Saumya's POV

RING RING

The bell rang for recess but I just stood there dumbfounded, how could I work with an idiot like him. Bhavya nudged to bring me back into reality and she looked at me with jealousy. I can't believe that Bhavya likes that idiot.

Guy/Rudra (smirking) - Hello!! S... Saumya... guess we are working together for the assignment.

I just stared at him and then left ignoring his questions and queries. I looked behind to see

 I just stood there crossed. How can my BEST FRIEND leave me for a GUY she BARELY KNOWS.

I went up to her and dragged her away from him while she signalled him to call her. How can she give her phone number to him... I seriously need to find new friends. 

 I went to the garden to find my other best friend waiting for me. I ran and hugged her while starting to cry, while she hugged me back without saying anything. She has known me since I was 10 and therefore knows how to console me.

Anika (breaking the hug and cupping me) - Did you found out about Reyaan?

I just looked nodded and then sniffed to stop myself from crying. She looked at me with a serious face.

Anika - look...

RING RING

I swear the bell always goes at the wrong time. She drags me towards my locker and then we get to class but since we had Mr Snow we couldn't talk. At lunch, I had a lunch class so I couldn't talk to her for the whole day. As I was about to go to Anika at the end of the day I got a call from di to let me know that she is outside the gate of my school, waiting for me.

Will Saumya tell her di the truth?

Note - This is an Arshi and Rumya fanfiction and therefore will not include a lot of shivika parts. Shivika will be the matchmaker for Rumya. While Rumya will be matchmakers for Arshi - unintentionally.
