It's been a month since Kabir came back to Anaisha. Things were completely smooth and fine for both Kabir and Anaisha. Kabir had narrated everything to Aarav and Shaina, who congratulated him and encouraged him to be happy with this new development and keep Anaisha happy. When Kabir was telling Aarav about his and Anaisha's relationship, he asked Aarav, "I hope Avi, you have no issues with me dating your sister. I mean I know you're very much protective about your sister and don't trust anyone easily when it comes to her. So say, you don't mind na me dating Anaisha?"

Aarav chuckled on seeing Kabir's serious look. Kabir was confused with Aarav's reaction and thought that there's something surely wrong with these Gujral siblings. When he asked something serious to Anaisha, she giggled and when he asked Avi something like this serious, he chuckled. It seemed to him that Khushi aunty had dropped them a lot of times when they were kids because of which they both had got concussions in their heads. 'Wow my fate! The mad brother is my best friend and his crazy sister is my love! Amazing!'

Kabir raised his eyebrows and gave Aarav a questioning look. Aarav after controlling himself said, "Kabir, you know how idiotic you are? I'm sure you don't know that! Anyway I won't beat around the bush and will come directly to the point. You remember once I told you that if you ever got involved with my sister I won't mind that and you said that I'm crazy. I'm your best friend Kabir, I trust you with my life. If I didn't trust you, then that day I wouldn't have said that. My sister loves you a lot Kabir. It's visible in her eyes.

"For me my sister is more like my baby, I've seen her feelings long before you have seen them. And that's why I asked Leher and Aarush to help you both out during my wedding. I pity them though! They worked so hard to make you confess your feelings but a dumbo you are! Leave it! I just want to say that you both always have my support. Always be there for my sister and keep her happy. I know you love her a lot. So be with her! And haan if you ever hurt her or made her cry, then remember, you won't be facing your best friend but Anaisha's elder brother!"

Though Kabir and Annie were dating each other for a month but not many people were aware of their relationship. Like Anaisha's father, Arnav had no clue about his daughter's relationship. Aarav had told Anaisha not to inform Arnav about it since he knew his father well. The overprotective father he was, he wouldn't have let Kabir date Anaisha unless and until he was sure of Kabir. But Anaisha had informed her mother, Khushi about it and her mother was quite happy and supportive of her.

She told her daughter, "I'm very happy for you darling but baby relationship are not that easy. A man and woman relationship is one of the most complex relationships. I hope you don't believe in that rose tinted illusion of love. Love is one of those things which can give you immense happiness yet is capable of giving you endless pain!

"There are surely going to be issues and fights and what not but be wise and make sure you do your best to make this relationship work. I've always been supportive of you and your choices. Kabir is really a nice guy, I've seen him grow up from that sensible kid to this mature man. I know your relationship with him will go on for a long time maybe marriage too but make sure you guys understand each other! Acha enough of now of my lecture I need to save some for your marriage. Just enjoy your time and have fun!"

Although they were dating, but Kabir still haven't proposed her officially. True they didn't need such formalities but he knew that she had some dreams related to her love life. So he decided to take her best friend, Zaina's help. As soon as he managed to take time out of his schedule, he called Zaina and asked her to meet. Zaina happily obliged and promised to help him out.

He was in his cabin reading a case file when someone knocked on the door. He looked up from his file and saw Zaina standing there. She smiled at him and said, "I hope I'm not disturning you Dr. Thapar. But even if I'm doing so then I'm not sorry. Mind if I come in?"

He kept his file on the table and said, "Oh hey Zaina! Of course you're not disturbing me. Come in and have a seat."

Zaina came in and sat opposite to Kabir. Kabir quickly ordered coffee for them and said, "I thought you might take long to come, I mean obviously you got your work and all. I must say Anaisha's got some really loving friends!"

Zaina grinned on hearing that and replied, "Yup sure she has! And she has got an amazing boyfriend too, who's ready to do anything for her! Acha now ask me all what you want to know about Anaisha's fantasies regarding her love life."

