The night Sarah found out she has cancer, she cried herself to sleep. She knew something was wrong, but was to scared to find out what. The next day Dr. Thomas told her that she has Glioblastoma multiforme. That's a common brain cancer found commonly in adults. That same day Sarah told Bryan, Cheyenne, and Veronica. Erick told Julie last night when he went home. When Bryan found out he broke down crying and hugged Sarah. Cheyenne did a face palm and cried a little. Veronica hugged Sarah and told her it will all be okay. A week later she started chemotherapy and celebrated Christmas in the hospital. Anna and Emma both hit everything they wanted, well not everything. Anna wanted a pet sloth and Emma wanted a pet whale, they didn't get them. Two weeks after Christmas, Sarah hair fell out and she was able to go home. Anna happy to have her mom home.

Four weeks after Sarah came home, she was able to go back to work. The weekend before she went back to work, her and Veronica started dating again. Veronica and Emma also moved in. Emma and Anna share a room, since they live in a 3 bedroom house. Anna sleeps on the top bunk of the bed and Emma sleeps on the bottom bunk. Bryanna still has her own room and Sarah and Veronica sleep in the same room. Sarah adopted Emma two weeks after they moved in. Veronica also adopted Bryanna that same week. Now Emma name is Emma Alexandra Rinkevich-James, she has the same last name as Anna and Bryanna. The family has grown closer together, since Sarah got cancer.

   A Month Later...

   It's February 10th 2018 today. Erick, Cheyenne, Morgan, and Sarah birthday passed, their now 28 years old. They didn't do much for their birthday. All they did was going over Bryan house with their kids and family, well in Cheyenne case her cat fatty. They had dinner and cake, played games, then went home. Veronica wakes up early to make breakfast and get the girls up for per school. Sarah put them in per school the day after her birthday. She wants them to get an education before they turn five. Even though there both 3 and will be turning 4 in March and April. As Veronica is cooking, Sarah wakes up for work. She goes to Anna and Emma room to see if their still sleeping. Once seeing that they are, she turns in the light, which wakes them both up right away. "Mommy" Anna and Emma whine. "Girls" Sarah said. Anna sits up, rubs her eyes, and looks over at Sarah. Emma yawns and slowly crawls out of bed. "Get dress, mommy 1 is making food" Sarah said leaving the room. Anna  climbs down from the top bunk and goes over to her dresser, Emma does the same thing. They get dress and go downstairs to the kitchen. Veronica puts their plates with pancakes on the table and the girls eat. Sarah comes downstairs a couple minutes later. "Morning" Veronica greets her. "Morning" Sarah replied getting some coffee. They all sit at the table and eats breakfast. "Mommy how we get to per school?" Emma ask. "I will walk you and sissy to the bus stop and you'll get on a school bus" Veronica told them. "Okay" Anna said taking a sip of juice.

After breakfast Sarah hugged Anna, Emma, and Bryanna bye. She then went to work. Veronica helped Anna and Emma bundle up after Sarah left. She wants the girls to be warm. Once Anna and Emma had their coats, hats, scarfs, and gloves on, Veronica put Bryanna coat, hat, and blanket on Bryanna. She put Bryanna in the stroller and got her own coat on. Then they all walked down to the bus stop. They wait with the other moms, dads, and children. "Mommy 1 it cold" Anna said. "I know sweetie" Veronica said. Anna and Emma hug Veronica so she could warm them up. Veronica puts her arm around the girls. The bus comes a couple minutes later. "Your all head start Parents and kids right?" The bus driver ask. "Yea" everyone said. "Bye mommy we love you" Anna and Emma said getting on the bus. Veronica waved bye to the girls. The bus pulls away and off they go. Veronica and Bryanna head back to the house. They didn't spend much time at the house, because Veronica has work. She gets her car keys and Bryanna dipper bag, and they head out. She drops Bryanna off at Erick house with Julie and leaves for work. Veronica works in a art studio painting pictures of anime characters for anime's in Japan. She enjoys her job very much and it pays well. Veronica starts drawing as soon as she gets her coat off and sits down at her table. She's hoping to finish this drawing before 2:00, so she can leave early.

     At Cheyenne's house there's a surprise visiter. "Morgan I just saw you s week ago" Cheyenne said as she pets her fat cat. "I know, but I need your help" Morgan replied sitting down. "With what?" Cheyenne ask suspiciously. "I'm pregnant  and I don't know what to do" Morgan said. Cheyenne jaw dropped and she doesn't know what to do. They sit there starring at each other. "You need to talk to Sarah or Erick about this" Cheyenne said getting up off the coach. "Sarah hates me and Erick knows nothing about this" Morgan replied a little upset. "I can't help you" Cheyenne said bluntly. Morgan rolled her eyes and left. Cheyenne didn't care that she left, she just shrugged shoulders and went off playing her computer. Morgan went to her apt and thought about what to do. She cane to the conclusion that she'll have the baby, but she's not keeping it. She'll tell her father about the baby and hope he'll take it. Till then Morgan going to take a nap.

