Epilogue

*Years Later*

Because I was pregnant with my second child, Finn had to take over my adventuring. Again. Honestly. Why don't we just give him the job permanently?! Sorry... that's the hormones talking. Another reason why I hate being pregnant. My emotions are all over the place. I love Jazz, and I'll love this kid too, but for the love of Glob, I hate being pregnant.

Jazz is playing with Albin Petrikov currently. Albin, and his twin sister Rhiannon, are a month or so older than Jazz, and to be honest, I find them a little fascinating. Albin's hair is always either red or white- like Betty and the Ice Queen's hair colors. I think of them as different people now- and so does most of Aaa. Rhiannon has Simon's dark hair- for the most part.

I looked up from my book. Jazz and I were outside getting some fresh air when she came across Albin and they began playing. Anyway, Albin was now putting a flower crown on Jazz. Since we were in the shade, she had taken off her sun gear, and was looking up at the crown. "Albin, why'd you put this on me?" She asked.

"Don't you like it?" He asked.

"Of course I do. I just want to know why." Jazz replied.

"Because- you're a princess. And every princess needs a crown." Albin said confidently.

"I'm going to be a queen someday." Jazz said matter-of-factly.

"Then you need this crown even more. Are there any flowers in the Nightosphere?" Albin asked.

"No." Jazz responded, a little sadly.

"Then you have to keep it, okay? As for me, I already have a crown." Albin said. Oh, right. Gumball had synthesized Simon and Betty's crowns for Albin and Rhiannon for them to control their magic. Unlike the originals, it didn't turn them crazy.

"You're going to be a king one day too." Jazz said.

"Yeah... hey, just as a thought- do you want to get married someday? Like, I be your king and you be my queen?" Albin asked, blushing.

Aw, that's so adorable. My little baby's growing up. "I can't." Jazz said sadly.

"Why?" Albin asked.

"Because if I promise now, I fall in love with you later. Vampires only fall in love twice. I want you to be the second- true love. If you're just first love..." Jazz leaned against him.

Albin sighed. "I know. ...Can I at least get a kiss, Jahzara?" Wow. He's a bold five year old.

"No. Kissing means you're in love. Besides, we can't get married if we kiss." Jazz said.

"Because I'll be your first love?"

"No, Albin. Well, yes, that too, but mostly because my daddy will never let me see you again." Jazz said, still in that mater of fact tone.

No, he... actually yeah. She's his little girl. He'd freak out.

"Are you going to tell him?" Albin asked.

"No. Mommy is." Jazz said. I think she's just going to keep that tone for the rest of her life.

"Wow. You have this all thought out, don't you?" Albin asked.

"For a few years- what the heck are you?!" A boy's head was hanging upside down next to her face. A hand appeared. "Hi, I'm Connor. This is my first time out of Beautopia."

Jazz shook his hand slowly, and then Albin did. "I'm Jazz, and this is Albin."

"I know who he is." Albin and Connor said at the same time.

"Our moms are best friends." Albin explained.

"And I'm your uncle, Jazz." Connor said. Jazz and Albin gave him a weird look.

"What do you mean?" Albin asked, confused.

Connor pouted. "You don't know? My mom was sisters with Jazz's grandma."

I snapped my book shut. "C'mon, Jazz. We have to go home- your father's going to be home soon."

"I can't." She told me- finally losing the tone.

"Why not?" I asked her.

"Because there's sunlight. And I can't put on my hat because of my flower crown that Albin made me." Jazz said like this was the most obvious thing in the world.

I sighed, and adjusted my own sunhat. Killing myself by accident would be the worst thing I could do right now. "Honey, we need to go. You can take off your crown and put it on later."

Jazz looked at Albin, and he looked back at her. "It's okay, Jazz. You can put it back on when you get home." I said.

Albin squeezed her hand gently. "Bye Jahzara. See you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow, Jazz!" Connor added.

On the way home, I said, "Don't you think it's nice that you made a new friend, Jazz?"

"Meh. Connor's okay. I just wish Albin and I had gotten more time together." Jazz said.

I smiled. "Jazz, if you and Albin had spent any more time together, you would have eloped."

"Oh." Jazz was quiet for a minute. "What's elope mean?"

"It means run off and get married." I said.

"Oh, no, Mommy. Didn't you hear me say I'd have to fall in love with someone else first?" Jazz told me, completely serious.

I smiled again. "Are you going to tell your father about our day, or should I?"

"Oh, I have to tell him. If you tell him, you'll tell what really happened." Jazz said, still as serious as ever.

I smiled at her. "Come on. We should get back before your father, or he'll wonder where we were, and then we'll have to tell him for sure." Okay, I'm still going to tell him- it was a cute moment he should know about.

-------------------------------------

Sorry. But I just love Jazz and Blake so much- I couldn't bear to replace them. And now we know something else about Jazz. And Albin. We know a lot more about Albin though.

In THIS version, Jazz was never in unrequited love with Connor. That would be creepy, and above all, WRONG. And as for what Connor said... it's in the next chapter. The bonus. :) What happens? A backstory, of course! Because I swear to God, Glob, and anyone else- this is not the end! Yet.
