Jewel's p.o.v
Today I just turned 15, 3 months ago Flame, Crystal, Pebble,and Volt turned 18, 2 months ago Ribbon and Fern turned 17, and last month Shadow turned 16. 'Shadow is sorta cute, wait what am I thinking! He is a year older, but I still like him. Stop think big about him! They will stare.' I thought to myself. "Ok, because you just turned 15 you need to evolve this year or the next that was our clan customs before we got captured by humans." Flame said his voice muffled by a giant dead fish in his mouth. I sigh, I hated evolving with a time limit. After I dug into the fish and I walked out side and into the field. I smelled the fresh flowers, I was in so much in heaven I didn't know that something was behind me. "Pin Missile." I heard someone say. I was hit an thrown into the air. I screamed and I hit the ground hard. I saw a Beedrill floating above me."poison sting," the Beedrill whispered." Protect," I yelled and I was blocked from the sting but I didn't notice the other Beedrill and he hit me with a poison sting. I tried to call for help but I was to weak. "Good job Beedrill now moved aside, I want to catch that eevee." I looked up and saw a trainer I knew I was going to be taken so I didn't try to move but then I saw a black shape jump over me and use moonlight. The trainer threw the pokeball anyway, but Shadow used dark pulse and it broke. "How dare you.. you Umbreon you will pay!," the trainer yelled. Then I saw the other eeveelutions come and made a circle around me. I black out right when I saw the trainer run away.
Shadow's p.o.v
I turned my back on the trainer and gently picked Jewel up by the scruff before the others could. I laid her in her nest and I waited for Fern. She walked in with a pecha berry in her mouth. She handed it to me, "Why are you giving it to me?," I ask her. She glared at me giving me the look that said just do it. I gulped and I gently fed it to her. I saw her eyes slowly open, she looked frightened at first and then she relaxed and nuzzled me softly. She walked outside and grabbed a big fish from the pile and eat it. I walk up to her  and lay right next to her. "Are you ok Jewel? You got attacked and almost got caught." I ask. She looked at me with tears in her eyes, instead of talking she just buried her face in my fur. She started snuffling and I felt my fur get wet, I didn't know how to calm her down so I gently wrapped around her and placed my head on her back. The sun was coating us with warmth and I smiled. Jewel looked up and she smiled back. I felt a soft breeze ruffle my fur and I felt shaking. I looked down, Jewel was shivering so I wrapped myself tighter around her. She was smiling, "She is so cute." I thought. "Did you just say that I'm cute?" Jewel asked, blushing a deep red. "Uhhh...." I say, I feel sweat drip down my face as I continue to stare and blush. "Good thing that my dark fur hides my blush." I mutter to myself, but then I saw Jewel blushing harder. I gently nuzzled her and then she nuzzled back. We both smiled then something happened...
