Military Chief: Why should we even bother giving these creatures a second look? They caused enough damage already.

Sam: I understand that but these two titans saved us from certain destruction of North America.

Senator 2: So what do we do about them, they are dangerous and must be destroyed.

Military Chief: They possess unspeakable power, look at this.

The Defense Department pulled up a screen of the two titan saviours.

Defense Secretary: Both possess unimaginable abilities, both can be destructive if provoked and both can cause serious damage to society if not destroyed.

Serizawa: This is where things get complicated, you know that both of these creatures possess a lot power and if provoked they can do serious damage. Why try to destroy these titans when that's provoking them to destroy society?

Sam: Exactly, Godzilla can protect the Earth if we just leave and let him do his job.

Senator 3: Godzilla shows fierce aggression in battle against those MUTOS, not to mention the amount of people that were killed in that one fight.

Senator 1: Exactly! He must be destroyed!

President: What about this human like titan? He seems to understand humanity.

Military Chief: But Mr President, he poses a threat to humanity.

President: If he chooses too, by the way does he have a name?

Senator 4: Hmm what about Green Machine?

Senator 2: Too long.

Senator 4: Gargantuan?

Senator 2: What the hell is that?

Senator 4: Nevermind.

Senator 5: What about Hulk?

Everyone stares at her.

Senator 5: What? It fits him perfectly.

Senator 1: I ain't gonna lie to you, that name is fire.

Serizawa: Titanus Gojira and Titanus Hulk must be protected so that they can do their job.

Military Chief: And what job is that?

Serizawa: Protecting humanity.

Unknown Voice: I don't think that will happen.

Unknown Voice: General Thunderbolt Ross, here Mr President.

President: You may speak General.

Thunderbolt Ross: Thank you sir, Godzilla may be seen as a threat to humanity but not this Hulk titan. In fact, if he is a walking science miracle... we should capture him and experiment on him, his biology could be the key to humanity's survival against these titans.

Serizawa: Absolutely not General, we don't know what he is fully capable of much less what is blood is capable of causing if we decide to harness it.

Thunderbolt Ross: You're saying we have a chance to save humanity with this walking marvel and you are not going to take it!

Serizawa: If we do this we could doom humanity!

President: Enough! General what do you plan on doing with the Hulk?

Thunderbolt Ross: I say we make our own titans to defend us, if Hulk's blood contains power to turn a man into a titan then we should utilize it.

Silence enveloped the senate room as everyone looked at the President for his decision on this matter.

President: As of right now, Monarch is to keep an eye on these titans since they are on the rise and General you are allowed to do whatever is necessary to obtain a sample of the Hulk's blood but if this gets out of hand... then forget about it.

Thunderbolt Ross: Of course Mr President.

Everyone was dismissed but Serizawa and Sam who looked at each other.

Serizawa: We need to stop him, he will take it too far.

Sam: How? He has the whole army on his side but then again Hulk is a very strong titan.

Serizawa: Still, we have to stop him.

Sam: Hey, I got a question.

Serizawa: What is it?

Sam: If Godzilla fights the Hulk... who would win?

Serizawa: If that happens which I pray to god it doesn't, they won't stop until they kill the other no matter how many people have to die to achieve it.
