''What happened?'' I asked Ananya when she joined me in the lawn area. Raksha leaving the table abruptly had left everyone worried. Things which we had been keep under wraps thinking we would be able to sought it out was now in open. Ananya followed the brothers after sometime, and now she looks lost. ''Will you tell me what happened?''

''She asked for Adi, as predicted.''

''And they agreed?'' Though, she ad warned me before but I had never expected Raksha to ask for Adi. ''Now what?''

''Don't know, but the route they have chosen will create more rift between Adi and Raksha. We have to make these bull head royals understand that.''

''Do you think that will work?'' I asked confused

''NO, it won't. But We have to try. Dipika talk to Veer, he is the sensible one.'' She said earning a are you kidding me look from me, ''Only for others, when it come to me he seems to hang his brain in the cupboard.'' I replied

''Fine,then I'll talk to Veer you speak to Ranvijay.'' That made my eyes go wide. I won't be able to utter a single word when it comes to bhai. Finally we dropped the idea and decided to talk to our husbands privately

''What max they can do? I asked and she smiled staring at the oblivion, ''Exactly what he did to me. He is planning to get them married in 2 weeks and we just have 24hrs. So please, try and reason with Veer.''

''Did bhai make any such promise to Raksha?'' It was hard for me to believe what she just said

''He doesn't have to give words to his thoughts, I know this man in and out.''

''Adi is no ordinary guy, it would be difficult.'' I reasoned

She smiled, ''Adi isn't ordinary but Ranvijay Rathore is extra ordinary, he must have won the half game already and this is why he has promised Raksha without a thought.''

I nodded, she was about to add when a help handed her wailing Rolli, she seemed too annoyed. Ananya cooed her, ''Listen Princess, if you dare demand a guy from your dad, I am gone spank your butt red.'' She blinked staring at her mother, and then she started crying again. ''Here she goes again.'' Ananya paced around and then stopped, ''I have an idea. Today everyone is home for Raksha's birthday, so these brothers get amazing time to plan. We need to break this meeting so that you get Veer alone and I need Ranvijay exhausted .''

''and How?'' I asked. Smiling she pointed towards upset Rolli, ''You don't know the power of my annoyed daughter. She can drive any one crazy.'' She ordered Balwant to ready the car as she had leave of NGO to attend some non-existing serious issue. I couldn't help but giggle when she handed and annoyed Rolli to bhai asking him to take care. She took a step and then turned around, ''In case Ranvijay is not able to handle her...''

I stopped her mid way, ''She is mine as much she is yours. I will take care of her.''She gave me a thumbs up before leaving , now it was my turn.

''Will you tell me something'' I asked Veer who seemed to be pacing the length and breadth of the room . He picked up the phone and pushed a picture on my face, ''I am going to kill him for torturing my sister.''

''Has Adi send this?''

''Its form an unknown number, it should be him. How long it takes to get a new number'' He replied

''That means Adi has been compromised without his knowledge, he doesn't look in his senses, when these were being taken.'' I said staring at the pictures. Lifting my eyes to Veer, I found him standing with his back to me, taking the clue I messaged one picture and issue in brief to Ananya

''You mean to say he got raped?'' I stared at Veer, and Ananya thought I can make him understand. Shaking my head I walked to him, ''There is someone out there who wants to exploit Raksha's emotions for their benefit. And why would Adi get his intimate pictures clicked, if this gets leaked Ranawat family has to pay a big price. It will take a huge hit on their reputation.'' Veer thought and then grinned wide, pulling me in his arms he kissed me hard, ''Has anyone ever said you are brilliant.'' I stared at him confused. Pushing him away I came to the point

''Before doing anything, speak to Adi.''

''Time for words is done, now its time for action'''

''Veer, any kind of force will create a rift between Adi and Raksha. Think of the future.'' I tried putting some sense in his head

''Don't you worry I know how to mend their future.'' I was about to interrupt when a worried looking bhai knocked our suite, ''Sorry Dipika , but she is unmanageable now.'' My heart wrenched at the sight of wailing Rolli, without a minute I took her from bhai and pulled her to my chest. This is the first time I have seen her crying this way, fat drops streaming down her face. ''Does she need a doctor?'' Veer asked

I just shook my head and locked my eyes with the baby in my arms, talking just to her. Her wailing reduced to hiccups and then she just kept staring at me unblinking. Talking to her, I removed the anklets and bracelets she was wearing, pulling off her t-shirt next. Balancing her on my shoulder, I rubbed her back. I felt her tiny mouth sucking my shoulder for few moments and then all turned quite. ''She slept?'' Bhai asked surprised

Smiling I nodded, ''I will keep her till Ananya returns.''

''Oh please do, Veer I will come back after a nap.'' Ananya was right, even mighty Ranvijay Rathore surrendered to our Princess' temper. Placing her in Vikram's crib we stepped out, ''Why was she that mad?''

''These are too heavy, she doesn't like it but Ananya keeps them on for sake of granny.'' I said pointing towards the anklets.

Since Vikram was with Granny, I had time to put some sense in Veer's head."Veer Mrs Anuradha Ranawat his exploiting Raksha's innocent emotions for her benefits, she wants Raksha for Adi so that she can pressurize bhai to help with her political career. Veer said nothing, he just smiled. ''You are making things so easy'' Now I was all the way more confused. I was about to ask him how, when a message from Bhai bought him on toes, ''I will be back by evening.'' All I could do was curse my luck.

