Khushi's POV

I got off my car and waited for Saumya. While waiting I spotted Rudra so I shouted out his name, to inquire about him.

Khushi - Rudra!!!

Rudra turns towards me and then runs to me while smiling.

Rudra (smiling) - Hi Khushi didi, how are you?

Khushi - Hi Rudra, I am fine. Where did you go in the morning?

Rudra - it's... ummm...I had class

Khushi - I know Rudra you are lying and since you called me your di then you should tell the truth.

Rudra - It's just that there was a fight happening in our school and I know the guy who was getting beaten up and the thing is that di... (deep breath) he didn't do anything wrong. All he did was kiss a girl and the guy beating him up said that she was his girlfriend when the girl herself told the guy that she wasn't his girlfriend.

Khushi - hmmm... maybe the girl was lying

Rudra - no the girl wasn't lying because she told me that the guy is cheating on her and she broke up with him and then the guy that liked her kissed her while her ex saw him.

Khushi - The guy is an idiot... how can he cheat on the girl and then claim that he loves her by hitting another guy... What's that guy's name anyway?

Rudra - He is only after girls for their body and I hate those people but his name is....

Khushi's POV ends

Saumya's POV

Saumya (interpreting them) - di let's go

Flashback 20 minutes ago

I went to meet Anika for five minutes to let her finish what she was saying.

Saumya (running towards Anika) - Ani wait up

Anika (smiling and worried) - Hey Saumya, what happened?

Saumya - You were saying something about Reyaan

Anika (remembering and serious) - oh yes... look Reyaan isn't worth your tears. He has been trying to impress you for a year so that you can sleep with him for a .... (deep breath) STUPID BET, I heard some of the guys today talk about the bet with him and how he only pretended to be a good kid to impress you. I went up to them and asked them if it was true and they said it was. Saumya, to be honest, I already told you something was fishy with him but you didn't listen to me. He only thought of you like a bet that he has to win to be able to get his friend's car...

I just smiled at Ani thinking about what type of idiot was I do not find out what type of guy he was. People kept warning me to stay away from him.. But me being an idiot decided to follow my stupid heart. Today I have learnt a lesson to not follow my heart and just follow my brain. I might take harsh decisions but at least I won't be heartbroken. I bid bye to Ani and then run to di. I knew that my tears are not worth him as said by the stranger so I promised myself not to cry for a useless guy.

I ran up to di thinking she must be suspecting me for taking too long. I heard di talking to a guy that sounded familiar

I started thinking who the guy was talking about and then it struck me... IT WAS REYAAN. To stop the conversation I decided to interpret the conversation so that di doesn't get to know about Reyaan.
