The sun is shining, birds are singing. Shad O'Arrior, a private détective, is eating his Snickers looking at the crime scene under his eyes. One hour ago he was called by Johnny, the owner of the Scotsman Hotel. Johnny was crying and told him that he found Bob's corpse lying on the floor and lifeless. He had no idea about who did that so he asked Shad for help to investigate about it. Shad decided to join Johnny as soon as possible so he didn't eat anything before and just got the time to take his black gloves; that's why he is now eating a chocolate bar looking at the corpse of an old dead retired ghost. Near him stand two policemen talking about football championship, then Johnny and his son Bobby, and finally the phantom printer called Mimi. Both of them look sad and confused. Shad -who has just finished his Snickers- starts to look at the scene more closely. The corpse is clear and clean; there is no blood around him, nothing but an old blue shoe, a banana and two fingers..
-Hum.. he says. I see.. This nasty business seems complicated. So let's begin now."
He looks the two policemen and declares: May I ask you to leave us gentlemen ? Your job is over." The policemen withdraw in silence, go in their car and leave the place. Shad looks at the 3 hotel's residents and says with a strange stressed voice:"Well.. Begin by the beginning. Johnny, where were you at midnight this last Tuesday 21st 2087 ?" [...] And during the entire day he asked the same few questions to them. Johnny said that he was drinking in the kitchen. He has returned to bed at half past midnight. Bobby declared that was just sleeping and heard nothing; finally the printer refused to answer the detecive and, without any reason, tryed to flee away. Shad was faster than her and grabbed her a few seconds later. One hour later she was sent to jail.

Two days later, Shad was talking with another detective named Shair Lokolms, who had also invastigated the murder; he was explaining to him that he was pretty sure that Mimi (the printer) killed the old ghost because he heard Johnny telling Bobby that he wanted to remove the printer out of his hotel -because Bob (the ghost) told him that the printer was mean and aweful with him.
The other inspector replied that in his opinion, the printer eliminated Bob because he discovered her when she was stealing food in the fridge..
But Shair Lokolms was wondering about a special question so he asked Shad for his opinion: why did they find an old blue shoe, a banana and two fingers near the body ? Shad answered that he found Bob's fingerprints on the banana; he must have been hungry. But he confessed that he didn't know the reason of the presence of the old blue shoe and the two fingers. Shair Lokolms said that the fingers must have belonged to someone still alive and maybe the murderer, but the printer has no fingers anymore.. Shad, who was tired, replied that the sun was going down and he wanted to go back home in order to sleep. So he left his friend, the both shook hands and he drove back to his home...
