Today is August 31st, 2015, mine and Mabel's 16th birthday. I was putting on clothes which was starts off with my incontinence briefs, because my incontinence got better the past few years I'm able to wear special underwear, mainly to hold light leaks, but hey, at least I'm not pooping my pants.Wow my sister is right I'm a horrible comedian........ Well I'm still funnier than Adam Sandler. I put on a red tshirt and a pair of jeans.

I walk downstairs and have a bowl of plain Cheerios with some sugar free chocolate milk, mainly because it's my birthday.

Later that day, mainly at night, we had a party and I was sitting on an old tree stump with my girlfriend, Pacifica.

"The stars look beautiful tonight," said Pacifica.

"Not as beautiful you," I said.

Pacifica snuggled closer to me.

"How about I give you a special present," said Pacifica.

"Didn't you give that too me two nights ago with the whole 7 minutes in heaven thing?" I asked.

Confused? Well Mabel had a special prebirthday sleepover where she invited her friends Candy and Grenda, along with my girlfriend. She and I got picked to do 7 minutes in heaven, which is basically where we had, as the great Sheldon Cooper would call it "Coitus", in a locked closet.

"Woah no, I got an actual present for you," said Pacifica.

Pacifica gave me a large gift bag that is topped with yellow and green tissue paper. I open it to reveal a plush Baymax toy.

"Aww, thank you," I said.

"Well I know how much you love that movie," said Pacifica.

Pacifica's right I really love Big Hero 6.

W then started making out.

We walked back into the house and have some cake, I'm aloud to have sweets certain times of the year, mainly to keep up my blood sugar up. While eating I started breathing funny.

"You okay bro-bro?" Mabel asked.

"Yeah some food got stuck in my throat," I said.

After saying that, I fell to the ground.

"Oh my god Dipper!" said Pacifica.

"I think he's having a seizure," said Stan.

"We got to get him to the hospital quick," said my mom

My mom called 911, and that's when I blacked out.

(Quick note from xanderwrites: By the way quick heads up to anyone reading, Mabel wrote the next chapter for Dipper because he obviously wont know what happened during his attack. Also this story got a mature rating due to certain language used.)
