Greetings of peace!
I am pleased to have you here reading my book. In this portion of the book, I'll be clearing some things and I'd also be giving information about the reader. Please, do take note that:

-I am following the canon plot, with either minor or major adjustments.

-I seldomly include pictures, but if I do include some, they most likely do not being to me.

-The point of view of this story is from a third-person perspective.

-Take note that I use words that not all people may understand. I'll be including an index at the end of this book(if I ever finish it), which will contain the meanings of all the big words I used. I will also be putting one at the end of each chapter.

-this book is written following American English, so not all my spellings and grammar would be correct for any other type of English(e.g: Australian English, British English, Canadian English, etc.)

-it is seldom for me to swear in books, but a fair warning to you, readers. Because of the reader's personality, there may be some swearing in a few chapters. Whether it's minor or major confides in the situation. 

-I usually translate some English words to Japanese. An example would be the names of a flower. I'll put an index for the Japanese words I use unless the word is already well known or if it is a piece of clothing or an item.

-because I'm bad at descriptions, whenever I describe something completely and utterly confusing, I'll be putting a clear description of it at the end of the chapter, and if possible, a picture.

With that being cleared up, I'd like to present to you the reader's info:

Birthday: (insert birthday. Idk why, but I like suggesting that the reader is younger than the canon character in the book. Lmao, yes, I'm suggesting that you're a few months younger than Tanjiro)

Appearance:
A young lady with pale skin and a petite physique, but always manages to physically overpower a demon in a fight. Y/n has long h/c and pink hair, tied into a messy bun tied by a pink ribbon. Two streaks of her h/c and pink hair were framing her round face, while her long bangs were swept to the side, covering most of her forehead. She has big, round eyes, described as warm and comforting. Her cheeks were very rosy, complimenting her pale skin, also giving her an innocent and girly look.  She wears the standard demon slayer corps uniform, but like Mitsuri, she wears a skirt that reaches until slightly above her knees, along with a pink haori with flower patterns. She wears light pink thigh high socks, matching her pink haori, and a pair of black zoris to top it off. On her head, she wore a simple but elegant flower crown. The flower crown was made up of mostly roses and sakura flowers, with vines as the base.

Personality:
As a child, Y/n was sweet and energetic, a smile always plastered on her beautiful features.

Nowadays, she is quiet and reserved, a stone-cold expression laced on her face.

Although quiet, she can be rather energetic and boisterous with her close friends.

She tends to be unconsciously cold towards strangers, or people who she doesn't deem her friend, but as soon as you get her to open up, you'll see a softer side to her, much like her personality in her childhood.

Despite being cold to most strangers, she always softens up at the presence of children.

Due to past traumas, Y/n hates feeling weak. She hates being the one to be protected because as she remembers, everyone who tried protecting her ended up dying. A sense of distaste settles itself on her tongue when she realizes that she was the weak one, or when someone makes her feel weak. The highest point of distaste she can feel is a full-on break down about how she hates feeling weak.

Natural abilities:
•Enhanced senses
  - born with a keen sense of sight. Later on, discovered that she could effortlessly differentiate circumstances based on the temperature she feels. She also discovered a keen sense of smell and a heightened sense of hearing(yes, I'll admit, she's a friggin prodigy when it comes to the five senses).

•Excellent marksmanship
  - related to her good eyes, she is a very skilled marksman. She also fine-tuned this skill through this skill by constantly using her knives as projectiles.

•Strategic mind
  - being quite an intelligent young lady, combined with her past experiences, she excels at forming quick, detailed strategies and does not hesitate to put them into action. She does not fail to utilize the skills and level of experience of the people around her and makes sure to use them to their team's advantage.

•Combat ability/overall strength
  - before even being trained, Y/n was born with unusual strength, which helped her with her combat abilities. Having to defend herself from people who tried to hurt her had only increased her strength and combat ability, bringing her overall ability in combat to reach scary heights.

Gained abilities:
•Immense reflexes
  - her training with Urokodaki helped her reflexes reach new heights, which later on helped her in her journeys.

•Immense speed
  - back when she has successfully slain one of the twelve demon moons, it wasn't just him alone. The current upper two demon moon, Doma, arrived and intended on killing Y/n. Despite having been the third strongest demon, Y/n was able to keep up with Doma, dodging several attacks and refrained from getting herself frozen. Even though Doma was immune to poison, Y/n eventually found a way to slow his attack, weakening him with the poison. She keeps up with him and outwits him until sunrise, where he forced himself to retreat.

•Flower breathing and water breathing combat style
  -after being trained by the flower pillar herself, Y/n learned how to use the breath of flowers. Soon after the death of her parents, she meets Urokodaki and trains her current breath style under him. Because of Urokodaki, she learns the breath of water and it's forms. Eventually, she learns to combine the breath of water and the breath of flowers.

