurry

After lunch-

The waiter came with bill
Ketan pulled out his card when waiter spoke

Manager arrived

I want to pay by card but the waiter is refusing

Waiter lowered his gaze in fear

Everything was going smooth tillysterday& you were accepting transactions by card

M- sir, we have always paid the room service staff& caterers in cash so that they can send some money to their families- especially since lockdown was started& since we cant fetch the money from bank, we are managing by the hotel charges paid by customers
We have also added few clauses as preventive measures for preventing entry of virus

K-and what are they?

M-all the people/ staff who goes out for any purpose, has to go through thermal screening before re-entering the hotel
And if, by any chance, a customer or staff is detected to be positive, the person will be shifted to the top floor- its quarantine centre for customers who cant go back home
So for the moment, plz pay by cash& if yo are gonna fall short of cash, then fetch it from ATM asap

They sighed& paid the bill by cash

When ketan eached the ATM, he saw a huge queue in front of him
He sighed but stood there

1.5 hr later-

Finally ketan's turn came
When he entered his card& entered the pin, the system showed that it had fallen short of cash so he could only get 1500😂😂😂
He cursed his luck, took the amount, pulled out his card& left

Ketan returned& told hetal what happened

K-now i will see tomorrow
What else can be done
In such less amount, we cant order full meal- prices arent in budget so will have to manage with starters only

When he came out, hetal went

He somehow opened the door &saw that hetal was sitting on the floor, holding the foot

In the next moment, ketan screamed in extreme pain bcz hetal pulled the strip off harshly

Ketan left the room to fetch medicine immediately, getting scared of her anger

After hetal took painkiller, they somehow reached the hall

But unknown to him, this time, avni heard everything
