Personality - Y/n is fierce and independent, with a strong sense of justice. He is not afraid to speak his mind and will not hesitate to stand up against those who mistreat others. Despite his tough exterior, he is deeply loyal to his friends and will go to great lengths to protect them. Y/n is also highly disciplined, a trait instilled in his during his upbringing. He can be stubborn at times, particularly when it comes to his beliefs, but he is also open to learning and growing from his experiences. He is also an aggressive person to other people who come into his room or when people bother him he acts like a real Skrill and gets aggressive, yelling at them or trying to look intimidating to them and will resort to violence as a final option. He is also intelligent understanding the cruelty of society to him and others like him who have villain quirks. But he has developed a soft spot for a certain yellow haired girl.

Appearance - Y/n stands at 170 cm with an athletic build, honed from years of rigorous training. His eyes are a bright, purple with slit pupils, giving him an intense, predatory gaze. Y/n's hair is a short messy mane of jet black hair, streaked with vibrant purple highlights and a lightning bolt that glow when he channels his lightning. His canine teeth are sharper than normal teeth, and is very careful not to bite his tongue with them. He usually wears a grey shirt, with a black jacket, black trousers, purple and black trainers, and a black scarf.

Quirk - Skrill/Weather Manipulation & Electro-Kinesis

This quirk grants Y/n the abilities of a wyvern known as the Skrill and to freely manipulate all types of weather. But Y/ns quirk in mainly a transformation type.
Y/n gained some mental and physical things of a Skrill, where he cannot turn off such as likes, dislikes, personality, going into heat, having sharper canine teeth, weaknesses an his electro-kinesis. This quirk also allows Y/n to freely manipulate all types of weather, but he mostly uses it to create storms to allow himself to recharge from that storm.
His quirks abilities are separated, One, he can grow out Skrill parts from the inside such as wings, tail, and spikes, he can also grow the bones along with it.
Two, he is able to transform his insides into Skrill parts, like his eyes, organs and actual Skrill teeth etc. But if he transforms his brain he will have part of a Skrill personality, having almost no speech, being vicious, violent and simply act more like a dragon than a human being.
Three, if he transforms fully, he would go into a full Skrill form, having a full personality and body of one while being fully in control, but can turn into a Skrill at will and can change back anytime he wants, but once he changes back, he must wait a few minutes for his abilities to come back, but the abilities he can't turn off remain. But Y/n is able to use his dragon features to his advantages in fights.
Weaknesses -
Due to being a Skrill, he carries the same weaknesses like a normal Skrill.
Water Vulnerability : While the user can handle a certain amount of moisture, being fully submerged in water or drenched can cause their electrical abilities to backfire, potentially harming themselves instead of their opponents.
Electricity Limitation: The user's quirk is dependent on available electrical energy. In environments without access to external electricity, their own reserves are limited, making it harder to sustain prolonged fights.
Overcharge : Absorbing too much electrical energy can overload the user's body, leading to loss of control or even unconsciousness.
Conductivity Risks : The user must be cautious of their surroundings when using their Quirk, as metal objects and conductive surfaces can redirect or amplify their attacks unpredictably.
Weather Manipulation's incredible power puts some strain on the user's body, such as the bigger a storm the harder is to control and some of the biggest storms take a lot of concentration to control. Having the personality of a Skrill means that he can have temper issues if pushed too hard. But since Y/n trains in his free time to better control his abilities, he barely has any weaknesses.