Kabir blushed a little on hearing Zaina's remarks of him being an amazing boyfriend. He smiled at her and said shyly, "Umm.. thank you for your compliment Zaina! Okay talking about Anaisha, then you must be knowing I haven't proposed her officially yet though we don't such formalities. I want to propose her officially and since we didn't have our first date yet so I want to make it memorable for her. I'm aware that she has certain dreams and wishes regarding her love life and I really want to fulfill them for her. And this is why I need your help after all apart from you no one else can help me 'cause you're her soul sister."

Zaina smiled as she was very happy for Anaisha. She was glad that Kabir loved Annie so much! She prayed that God always keep them both together forever!

After this, Zaina told Kabir all the things which Anaisha had dreamt about her love life, like how she wants to get proposed, how she wants her first date to be like, the things she expects from her relationship, etc. Kabir also asked Zaina about Anaisha's favourite dishes, her favourite restaurants, in short all the things he was supposed to know for planning their date. Some of the things he was aware of, some he didn't.

From the information he got from Zaina, he got to know that Annie had always dreamed of having a date in a fairy tale like manner. And since he was ready to do anything for her then why not start with him taking her on a date? So he had made a plan to take her on a date in the most romantic manner he could do!

Once Zaina was done with giving him all the details, she asked him, "Kabir would you like me to help? I mean if you need any help from me for planning your first date? I'll happily help you out!"

Zaina was aware of the fact that Kabir wasn't one of the most romantic people, rather he was the least romantic one and planning a date, that too first date for Anaisha wasn't his forte. So she asked him if he needed her help, and hoped he would accept it. But she was left with mixed feelings of awe and shock with his answer.

As Zaina completed her sentence, Kabir quickly responded to her by saying, "Don't mind Zaina, but I want to do this on my own! I really want to make this memorable for Anaisha, without taking anyone's help. So umm please don't mind that!"

Kabir knew that Anaisha wasn't the sort of girl who fancied expensive things, in fact for her by fairytale means the feeling her prince charming will induce in her and make her feel special. And he was all set to make her fairy tale come true and fulfill all her wishes. Though he was not exactly like her dream prince but he'll do his best to make her happy. And this was why he wanted to organise their date on his own without taking anyone's help! Someone's truly in love!

Zaina stared at him for a few seconds and said with a smile, "Of course I don't mind. I'm actually very happy that you want to do plan everything on your own! All the very best for that Kabir! Make this unforgettable for Annie! Chalo I should go now. Bye!"

She got up to leave. Kabir too got up from his chair and was moving to escort her to the door when Annie entered.

'Chalo at last I can meet Kabir now! I haven't seen him since morning! Yayy!' thought Anaisha. She was quite busy throughout the day as she was assisting her brother for the first time and honestly working with Aarav was much harder than Kabir. 'And I thought my brother is chilled out!'

As she got some free time, she thought to go and meet Kabir. She was moving inside Kabir's cabin when she saw Zaina there with Kabir. She was a little surprised on finding her with Kabir.

Kabir and Zaina both looked at Anaisha, then at each other and again back at Anaisha. They both were a little scared thinking Anaisha might have heard their conversation, ruining his surprise. But to their relief, Anaisha asked Zaina, "Zeenu, you in NLHRC? Why didn't you tell me you were coming? And hey was there any serious conversation going on here without me? Did I missed something?" Both Kabir and Zaina sighed.

Zaina looked at Kabir and quickly replied covering up their secret, "Arre wo I was just passing from here only so thought to drop in and meet you but you were busy. And as I was leaving, Kabir found me and asked me to have a coffee and wait for you. So that's why I was here. And frankly, your boyfriend is a big time bore! He hardly speaks and because of that I felt like a chatter box! And you know I hate being called or felt like a chatter box!"

Zaina winked at Kabir, who gave her a thumbs up. Kabir mentally thanked Zaina for handling this situation though it meant that he was going to be talked about by these two girls.

