Out in the Atlantic in the middle of the night, an A.R.G.U.S. cargo ship was transporting precious cargo to an A.R.G.U.S. facility in London. The voyage was on schedule when out of nowhere, a fleet of Zeppelins bearing swastikas attacked the ship. The cargo ship was quickly disabled as one of the Zeppelins closes in on the cargo ship. As the cargo ship was about to be boarded, the A.R.G.U.S. operatives stationed on the cargo ship prepared for a fight, a horde of Nazi Vampires swarmed them. The A.R.G.U.S. Operatives were overwhelmed and slaughtered by the Nazi Vampires. As the deck was cleared, the Major enters the ship with the Doctor and the Captain by his side. They then make their way to the lower decks of the ship where they stand before a containment box. The Doctor then inspects the box.

Doctor: It's here.

Major: Wunderbar! Have the men load it onto the Deus Ex Machina.

Doctor: Amanda Waller won't be none too pleased when she finds out, Herr Major.

Major: Let Waller send her little Suicide Squad after us! It will make little difference.

With that, Millennium had acquired a powerful object. Meanwhile at the A.R.G.U.S. Headquarters. Amanda Waller quickly gets word on the raid on the cargo ship. Most importantly, Waller was briefed as to what was stolen.

Flag: According to the ship manifest, the cargo ship was transporting....the Necronomicon Ex Mortis.

Waller: Christ. As if Millennium alone wasn't a major threat, that fat little toad will no doubt use it for his twisted little war. An full blown apocalypse.

Flag: Shall we contact the Hellsing Organization?

Waller: No. The last thing we need is Integra finding out that A.R.G.U.S. is in possession of the Necronomicon. I'm invoking priority level Ultra Violet. Assemble Task Force X. We have another suicide mission.

Flag: Understood, ma'am. I'll make the necessary arrangements at Belle Reve.

Waller: That won't be necessary, Colonel Flag. For this mission, we'll be needing....a new roster.

Waller then hands Rick Flag five dossiers. The first showed a woman wearing the attire of a maid.

Waller: Rosarita Cisneros: a former FARC guerrilla, trained as an assassin in Cuba, and an internationally wanted terrorist criminal. She earned the moniker "Bloodhound of Florencia" for her relentless drive to achieve her objectives. She currently works as a housemaid for the Lovelace Family: one of the 13 noble South American families.

Flag: I've heard of her. Controlling her is going to be hard.

Waller: Let me worry about that.

The next file was that of a costumed man wielding swords.

Waller: Chizome Akaguro AKA the Hero Killer Stain. He's wanted for the murder of 17 Pro Heroes in Japan, claiming them all to be "Fake Heroes".

Flag: Sounds like a real nutcase.

Waller: He's a man driven by ideology.

Flag then moves on to the next file to see a cybernetically enhanced man.

Waller: Samuel Rodrigues AKA Jetstream Sam. He's cyborg mercenary involved with the Desperado PMC group who's wanted across the globe for acts of terrorism.

Flag sees pictures of Jetstream Sam cutting down military vehicles with his sword. The next file shows a man wearing the attire of a Western Outlaw.

Waller: Erron Black: a gunslinger from the Old West who was given longevity by a sorcerer 150 years ago. Since then, he's been operating as a hired gun to whoever can afford him.

The last file shocked Rick Flag as he saw a picture of what appeared to be a normal middle aged man.

Flag: What the hell is this?

Waller: That is Ash Williams. He has....experience with the Necronomicon. When he and a group of friends came upon the Necronomicon at a cabin in the middle of the woods in Michigan, Williams was exposed to those same horrors. Over the course of the night, Williams watched as his friends and sister succumbed to this supernatural madness brought upon by the Necronomicon which they had released until only he remained unscathed. Now he works as an assistant manager for an S-Smart department store in Elk Grove, Michigan.

Flag was deeply disturbed by the account of Ash Williams. He then took the time to analyze the roster that would make up this new Suicide Squad.

Flag: That's a lot of unknown factors, Waller. More than I thought you would ever accept.

Waller: I wouldn't take such extreme measures if this mission weren't more important than you could possibly imagine. As of now, Millennium has become the most dangerous threat to national security. If they are able to harness the powers of the Necronomicon, then the damage will be astronomical. This is a mission that requires more than the usual band of convicts. But keeping them in line won't be a problem. Oh and one more thing. Contact Slade Wilson. He will act as team leader of the Suicide Squad while you operate as field commander.

Flag: How do we get a hold of these people? None of them are locked up in any prisons.

Waller: A.R.G.U.S. has the confirmed locations of all of them. A.R.G.U.S. operatives have already been dispatched to retrieve them. They should be delivered to this facility before the Sun goes down. I want the Nanobombs planted in them ASAP.

Flag: Understood, ma'am.

With that, Amanda Waller and Rick Flag had begun the process of assembling the Suicide Squad. With the threat of Millennium and the Necronomicon, Amanda Waller would assemble the most dangerous version of the Suicide Squad to date.
