No one's POV

As soon as all the reporters leave the sorry not leave, get kicked out by ASR, with most of the guests leaving as well, Garima stares at Saumya with pure anger and she would have pounced on her if Shashi wasn't holding her.

Garima (angry) - What is this?

Saumya (nervous) - Actu...

Garima noticing that Saumya is being nervous immediately slaps her.

Garima (angry) - We gave you a house to live in so you weren't homeless.. My husband and my daughter gave you love... despite knowing that you aren't related to us... we gave you a name... and now... you are taking that for granted... you are trying to ruin the family's reputation... I won't let you do that ... do you get it? I WON'T LET YOU DO THAT!

Garima angrily goes towards Saumya and holds her hand forcefully and then tries to drag her out of the house. A crying Khushi goes to stop her mum but she doesn't listen, Saumya tries to explain the situation but Garima pays no heed.

Rudra (angry) - ENOUGH!

Arnav smirks seeing Rudra acting like that.

Arnav's POV

I knew I made the right choice by not saying a word, it's time that Rudra learns to stand up to people for Saumya. He may not say that he loves Saumya but I can see that he loves her and even if I was wrong and if Rudra didn't stop aunty then I would have.

Arnav's POV ends

Rudra forcefully makes Garima let go of Saumya's arm and then hugs her.

Rudra (angry) - You witch... stay away from my Sumo... who do you think you are to kick Sumo out of MY house? Please at least pretend to be a good mother...

Garima (angry) - You cannot call me that Mr RUDRA SINGH OBEROI! This is my son-in-law's house... and he has the right to call this house as his and not you... secondly, who are you calling a witch or a bad mother? I only have ONE daughter which is Khushi... this girl (points to her) is adopted in case you don't know... she is the cause of each of my problems...

Khushi (angry) - MUM! Can you at least give respect to my sister? She has done nothing wrong... nothing at all and all you do is blame her... you are only looking for ways to make her seem wrong...

Arnav (angry) - And secondly my soon going to be mother-in-law this house is my brother's as well... unlike you, we treat everyone as family... no one here is called an outsider...we know the meaning of family... look, aunty... I respect you... but don't dare to bad mouth, my sister, again... or even dare to kick her out... as you haven't seen me angry...

Saumya (upset) - Dad... actually...

Saumya starts to narrate everything that happened and then confesses her pregnancy. Shashi carefully listens to her and unlike Garima, he doesn't slap nor hit Saumya

Shashi (upset) - I am sorry that this has happened to you Saumya... and Rudra... But this pregnancy (smiles) is making me happy... I will now become a nana... and both my daughters will get married in the same house... I am so happy...

Garima fumes hearing the story and goes towards Khushi, and is about to hold her hand when Khushi moves away, obviously angry at Garima while Garima blames everything on Saumya.

Gauri seeing the silence tries to break it

Gauri (smiling) - Come on... guys... today is di and jiju's haldi... as well as Saumya and Rudra's...

Gauri, Anika and Bhavya (who is faking smile) goes towards Khushi and Saumya and drags them to sit on a chair while Om and Shivay drag Arnav and Rudra to sit behind the curtain so that the broom and the bride don't see each other.

Gauri (smiling) - Chhalka... Chhalka Re, Kalsi Ka Paani

Gauri uses tha haldi and applies it both on Khushi as well as on Saumya.

Anika (smiling) - Chhalka... Chhalka Re, O Aankh Na Maani

Anika does the same as Gauri and then drags Gauri to dance with her

Anika (smiling) - Maiyya Bole Jaana Nahi (points to Garima)

Gauri (pointing to Om and Shivay) - Bhaiyya Voh Bhii Maana Nahi

Garima (teary-eyed) - Baabul Bole Bas Ek Din Kal Ka Chhalka

Khushi goes towards her mum and wipes her tears as well as hugs her, even though she is mad at her mum. She can't see her mother crying ... no one can.

Bhavya soon applies haldi to Khushi and then runs off to Gauri and Anika to dance with them.

Bhavya (fake smiling) - Gudda Bole Jaana Nahin (does that while walking like a doll)

Gauri (smiling) - Guddi Boli Jaana Nahin (does a similar step to Bhavya but does it more gracefully)

Anika (teary-eyed) - Sakhi Bole Bas Ek Din Kal Ka Chhalka...

Saumya rushes to Anika and hugs her

Gauri (smiling and breaking the hug) - Chhalka... Chhalka Re, Kalsi Ka Paani

Gauri forces Khushi and Saumya to sing with them and also do at least a dance with them.

Anika (smiling) - Chhalka... Chhalka Re, O Aankh Na Maani

Khushi (blushing) - Chhalka... Chhalka Re, Kalsi Ka Paani

Saumya (smiling) - Chhalka... Chhalka Re, O Aankh Na Maani

Soon the girls do a little twirl and hug and then they bring back Saumya and Khushi to sit back. Garima goes towards Khushi to put haldi on her but Khushi holds her hand midway making Garima shocked.

Khushi (upset) - First you apply to Saumya and then to me...

Garima with an unpleasant look applies a little bit on it on Saumya (makes Saumya teary-eyed) and then with a bright smile applies it on Khushi. Shashi next comes up and with a bright smile applies the haldi on both of his daughters and blesses them. Suddenly, a storm enters the house with a fake smile...