Swordsmanship:
The breath of water, which was taught to her by the former water pillar, Sakonji Urokodaki, and the breath of flower, which was taught to her by the former flower pillar, Kanae Kocho. She most commonly uses the breath of flower, but on rare occasions, she uses the breath of water, but on even rarer occasions, she uses a combination of both styles. These breathing techniques contributed to her overall agility and capabilities, further enhancing her skills. As of now, Y/n has learned up to twelve forms, including a few from the former flower pillar.

•First form: Pure Ume slash:
Y/n swings her nichirin blade forward, drawing numerous Umes towards her blade. After gathering a number of Umes, she swings her sword forward, creating an airborne strike.

•Second form: Honorable shadow Ume:
 A defensive technique that deflects attacks using rotating sword slashes. 

•Third form: The Sakura waltz:
Y/n performs a series of complicated steps(dodging attacks) resembling a waltz while swinging her sword in unison to the steps, eventually swinging her nichirin blade horizontally, the petals following the blade. When the petals land on the demon, it causes their skin to burn at an even quicker rate.

•Fourth form: Crimson Hanagoromo:
A single slash that curves and twists. 

•Fifth form: Boton of futility:
A graceful flurry of nine consecutive attacks that flow and weave in on themselves.

•Sixth form: Whirling Momo:
A technique used after or during evasion, Y/n spins around moving with her bodyweight to deliver an attack.

•Seventh form: Equinoctial Vermilion eye:
A focusing technique that raises Y/n's kinetic vision to its maximum, while using this technique Y/n perceives the world as if it were in slow motion. Usage of the technique, however, is highly dangerous, as the tremendous strain caused to the eyes ruptured blood vessels and could cause partial or complete blindness.

•Eighth form: The merciful Yuri:
A simple slash that is painless. Used when Demon surrenders.

•Ninth form: lavender trail
Y/n's fastest technique. Y/n springs into action, quickly delivering numerous slashes. In succession with the slashes, Y/n disappears, leaving a trail of lavender petals beside the area where she performed her offense. The scent of the lavender will cover her own, making it so that she isn't spotted until she reveals herself.

•Tenth form: the dance of devil's snare(also known as thorn apple or jimsonweed):
Y/n uses this form in succession with any other offense. Usually used as a last resort when chances of dodging are low. This form boosts Y/n's speed greatly. It should help her dodge an incoming attack, even when in close proximity with her enemy. This technique will allow her to move fast enough to make it seem like she hadn't been there at all. Once she dodges, the technique will leave an afterimage of her to trick the enemy into believing that she hasn't moved.

•Eleventh form: Suiren splash:
A small combination of both water breathing and flower breathing. Y/n spins around, twirling her sword along with her body. Her nichirin blade emits water that shoots towards the target, followed by a faction of lotuses, that also targets them, creating a double slash.

•Twelfth form/final form: Lotus dance:
Another technique that combines water breathing and flower breathing.  This is different from her third form because of her movements. Her third form moves according to the moves in a waltz, but her twelfth form requires her to move at a much faster pace. Having learned ballet before the death of her parents, she based the dance on the ballet she learned as a child. Y/n moves around gracefully, swinging and twisting her sword in all sorts of directions. During this dance, her nichirin blade emits water and draws all sorts of flowers towards it, collecting them until the dance is over. When Y/n makes one final slash, she points her blade at her target/s. The water and flowers take the form of a dragon(tinted with flowers), attacking the target/s.

Extra:
Despite the corps not being government acknowledged, every member is still paid. A mizunoto is paid hardly 200,000 yen, while a hashira is paid any amount they want. Because Y/n is a hashira, she chose a peculiar method to know how much she'd get payed. She starts at 200,000 yen. For every regular/low-class demon she kills, 10,000 yen is added. For every former demon moon/mid-class demon, 25,000 is added. For every member of the twelve demon moons/high-class demon, 50,000 is added.

So, before we move on to chapter one, I'd like to mention that I messed around with the interior of Urokodaki's house since we don't really get a proper view. I'd also like to mention my insight on Tanjiro as a partner. In my perspective, I view Tanjiro as the 'PDA' type of lover. Whenever I look at him, I feel as if that if he gets a girlfriend, he'd love PDA. I'm including this because I do not want to be attacked in future chapters. Comments along the lines "Tanjiro would never do that!" Or "Ugh! Tanjiro is OOC!" Are to be expected if I did not include this. We cannot prove that Tanjiro wouldn't do that, nor is he OOC since we really don't get an insight into how Tanjiro is in romantic situations. The closest thing we got was Tanjiro's scene with Kanao, so I obviously have to improvise.

Additionally, at the end of each chapter, I'll be putting a trivia section, where I'll be stating facts and additional information about the current chapter and maybe the next.

Another disclaimer, there is a slight Sabito x Reader in the first few chapters.