    It's 12:40pm and Sarah just finished lunch. As she's walking back to her classroom, her cell phone rings. It's Julie, it's odd that she's calling, Julie never calls Sarah unless it's an emergency. "Julie what's wrong?" Sarah ask answering her phone. "I think the twins are coming and nobody is answering their phone" Julie replied sounding like she's in pain. "Oh my god, okay just breath and call 911, I'll meet you at the hospital and I'll try to get ahold of Erick" Sarah said turning back to her father classroom. "Okey" Julie said hanging up the phone. Sarah rushes to Bryan classroom as she pulls up Erick's number. She burst into Bryan classroom and all the kids look at her. Bryan was reading a sentence from the grammar packet when Sarah walked in. "Dad we have to go" she said as he looks up at her. The kids all turn to each other in shocked. None of them knew Sarah and Bryan are related. "Why What's wrong?" He ask keeping calm. "Julie having the baby, Erick isn't answering, and she's scared crap less, it's her first child" Sarah explain calming down. "Okay Okay, ill call the office and get us subs, go to the hospital and call your sister" he replied going to the classroom phone. Sarah leaves the room and goes to her classroom to get her stuff. "Kids a sub will be in here soon, I have to leave family emergency" she explain to all the kids as she gets her stuff. Sarah and Bryan leave to go to the hospital and subs go to their classes to teach. Bryan goes to Fernando school first. He picks up Fernando and then goes to the hospital. Sarah picks up Anna and Emma at preschool and then goes to the hospital. She also leave a voicemail for Veronica to tell her what's going on. Once at the hospital Sarah go find Julie, while Bryan watches the kids. Sarah finds Julie holding Bryanna in room 672. "Hey" Sarah said walking in the room. "Hi" Julie said sounding relief. Julie hands Sarah Bryanna and closes her eyes. "Everyone here, their in the waiting room, but we couldn't find Erick" Sarah told her. "It's find, he'll show up soon" Julie said sounding tired. "Get some rest" Sarah told her. She nods her head and falls asleep.

    A couple hours later, Erick is found. Bryan found him talking to another doctor. He told Erick what's going on and then showed him to Julie room. She hasn't given birth yet, but she will be in a couple minutes. Sarah, Bryan, and the kids wait in the waiting room, while Julie and Erick have a baby. As they wait Sarah starts to fell dizzy, the girls fall asleep, and Fernando gets impatient. "Are you Okay?" Bryan ask looking at Sarah. "Find" she whispers. "No your not, what's wrong" he said. "I jut fell a little dizzy" she said putting her head in Bryan shoulder. "Take a nap, I'll watch the kids" he said putting his arm around her. Sarah says nothing, instead she closes her eyes and falls asleep. It's now 4:20pm and two babies have just entered the family. Bryan wakes Sarah up. "Did the baby come?" She ask with a yawn. "Erick wants you to meet her first" Bryan respond. Sarah gets up and go see the twins. When she walks in she sees Erick and Julie holding their babies. "What's their names?" Sarah ask as Erick hands her the boy. "We can't tell you until the rest of the family is in here" Julie replied. Erick goes out to get Fernando. He holds his new baby sister. After Fernando comes in then Anna, Emma, Cheyenne, Veronica, Bryan, and Bryanna. They where all shocked to see twins. "What's their names?" Bryan ask. Julie and Erick look at each other and then at everyone else. "Well" Cheyenne said. "We decided to name the boy Jupiter Bryan Rinkevich" Julie said. Bryan started blushing. "We decided to name the girl Maxima Sarah Rinkevich" Erick said looking at Sarah. Sarah smiles and they all clap.

    At 7:00pm Sarah, Veronica, and the girls go home. Cheyenne left at 5:30pm and Bryan left at 6:00pm. Ana and Emma had their baths and their snack, now it's time for bed. Sarah and Veronica tuck them in. "I love you girls" Sarah said. "I love you to mommy" they say together. "I love you both" Veronica said. "We love you to mommy" they say together. Sarah turns off the light and Veronica shuts the door as they leave the room. Veronica and Sarah check on Bryanna, then they go to their room. They lay in the bed and start talking. "If I don't beat this take care of the girls and keep in touch with my family" Sarah said. "Your going to beat this" Veronica said. "If I don't, promise you'll take care of the girls and keep in touch with my family" Sarah said again. "Promise" Veronica whispers. They kiss and then go to bed.  At Cheyenne's house. Cheyenne is eating McDonalds and petting her fat cat name fatty. After eating her food, her and fatty lay down in bed. "Goodnight fatty" She said. "MEOW" fatty goes. They fall asleep together. Morgan is at her apt getting ready to go out. She has work, which is going out and selling drugs. She is also hoping to find the guy who knocked her up. Erick, Julie, Fernando, and the twins are at the hospital. Fernando is sleeping on a chair, Julie is sleeping in the bed, an Erick is holding Maxima. He's really happy to have a daughter. Jupiter is sleeping in the little crib thing the doctors put him in. Bryan at home eating sushi and watching stranger thing season 2. He can stay up all night watching that show. Life for this family is crazy, but is okay. The family is happy, even though they have many opticals in the way. This is life now.

A/N: hey people!! I just want to give you all a little note really quick. This is not the end of the book. I know the ending of the chapter makes it seem that way, but it's not. The book was suppose to end on chapter twenty, but I have to add more chapters in. Sorry😿. I don't know what the last chapter will be now, but I do know this. I'm the Story I'm going to face forward a couple years. Only because Anna has to be 13 at the end of the book. I have my reasons why, but I don't want to say. So at some point in the book you'll see something like 5 years later. I don't know something like that. Anyways that it for this note, let's get into two pictures.