Anaisha chuckled on listening to Zaina's reply and said, "Yeah I know that well Zeenu but hey don't call my boyfriend a bore! He's awesome! Haan he doesn't talk much but that means he listens attentively to me and I love this about him. He's just adorable!"

Saying so, she side hugged Kabir, who pecked her forehead. Zaina shook her head, witnessing her best friend's public display of affection with her boyfriend. She pursed her lips together and said in a dramatic tone, "I better should leave before you both start your romance! Seriously I don't wanna witness your adult romance. I'm still an innocent kid!"

Both Kabir and Anaisha blushed and instantly left each other. Anaisha went towards Zaina and slapped her arm. Zaina said while rubbing her arm, "Ouch that hurts Annie!"

Anaisha rolled her eyes and said, "You're still an innocent kid haan? I know well how much of a kid you are! You have been in a relationship with my brother for past two years. And my dearest brother keeps me updated with all the happenings in his love life so darlin' don't act innocent in front of me. Sab jaanti hoon main! (I know everything!)"

Kabir shook his head seeing these two girls bicker. But his luck, both the girls burst into splits and hugged each other. Zaina came out of it and mumbled bye to both Anaisha and Kabir and left. Once she left, Anaisha and Kabir went to Cafeteria for having some snacks and coffee.

"Where's Dr. Kabir?", asked an anxious Anaisha. It's been three days since Zaina came to meet Kabir and Anaisha in the hospital. Ever since that day, Kabir been somewhat busy and spent only a little time with Anaisha as compared to earlier.

But today was different, as he didn't even came to pick her from her home as since the time they started dating, it was a routine for Anaisha to go to hospital with Kabir as he used to pick her. She thought maybe he had an early morning surgery scheduled because of which he couldn't pick her up but when she came to hospital, she got to know that Kabir hadn't reached hospital yet. Though she was worried for him but brushed it off thinking,

Maybe he didn't have any case for today so hadn't come till now, she assumed. But even after lunch time when Kabir didn't come, she got anxious and decided to ask hospital management about Kabir's whereabouts.

"Dr. Anaisha, Dr. Thapar is on a leave today so that's why he didn't come," informed one of the management people. Hearing this, Anaisha could only mumble a 'Oh okay'.

'My worst day ever! This day is worse than my first day! Arrghh! I'm so tired.' True Anaisha was very tired. Today wasn't her best day. After confirming it from the hospital management, she halfheartedly decided to focus on her work. She had assisted Dr. Shaina in a surgery and then had duty in OPD. She was more tired because she hadn't seen Kabir throughout the day. Though he was on a leave but she expected a call or even a message from him. He didn't even call her or replied to her messages. She didn't know what was wrong with him today. She really hoped everything was okay.

As her duties were over, she went inside the locker room to keep her stethoscope and lab coat, when a small child from Children's Ward came towards her and gave her a gift bag and quickly went away. She was amused with this and looked inside the bag. There were neatly packed gifts, a note and a rose in it. She took the note out of the bag and read it. It was from Kabir.

The note said:

Hey sweetheart! There's a rose for the most beautiful girl in my life. There's dress for you in the gift bag and matching accessories. Get yourself change in that and come down soon. Don't worry we aren't running away. But it's for our first date and I want it to be special! It's a big surprise for you. Don't waste your time in informing your brother, I already have and he'll manage for you. So come down fast. I'm waiting for you!

After reading the note, she had the biggest smile on her face. So this was why he took an off today.

She sat on the chair kept in the locker room and took out the gifts. She opened the gifts one by one. When she opened the first one, she was in awe of it. The first gift box had a gorgeous white colour knee length dress with very fine lace work on it.

White, his favourite colour. She unwrapped the second gift which had a pair of wedges which matched her dress. She went on to open the next and last gift, a beautiful pair of diamond earring!

She couldn't believe he was doing all these for her. This was just like a dream...no better than her dreams! He really loved her a lot.

