A/N: Yeah I know it's a bit early but for me I might forget to do this on Christmas Day so for now this will be up for today and tomorrow if no one sees it but anyways this Christmas special takes place 10 years into the future and it might be a short chapter and this will contain some spoilers for the near future.

Van POV:

It has been ten years since the fight against Cinder and a few years later me and Ruby got married while drum went back to dragon world to be head of the tribe which we were all ok with it then about six years later Ruby was pregnant with twins I was so happy while it caught her and my family by surprise but the only thing I had to worry about was her mood changes at first they were ok but as the months have gone by they got worst and worst until it was her do date I was so happy she have given birth to a boy and girl we decided to name the girl summer after her mother and the boy Yota after my uncle then after a few years later when they were old enough to play buddyfight I gave them one of my decks I used to use I still could see their excited faces and now it's Christmas and I have the perfect gifts for them.

Van: Hey Ruby.

Ruby: Yes hun.

Van: I think it's time for the kids to meet my old buddy for their Christmas present *smiles*

Ruby: *nods and smiles* Yeah but before that you should show them your current buddy.

Van: Ok.

As me and Ruby headed down to the kitchen summer and Yota came running down.

Summer/Yota: Morning.

Ruby: Morning my little foxes.

Van: Morning.

I picked them up as they smiles and giggle while I saw Ruby chuckling.

Van: Merry Christmas you two.

Summer/Yota: Merry Christmas daddy.

Ruby: Merry Christmas and we're having ante yang coming over.

Summer: Yay.

I chuckled cause whenever yang comes over she always does summer's hair.

Van: And some of our friends are coming over as well.

Yota: Yay we can can play buddyfight with them.

Van: Yes you can.

I set them down and helped Ruby with the breakfast while the kids where looking throw the decks I gave them for their birthday.

Van: Ok breakfast is ready so put the cards away my little pups.

Summer/Yota: K *puts their cards away*

Ruby: *sets down a plate of cookies* Ok dig in my pups.

Summer and yota both had stuffed their mouths with cookies while I drank my coffee as Ruby washed the dishes.

Van: Mmm *puts it down* Thanks for the coffee my shining ruby.

Ruby: Anything for you my mighty sun fighter.

After a while wby where the first ones to come as summer ran up to yang while Weiss's son walked up to yota while they have started their buddyfight.

Van: It's good to see you guys after all of these years.

Blake: Yeah it is.

Weiss: Yeah after that final battle I thought life would never be the same.

Yang: *holding summer* Your telling me when Van used that new Punisher card I was surprised.

Ruby: Yup never adule moments with my sun fighter.

Van: Hehe.

As the time fly by team JNPR along with team cofv, Mitchell and Jack came with a bunch of presidents for the kids.

Jaune: Hey.

Ren: Sup.

Nora: Hi.

Pyrrha: Hello.

Van: Hey guys come on in.

I made some room for them to walk inside of the house while I saw coco holding an infant in her arms as I took a closer look it had the same hair color as Jack.

Van: Jack is coco holding your baby?

Jack: Hehe yup she is and her name is Athena.

Ruby: Congrats.

Coco: Thanks.

Jack: What about you Mitchell?

Mitchell: Oh she's do in two more days.

Van: That's great.

Cerberus: Yeah and the wife has been a hassle for us.

Van: Let me guess she told you that she didn't need any help.

Mitchell: Yup.

After a while the kids have opened their presents they were all happy then when our friends left I took yota and summer to dragon world so they could meet drum who was holding a baby dragon in his arms as I congrats him on having his child then I showed them my new buddy know as gargantuan dragon or garga for short when summer and yota yawned I took them back to Remnant and put them in their bed and made my way to mine and Ruby's room then layed next to her as we cuddled to each other.

Ruby: Did they have a wonderful time in dragon world?

Van: They sure did.

Ruby: I love you.

Van: I love you too.
