Japan crawled through the maze that was called a vent system "only the russians would make it so.. complicated" She mumbled quietly. She was sneaking around, spying, collecting information. Neko ears scanning for surrounding sounds, perking up when she hears a faint beeping sound. Japan reached for her iPad from her bag which consists of a laptop, phone and many wires to connect to multiple things. As japan worked on her iPad, the beeping stopped and was replaced by a small hiss. Japan's iPad flashed, she looked down to check the notification ">vent system. > sleeping gas. > activated." "shit!" Japan panicked and typed faster, trying to shut the system down but failing. She began breathing in the gas, her arms and legs going weak "damnit, I've got at least two minutes before i fall asleep, i've got to get out of here!" Japan put her iPad away and started retreating. While crawling her eyelids felt heavy, admitting defeat she texted her team.

>I won't make it back, don't come get me. I've failed<

Japan sighed and curled up, falling asleep within a matter of seconds.

"someone's up there, get them down but be careful"

Japan woke up but didn't move, nor open her eyes. Just by sitting there, she could tell that; her hands were handcuffed but not to a table, her legs were free, she was missing her bag and she had been captured. Japan heard the door open, soft footsteps, wings shuffling she knew exactly who is was. Japan's tail twitched as she opened her eyes to see Kazakhstan sitting in front of her, his glowing golden wings folded behind him. Japan stretched her arms above her head and yawned "was the sleeping gas necessary?" Japan asked while inspecting the slim, strong chains holding her hands together "yes, it was agreed by everyone to use it against you" Kazakhstan said calmly, Japan looked at Kazakhstan then glanced at his wings "they're so pretty" she said "can I touch them?" she asked, Kazakhstan blushed "they are pretty aren't they? sure, I don't see why not" Kazakhstan unfolded his wings and walked around to Japan, who looked at the wings in awe. She stood up and reached for the wings, the soft golden feathers that shined like stars on a dark night. The door slammed open, Japan flinched and stepped back as her flaws flexed she turned to the door and looked up to see one of the tallest countries only a few feet away. 

"Kazakhstan, you do realise what she could have done, don't you?" Russia said, Kazakhstan looked between Japan and Russia "no.. I.. don't know" his gaze staying on Japan as he spoke, Japan rolled her eyes and looked at the door behind Russia then looked at the handcuffs again.

"look at her claws Kazakhstan, how sharp do they look? she could have ripped your wings" Russia said in a low tone, Kazakhstan stared at Japan's claws with wide eyes and took a step back. Russia walked over to Kazakhstan and put a hand on his shoulder, Japan flicked her wrist and unlocked the cuffs from her wrists, the metal clanging on the floor japan jumped over the table and ran at the door, she tried the handle but it didn't open. Russia grabbed Japan by the back of her neck and pulled her back while she was still holding onto the handle. Japan put her feet against the door, pushed off and let go of the handle, knocking Russia and Kazakhstan down to the floor. Japan jumped up and over them, looking around for vents or windows. There was a vent above the door, Japan started unscrewing it once it was open she crawled in only to get thrown out by Russia, he threw her against the wall and pinned her in place.

"who do you work for?" Russia asked, Japan struggled to get free but it only made Russia's grip tighter and stronger "I asked you a question" Russia said "why should I answer to you?" Japan snapped back, Russia glared at Japan then threw her across the floor. Japan rolled then sprung up into a flip, landing effortlessly the door opened and Belarus stood there "what's going on" she asked while sidestepping then leaning against the door frame. Japan ran past her and out the door "get her!" Russia yelled, Japan ran around the building looking for her things when the alarm went off "dammit I don't have much time" Japan mumbled, her eyes lit up as she remembered how to find her stuff. Japan searched her sleeves for the tiny button, pushing it and listening for the ringing. Heavy footsteps made themselves clear as Russia got closer, Japan started running towards the ringing sound her phone was making then looked at the vent system above her "how can I get in there?" Japan turned a corner and ran into someone "shit!" the other person yelled then looked up "watch where you're.. Japan!" America exclaimed "what are you doing here?!" Japan yelled "getting you out of here, c'mon" America said as he held Japan's bag out for her, she took it and they both ran. "follow me!" America yelled as he jumped out a small smashed window.

Japan went to jump out after him but was pulled back "so you work for him? typical" Russia growled "Japan!" America yelled while he turned around, glaring at Russia has he put Japan in a choke hold "go without me-" Japan coughed as Russia's grip tightened, she took quick and shallow breaths "what do you want with her?" America said quickly, noticing Japan's irregular breathing patterns "Information" Russia said "is that it?" America asked, Russia looked Japan up and down "she does have a very nice body... I might be able to do something with that" Japan's eyes widened as tears began pooling in her eyes, America growled "bastard!"