For her more than the gifts what mattered more were his efforts. She became teary-eyed by seeing his sweet gestures. He really did love her! It was evident from all the things he was doing for her! If not meeting him all day meant this then she could never be mad at him! She felt her love for him increasing seeing his efforts.

She swiftly changed her clothes and got ready. She then rushed towards the parking lot. There she saw him standing against his car, dressed in a white button down shirt and blue jeans. He was dressed in a simple manner but still looked ravishing. She moved towards him. "Someone's looking breath-taking today!" Kabir said with a cheeky smile and gave her a box of her favourite chocolates and red roses.

Anaisha blushed and said, "And someone's looking just like my RK!" She smiled a teasing smile at him.

If there's one person Kabir seriously dislikes or say jealous of, then it was RK aka Ranbir Kapoor! His girlfriend worshiped that RK. And she intentionally teased him by saying that my RK does this thing better than you or my RK looks so good etc etc. He knew she was a RK fan but to such extent, he hadn't imagined that. He just shook his head and made her sit in the car. They soon drove off!

"Look before we reach where we're going, I want you to put the blind fold over your eyes. So let me put it!" Kabir said while signaling through his hands to let him tie it.

They were more than half way through their journey when Kabir said this. Anaisha was surprised again. First he gifted such a beautiful dress then these earrings and wedges and now blind fold.

She couldn't explain how much happy she was. Never in her dreams did she ever imagined Kabir to do this romantic stuff.

She nodded and allowed him to tie it. She asked with teasingly, "Kabir are you kidnapping me?" Kabir, who was tying the blind fold on her eyes, looked at her with horrified eyes!

He composed himself and asked her, "What do you mean by that?"

She giggled and replied, "You have tied this blind fold so that I can't see where you are taking me. And you know in movies when kidnappers abduct someone then they also do something like this." His crazy yet adorable girlfriend!

He laughed at her childishness and said, "No! I'm not kidnapping you. The blind fold is only because I want to see that sweet look on your face when you see the arrangements for our first date." He kissed her forehead while she smiled at him and he drove ahead.

After fifteen minutes, they reached the place for their first ever date. He helped her get down from the car and held her hand. He took her slowly towards the area where the arrangements were made. He asked with nervousness, "You're ready to open your eyes Anaisha?"

She nodded her head in answer and he untied her blind fold. As soon as he removed it, Anaisha opened her eyes. She was spellbound by the vision! Her eyes became moist and her vision blurred with tears. He did this...for her.

They were standing in the garden of Kabir's house. He earlier thought to do it somewhere else but then when he got to know his parents weren't at home and won't be coming back for a week. His dad had went for the annual doctor's meet in Sydney.

His mom had went for one of her relatives' wedding. He convinced his GM for visiting her cousin who resides in Delhi. His GM understood his motives behind him pestering her and agreed to go. His main motive of keeping his first date at home was simple, it was here when he first time realised that he had feelings for Anaisha!And so he did all the arrangements here.

There was a table for two kept in the middle of the garden sitting area with a beautiful shed. There were fairy lights which made the ambience of the place look like that of fairy tale. The whole garden was filled with bouquets of red roses and one was kept on the table. Though it wasn't fancy but it's simple and sober, just like Kabir. The whole place felt really cozy and sweet. She really couldn't believe this all true. It seemed so good to be true!

When she didn't utter even a single word after seeing the arrangements, Kabir felt a bit disappointed. He thought that maybe she didn't like it. He knew he wasn't the most unromantic person but still he tried the best to make it all like a fairy tale and make our first date unforgettable. But seemed like he was unable to do so.

Once he was sure what he had to do for their first date, he made all the arrangements on his own. True he didn't have any experience in all this stuff but still he tried his best.

When she still didn't say anything, he asked her, hesitated, "You didn't like it right? I know it's not nice at all. But you know it's all new for me and I'm........"

