SYSTEM/FIRST PHASE: ERROR

When did you get the idea to write your winning book?
Believe it or not, I got the idea from my dream. One day, I was daydreaming about winning the inter-school hackathon tournament, and boom! The idea came to me like a tsunami, taking all my attention!

What are your inspirations for writing this book?
Actually, programming. I am an amateur programmer IRL, and I find the concept of hacking amazing. That mainly gave me the inspiration to write this novel, along with a few other personal ones!

Are there any special dedications for your book?
Hmm? I would like to thank @Rajiur_Arian for helping me out! He always gave me up to date reviews of my books! It's actually he who helped me make this book great!

How old were you when you began writing this book?
16, and I'm still 16 XD. I ended the first book quite in a hurry.

What do you believe the strongest and weakest part of your writing is, in general?
The strongest part is the plot, and the weakest is the execution!
Honestly, I feel my execution wasn't good enough, and I will thrive to improve in the next books!

How many drafts of this story do you have? If applicable, will you continue to rewrite? If applicable, do you think you will do a rewrite if you haven't already?
No drafts, no rewrite! I don't regret what I write and will never change it, even if I get a good plot, or a good twist, I'll keep the original plot from the beginning to the end.

What is one reason why you believe everybody should check out your book?
Cause its unique. Go on. Try and find one.
I know that no one has and will ever write such a story. Maybe my first book will match with some others, but the next books in the series will totally blow your mind.

If someone were to offer you a publishing deal tomorrow, would you take it? Would you still leave your work for us to admire on wattpad?
I will! I believe Wattpad has given me the opportunity to write and thrive to be the best. I can't leave this platform! No way! You guys are stuck with me for another few decades or so XD.

When writing, do you have a plot in mind, or do you write it on the fly, as you come up with it?
I first arrange the plot from the beginning to the end. And then I write it down. Though I change some parts here and there while doing so, the main plot stays unchanged.

What, if anything, do you do to help yourself concentrate when writing?
I often think of myself as the main character, and then focus the story around myself. In that way, I can feel the characters better.
Also, I sometimes listen to songs which are not of my mother tongue!

What is the best piece of advice that you can give other writers?
Don't write if you don't have any dedication. Writing is a passion, it's an addiction. If you don't think of it that way, or just write on a whim, if you don't care for your characters, if you don't care for your readers, then you are better off not writing.

This could get very weird very fast, be honest, what, exactly, were you doing when you learned you won first place?
I just had woken up, and had picked up my phone to scroll through the notification feed. Then I was like, the hell?
My comment on the chapter showed that, didn't it? XD

What was your reaction when you read that you won?
I was like, FINALLY. XD
I had a hard time accepting that my book didn't get the appreciation it deserved. And this awards finally gave me some inner peace XD.

Do you have anything to say to your fellow genre competitors?
Well, I would like to say only one thing. Be careful about what you write.
If you write about rape or other sensitive matters in a dystopian sci-fi story, don't gloss over it and take it lightly.
Why I am saying that? I have found some insensitive writers who took these grim matters too lightly just because they haven't suffered the same, or just because they were male.
Such thing really pisses me off and I would request you to be careful while writing about such matters.