Abilities -
- Electrical Blasts : In his Skrill form Y/n can absorb and store electrical energy from lightning bolts. Using his metallic spines, he can channel the lightning through his body and fire out destructive blasts out of his mouth.
- Scales : Y/n's dragon scales are interlocking and knife like, this allow him to fly through the air with little resistance and to fly even faster. These types of scales allow Y/n to move in ways a normal animal couldn't. The scales allow Y/n to be very flexible since the scales flow over each other enabling him to move very quickly.
- Riding lighting : While riding on these lightning bolts, Y/n is capable of travelling a couple of kilometers in a tenth of a second, which would mean that he can travel at several times the speed of sound.
- Electrical Field : Y/n can create an electrical field that acts similarly to a force field. While doing so, he closes his wings around his body, and swings his tail upwards. It then forms a small electrical field that can be used to block projectiles, he can use this in his human or skrill form.
- Ice Hibernation : Y/n while in his Skrill form or human form, he has a hidden ability which is his inner body heat, allowing him to survive and being safely frozen and encased in ice for years, without any dangers.
- Enhanced Strength : While in his dragon from Y/n is extremely strong able to send a person flying with ease, and possibly strong enough to flips cars, and due to him having a dense yet hallow skeleton, he is strong enough to fly and be able to get off the ground, this causes him to have very dense and flexible muscles.
- Intelligence : With the powers that come with the his quirk, it also lets him have extremely high intelligence. This allows Y/n to analyze his opponents for any weaknesses for him to take advantage of, such as a predator analyzing how to take down prey.
- Stamina/Endurance : Y/n's stamina and endurance seem to be incredibly high, even by human standards. This allows Y/n to last longer in fights that require him to stay in his human form. This is due to the lightning he stores inside him, while it to energize him constantly while in combat.
- Teeth/Bite Force : The teeth of Y/n's Skrill are sharp, serrated teeth that resemble those of a carnivorous predator. These teeth are designed for gripping and tearing into prey, similar to the teeth of sharks or certain large reptiles. Since the Skrill is an apex predator and was likely preys on fish and other creatures, its teeth are well-adapted for seizing slippery prey. The serrations help the dragon tear through flesh efficiently, making Y/n a formidable opponent. His Skrill's form skull provides strong muscle attachments for a powerful bite force. Based on its design, Y/n's Skrill form has a robust skull structure, similar to predatory reptiles like monitor lizards and large carnivorous dinosaurs. The Skrill's wide, reinforced skull would allow for large jaw muscles, increasing bite strength, his Skrill form's bite force reasonably falls between 1,500–3,000 PSI, making it powerful enough to crush bone and restrain large opponents. His Skrill forms teeth are deeply rooted in its skull to withstand the stress of biting, holding, and tearing up opponents.
- Immense Durability/Skeleton : In his Skrill form, Y/n has a lot of durability to withstand strong, blunt attacks from other. This is due to his skeletal system having a denser build than his human form, even though his Skrill forms bone are hollow, but this allows for more air to be stored in case of gases and toxic gases. But Y/n in his Skrill form also has extra protection for his chest under his scales, that is semi-flexible rib-cage that is similar to that of T Rex called a gastralia. The gastralia would shield Y/n's Skrill form's chest and abdomen, which is crucial in aerial combat and high-speed impacts. Similar to dinosaurs and birds, the gastralia assists in respiration by helping pump air through his lungs, making it more energy-efficient during flight. With whale-like rib flexibility, the Y/n is capable of enduring high-speed aerial maneuvers and compress his body slightly when needed, such as when diving or absorbing shock from impacts.
- Speed/Agility : In his Skrill form Y/n's high speed without using lightning is currently known in three different types, with his Base Flight Speed being 80-120 mph (129-193 km/h) under normal conditions, his Diving Speed exceeds 180+ mph (290 km/h) when stooping, while his Cruising Speed is around 60-80 mph (96-129 km/h) for long-distance travel. Y/n has moderate maneuverability similar to raptors (birds of prey) or jet fighters, and he is capable of sharp banking turns but unable to turn on a dime like smaller animals, A sleek, muscular body and knife like scales, means he's able to handle well in high-speed chases, similar to a fighter jet maintaining control at high velocities. While Y/n is likely use dive-and-strike tactics, leveraging gravity to increase speed while using powerful wingbeats to regain altitude.
- Electroreception Tracking : Y/n is capable of sensing the bioelectric fields of living beings, even if they were hidden in darkness, water, or underground. This allows to locate enemies even in complete blindness, making it virtually impossible to hide from. He could track Nomu, humans, or other creatures through their heartbeats, muscle movements, and nervous system activity. This would allow him to predict enemy movements by detecting their muscle contractions before they attack. If a Nomu or human prepared to strike, he would sense their intent through bioelectric signals, reacting with preemptive dodges or counterattacks.
- Air-Sac Breathing System : Y/n in his Skrill form has a breathing system similar to birds and large extinct theropods used continuous airflow respiration, making them incredibly efficient at oxygen intake. This would allows Y/n to fly longer without tiring, making him a strong endurance flier, capable of covering vast distances. But flight generates a lot of heat due the Skrill being an endothermic animal, but the air-sac system would help prevent overheating by keeping air constantly moving through his body, this is especially useful for high-speed chases and aerial combat. More oxygen means more energy output, allowing Y/n to generate stronger wingbeats and rapid bursts of speed, this also increases his takeoff speed and vertical lift when launching into the air. The extra oxygen efficiency also enhances his bioelectrical generation, making his lightning-based attacks even more powerful.
- Binocular Vision : In his Skrill Form Y/n has binocular vision similar to that of T Rex, this allows him to judge distances extremely well, making him a extremely deadly aerial fighter when targeting enemies. This make him able to accurately time attacks, such as grabbing his opponents in midair or striking with pinpoint accuracy. With better depth perception, Y/n is able track fast-moving targets while in the sky, either on the ground or in the air, this would increase his reaction speed, making dodging attacks and countering much more efficient. This allows him to make banking turns and diving attacks far more precise, giving him a deadly edge in high-speed chases, while allowing him to spot weaknesses in an opponent's armor or defenses.
- Hind Leg Talons : Y/n's Skrill forms hind legs are muscular and well-adapted for both running and leaping, meaning he's not helpless on the ground is surprisingly agile on the ground. This allows him to chase opponents on land, evade attacks, and reposition quickly rather than relying solely on flight. Due to his strong hind legs, he can use high-powered jumps, meaning he could could launch itself into the air with explosive force, reducing takeoff time. This would be especially useful in combat, letting it quickly dodge attacks or reposition mid-battle. The ability to move on land efficiently would reduces his reliance on constant flight, conserving energy for lightning attacks and high-speed maneuvers.
- Thunderclap : When flying at incredibly high speeds, Y/n in his Skrill form, slams both his wings making him shoot up at speed fastest enough to let him create a sonic boom of shorts, shattering glass windows nearby, disabling electronics, and disorienting enemy's, to let him make a quick escape.
- Bioluminescent Patterns : Y/n is able to activate bioluminescent patterns in his Skrill form or his human form at will. He either activates this during a fight to intimidate others or it can activate accidently when he is either nervous or angry.

