Daniel's P.O.V.

When Joey walked into my classroom, well he trudged. He seemed kinda down. I don't like seeing him like this. I love his smile and the way it reaches his eyes. It shows his smile is genuine.

He sat down in his regular seat. I got up and walked towards him with the book and some notes on it. He smiled when he saw me. That made me blush.

Joey's the only boy that has ever made me blush. Why does this boy have such an effect on me?

"Hey Joey," I said with a smile.
"Hey," he replied shortly. What's wrong with him?
"Joey are you okay? You aren't acting like you were this morning. What happened?" I said looking at him with concern in my eyes.
"My friend, you know Meghan right?" I nodded. "Well, she kinda likes this person that I like. He is in fact gay. I was thinking to myself about why she would think she has a chance. Then I wondered, why do I think I have a chance? I mean we barely even talk and he probably doesn't even care about me." Joey said.
"Well, have you talked to him about your feelings?" I asked him trying to sound supportive.
"That's the problem. I don't know how to tell you about my feelings towards you," he said not loosing eye contact with me

He feels the same way?