But he couldn't complete as she cut him in between and said in sheer excitement with her chirpy voice, "Liked it? I loved it Kabir. It's so beautiful! It's much better than my dreams. Thank you so much!" She gave him a tight hug and he hugged her back as well.

Kabir led her to their table and helped her sit by pulling out her chair. He got himself settled on the chair opposite to her. They then talked for while after which Kabir asked her if they should proceed with dinner. He arranged their dinner on the table.

All were her favourites. Her favourite pasta, chicken salad, mixed vegetables soup and the dessert, her most favourites, Chocolate Truffles and Blueberry Cheese Cake! Though she loved Indian cuisine and Kheer but her most favourite was Italian cuisine. There was a bottle of red wine as well. Like Kabir, she too doesn't like drinking but today was different!

He served her then himself. She took the first bite and lost her senses to its splendid taste. This was so far the best she had taste. Kabir had a satisfied look on his face when he saw her enjoying the food. While they were having dessert, Anaisha asked him, "You know this was the best Italian food I've eaten so far. From which restaurant did you ordered it? Tell me 'cause next time whenever I wanna have Italian, I'll order from that restaurant." She had eaten at most of the Italian restaurants' in the city but those are nothing in front of this food.

Kabir hesitated a bit with her question but replied saying, "Umm...actually Anaisha, this food was not ordered from any restaurant. It's home-cooked!"

She gave him a questioning look and asked him with her eyes who cooked it. He continued with a nervous smile, "I cooked it!"

Now this was shocking. He could cook! And not only cook, he cooked so well, such an amazing and delicious food. Annie really got a perfect boyfriend!

"I can't believe it Kabir! You cooked it! You! Gosh that's awesome! It was so tasty and amazing. You know you're making me wonder what good I have done to get someone like you in my life. You are far better than my dream. Thank you so much! This is one of the most memorable and cherished day of my life. Thank you!" she said getting a bit emotional. Girls! They cry over everything!

He held her hand and said, "I should be the one thanking you for accepting me in your life. You've filled my otherwise dull and sad life with so much happiness. I'm lucky to have you in my life. And I promised I'll fulfill each and every dream of yours!"

She smiled at him and he continued with a sweet smile, "And since I haven't proposed you before so I'm doing that now." Anaisha bit her lower lip as she saw him get up from his place and coming towards.

Kabir kneeled down in front of her and said taking her hand in his, "Dr. Anaisha Gujral, I'm very much grateful to you for falling in love with me. Never in my life had I ever imagined that I would ever fall this much in love with someone. I know I'm least like your dream man and can't even try to become like that but still my love for you is real and will never end no matter what happens. I know you have done a lot of favours on me, but Dr. Anaisha Gujral will you do one last favour on me by please doing the honour and becoming my girlfriend?"

Her smile grew wider. Though he hadn't proposed her before but she hadn't minded it at all! She knew he loved her lot and that was fine for her. But he even completed that. She blushed a bit and said, "It's my honour to say yes to you!" She threw her arms around him and hugged him. Kabir let her snuggle in and smiled a contended smile.

After a while, on Anaisha's insistence, they both danced on a slow romantic song. Both of them enjoyed it and laughed a lot. After dancing, he took her inside his house as it was getting a bit cold outside. Though Anaisha had been to his home before as well but this was the first time she came here as his girlfriend. Somehow it felt different to Anaisha, who unknowingly was blushing throughout the evening.

Once inside his house, Anaisha made coffee for both of them though Kabir tried to stop her as he was supposed to make it. After making coffee, Kabir took Anaisha to his room. During Aarav's engagement, when she came here, she was mostly in the living area or GM'S room but never Kabir took her to his room. But since she was his girlfriend now, he decided to show his room to her.

While they were going in his room, Anaisha pointed to a room beside his which was locked. "Not today Anaisha. I'll tell you about it some other day!" Anaisha do wanted to know about it but agreed with Kabir and went inside his room.

