Andrew had come to love his elder brother Hades who hated even his Shadow .

He tried his very best to get his love and affection but failed.

Even then he tried hard to stop his brother from taking the path of darkness and destruction.

This deepened the hatred Hades had for him but this also did not deter Andrew from protecting his brother.

When Hade's monstrosity had crossed the levels of atrocities the grand lord had decided that his son was not a capable leader and that Andrew deserved the mantle.

He had already made up his mind .

He was disappointed and guilty that his son was the reason his people were suffering.

This further fueled the rivalry .

Hades detested Andrew from the core of his heart and would have killed him had it not been the interest his father had shown that young lad.

As they grew up the rivalry increased between them and had now stretched from control of power to women also.

The grand lord had arranged for his son to marry in a respectable family of Vienna whose youngest daughter Andrea Pearson was a beautiful and timid young debutant shy from every one.

He had hoped that her soft demeanor and persona would wash away the cruelty of his son's heart .

When she arrived  in Italy it was Andrew who received her during the welcome.

She was a cultured and sophisticated young woman .

He was smitten  by her at the first sight but refrained to accept it for the sake of his uncle and brother.

The grand lord received his would be daughter in law with great kindness and love , totally flowered by Andrea 's gentle demeanor .

However the man whose wife she was going to be didn't like her even a bit.
She was too soft and not someone to draw his interest.

Nobody suspected  anything after all Hades was master in this .

He had been hiding a whole market of slavery beneath the sheets of glimmer and twinkling lights of Italy and the ignorance of it's people.

The ignorance that let to it's own downfall.

It was in the month when Hades was  out of Italy due to business matters when Andrew noticed her crying pathetically at her cruel fate .

He had been seeing her sitting silently under the moonlight from past few days.

He always maintained a distance between them to avoid any inconspicuous feelings to arise in his heart that had started beating for her these days.

But he couldn't control himself seeing her like that.

At first Andrea did not open up to him but ultimately after a lot of persuasion she finally confessed her pain and Hade's cruelty .

Andrew was baffled , never in his wildest dreams had he thought that his brother 's cruelty to reach to insane levels .

That he could heart innocent women especially his would be wife .

His heart bled looking at Andrea 's state .

In the month that followed he secretly provided her with comfort, tended to her wounds , gave her affection and care making Andrea fall for him .

She did not allow him to go guns blazing against his brother fearing his and her family's safety.

Still he could not let this continue so he decided to show Hades cruelty to his uncle concocting a plan knowing fully well that the grand lord would only believe in things he saw with his own eyes especially  in matters containing his beloved son.

So he made sure that the grand lord would return from his adventures on the right time to witness his son's insanity.

Just when Hades was about to whip a tied up Andrea after harrassing her the door burst open revealing his father and brother.

What followed was a strenuous duel between the two brothers . Hades was not too strong but he was a dirty player .

He had always abhorred Andrew and he could do anything to get rid of him and this was the correct time .

Just when he was about to plung the dagger inside his brother very slyly a loud gunshot echoed among the walls already trembling in the aftermath of the disasters of the night.