- Claws : Y/n is able to grow claws from in finger nails and they are extremely durable and sharp, able to cut through the toughest materials.
- Teeth : Y/n is able to grow razor sharp teeth in his mouth that are serrated that can tear through metal, and even flesh.
- Scales : Y/n is able to cover any part of his body in dragon scales, it further increase his durability and defense, to allow him to take massive amounts of damage, but over time the scales can be broken. This is because Y/n's dragon form scales are much harder that when he use's them in his human form, Y/n able to withstand high intensity heat and fire in his Skrill form and human form.
- Lightning Manipulation : The user can summon and control bolts of lightning. These bolts can be used for long-range attacks, with the intensity and speed of the bolts increasing with the user's skill. The user can also guide the lightning in mid-air, making it extremely difficult for opponents to dodge.
- Electricity Absorption : The user can absorb electrical energy from their surroundings. This ability is especially potent during thunderstorms, where the user can draw power from the storm itself, significantly increasing their strength and the intensity of their attacks. Absorbing too much energy at once, however, can cause Y/n physical strain.
- Electrified Combat : By channeling electricity through their body, the user can enhance their physical attacks. Punches and kicks delivered while in this state carry the added impact of an electrical discharge, which can stun or paralyze opponents.
- Lightning Cloak : By wrapping their body in lightning, the user can move at lightning-fast speeds, increasing their mobility in battle and making their strikes faster and more powerful. The electric cloak also acts as a defensive barrier, shocking anyone who comes into contact with them.
- Storm Rider : At higher levels of mastery, Y/n can briefly turn his body into a form of pure electrical energy, allowing him to travel through conductive materials at lightning speed. This ability can be used for rapid movement, escaping danger, or surprising enemies with an unexpected strike.
Weather Abilities -
The primary strength of this side of Y/n's quirk, is it allows the user can control the temperature of the environment, control all forms of precipitation, humidity and moisture. The formation and creation of clouds; the direction and voltage of lightning; powerful gusts of wind; the size and frequency of hail, rain, snow and other storm aspects.
The user can incite all forms of meteorological tempest, such as tornadoes, thunderstorms, blizzards, and hurricanes, as well as mist and thick fog. As well as dissipate such weather to form clear skies. The user also has a resistant to hot and cold temperatures. To simplify things; the user has complete control and creation of all forms of Weather.
The user can intensify winds, summon storm clouds, and affect barometric pressure. Can be concentrated to generate indoor storms and to control the movement of rain/wind/lightning. One has the power to psionically control the weather in a wide range of distances. This allows Y/n to create clear sky, rain, hail, snow, thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. It can be used offensively, or as the cycle of life for everyday human beings. But these abilities are usually on a smaller scale.