His room was simple and organized, just like him. Everything was kept in a systematic manner in his room. He took the coffee tray from her and made her sit on the couch kept in his balcony. He took out his stuff to show her. He showed her his prizes, his and Aarav's photographs, his book collection, his music collection etc.

They then sat and talked for a long time while drinking coffee. Each and every moment they spent together woved them even closer than before! They talked about anything and everything. Well mostly it was Anaisha who did the talking and Kabir attentively listened to her.

After sitting for a long time, she stood up and went to stand, holding the railings of the balcony. Kabir followed her suit and came to stand behind her. He with a lot of hesitation and nervousness, snaked his arms around her. She blushed with his sudden gesture but moved closer to him till her back was against his chest and his arms were holding her tight. They stood still while enjoying each other's warmth and their moment together.

Some time later, they both went downstairs, in the garden. They went back towards their table and sat their talking while eating ice cream. While talking, Kabir noticed Anaisha a little distracted and asked her, "Anaisha, you're okay? Why are you looking so much bothered?"

Anaisha looked here and there and then asked with a lot of hesitation, "Kabir I was wondering, everything looks so fine in your house but what happened that made your family to be how it is now. I mean your past. Don't mind this please but I do want to know Kabir."

His smile faded on listening to her question and he replied to her, "Today is one of my most happiest day and I don't want to ruin it. My past is something about which I don't like talking to anyone. But I promise you that I'll tell you everything when I'll be ready enough to tell you and the time is right!"

When his smile faded because of her question, Anaisha regretted it. She sensed his seriousness and didn't pester him more. Let the right time come, she'll wait for it. Right now these happy and tender moments with him mattered the most to her.

Their date came to end quite soon and none of them realised how the time went by. Kabir looked at his phone which showed the time as 10:45 pm, he got a call from Aarav who told him to drop Anaisha to their home soon as he no longer could handle Arnav who had tortured Aarav by continuously asking him about Anaisha's whereabouts.

Unlike Arnav, Khushi about Anaisha and Kabir's relationship and about their date. She didn't mind it because she trusts Kabir as she has known him since 18 years and knows her daughter is safe with him. So she was cool about it. She and Aarav were irritated with Arnav going overboard about Anaisha. They have told him that she had gone to a party and will be coming soon but he was still tensed for her.

True she was his baby girl but she's a grown up now and needs to be given independence. Arnav's behaviour was why, they haven't told him about the relationship thing as they thought it's better to let her explain it to him in her own way!

"It was the best date ever Kabir! Thank you millions for that! Today was definitely a fairytale!", said Anaisha while they were driving to her place. Kabir smiled and said, "Same here Anaisha. This will be my most favourite day ever! I love you a lot Anaisha!"

Anaisha intertwined her hand with his free hand and said lovingly, "I love you too Kabir!"

The rest of the drive from his house to her place was nice. She connected her phone with the music system in the car and played her favourite songs. They talked about their choice of music, singers etc.

They reached her home and he asked her to call Aarav. Aarav came out to receive. He and Kabir chatted a bit; Aarav told them that if they both were comfortable then they should go public with their relationship. To this Kabir said, "Yes we should. And first of all Anaisha tell Arnav uncle everything about us. I'll come tomorrow to talk to uncle. So please tell him about us. He should know about this now. I don't mind undergoing a serious interrogation by him! Anyway it's getting late now so you guys should inside. Good night and take care!"

Aarav bid bye to him and went towards the door of their house to give them privacy. Anaisha hugged Kabir and said goodnight and bid bye to him. She went inside her house with Aarav. Kabir only drove out when he saw Aarav and Anaisha went inside their house. He smiled and went to his house.

Anaisha was lying on bed wondering about Kabir's past. She tried it lot to not to think about it but was unable to do so. The mystery related to Kabir's past remained in her mind. She knew there was something damn serious about it. But she'll wait for the right time to come! Right time but don't know when!

Today was the most wonderful day of their life. They enjoyed it a lot. Today was really a fairytale!