Evening, we got together and had a small celebration for Raksha. In contrast to morning she looked happier and composed, ''She looks fine now.'' I whispered to Ananya

''Why not her brother promised her something and she is confident he will get it for her.''

''Anything on that girl in the picture?''

''Not now, but I will soon get the details. For now I know that Adi's mother is behind all this. She wants Raksha scared about losing Adi, but she doesn't know what her brothers can and will do.'' After dinner we dispersed, moving to our suite I patted my son to sleep. He looked so excited about the cake and gifts, he too wanted to cut it again and Rakhsa decided to do with him.

''Did you think about what I said early this morning?'' I asked Veer

''Dipu, I understand your concern but there is nothing to worry. We have all in control, we will have a grand wedding soon.''

''Force can break the strongest of bonds Veer. Why don't you understand that.'' I was beyond annoyed.

''I agree they will fight for some time, but later all will settle down. I am sure.'' He replied confident

''till the time it settles , pain would be Raksha's companion. Think of her.''

''You are just over thinking, I will handle Adi.'' Throwing his back on the bed he pulled me to his chest, ''Now now more this and that, its time for us'' With that he nuzzeled his face in my neck. I wish I would have taken the option of talking to bhai, for now Veer sounds like a big idiot to me.

It has been 2 days since the discussion, the brothers have turned secretive and Ananya into a detective. She keeps me posted on all happenings, like me she too failed in convincing bhai. She gave me a rough idea about what's running in his head and that gave me goose bumps, Anuradha Ranawat is defiantly in trouble.

The brothers and Ananya had left early, the difference was I knew why Ananya left in a hurry, for others she was going to NGO. About 2 hrs later, when I was busy playing with Rolli in granny's room Ananya asked me to reach a venue as soon as possible. ''What about Rolli?'' I seriously didn't want to leave her and go. It was so much fun talking to our little chatter box.

''Leave her with Mom, just come. I have the girl in that picture with Adi.'' I stared at Rolli with a smile, taking her in my arms I pecked her nose. She tried holding my face all excited, ''We will be back soon, don't cry.'' She responded to me with a giggle making me smile in return

After an hour of travel, my car halted at the entrance of a posh hotel. Why is everybody throwing bouncers at me? Balwant gave me a nod leading me to the elevator, with a ding the doors slid one on the top floor revealing the executive suite. ''The President Suite Hukum .'' Balwant pointed towards the white double doors with golden framing at the corners. Pushing the door I stepped in and gasped, Ananya sat cross legged on the couch with a gun in her hand and eyes closed. Rajshri was seated on the floor, her mouth gagged and limbs tied.

''Veer!!! What are you doing here?'' That came angrily from me, and I had a reason too. He clothes were deshelved , hair looked messed and there was a lip mark on his cheek. He is dead.

''Your husband got saved from getting raped, ''Ananya joked. I was just fuming, why the hell this female is after every man we know. Ananya patted the empty space next to her, ''This trap was for Ranvijay, he landed by mistake. ''

''Was she with Adi in picture?''

''Yes, she decided to play the stunt in exchange of Anuradha's help to get Ranvijay. Foolish woman.''

''And how do you know''

''Simple, I kept a watch on these too over smart Rathore brothers. Do you want to punish her?'' She asked

''Did you?

''In the end, all yours for now.'' I was really thankful for that, I needed a punching bag or Veer would be at the receiving end. Squatting down at Rajshri's level, I slapped her hard. Not once but multiple times warning her against trying anything with my husband. My eyes went to Veer, who sat there with head in his hands. Before I could attack him, bhai entered placing an ice bag on Veer's head. Fine, I will deal with him at home.

Ananya walked to Rajshri and undid her mouth, ''How long Ananya, one day I will snatch...''

The sentenced remained incomplete as Ananya pushed the gun nozzle into her mouth, ''Do you remember what I had suggested you last time. If No, then here it is again, I am not a royal. I am a simple head strong woman, my ways are different and they might just be too hard on your Royal skin.''

''You think you can scare me with those words.'' With that her eyes went to bhai and next minute she yelped as Ananya poked her right eye, ''This time I am going to show you what Ananya can do if anybody eyes her Ranvijay.'' She straightened up, ''Hemant, Make sure her father or anybody isn't able to locate her till I am done with her.'' Bhai's chief security smirked, he hated Rajshri to the core.

''You are suppose to take orders from me'' Bhai said

''Sorry Hukum, but this order seems good for you and I will follow it.'' Hemant replied cheekily and took steps to Rajshri. They took her away with the help of other guards.

''bravo Ananya'' I clapped. She shook her head, ''Thanks to granny and her training. She advised me to keep an eye on everyone who behaves secretive or different, even if its your husband.'' She replied with a raised brow at bhai. He decided to stay quite.

As we drove back home, there was faint chuckle from hemant who had taken the wheel. Bhai glared at him, but after a minute I couldn't hold. The idea of Veer being exploited was too funny, Ananya too joined me and Veer just groaned in annoyance.

''Dipu, its not my fault. That woman sent a threatening message to bhai stating she would leak the pictures and Adi would be forced to marry her. We were worried about Raksha, hence decided to put some sense in her. I took the lead, but wasn't aware she had all this planned. Someone attacked me from behind hitting on the head, after that I don't know how I reached that room.'' He explained his point with eyes on the floor

''You knew what she is, then why you had to go alone. She could have killed you, and now I want to kill her and Adi's mother.''

''Mrs Ranawat will pay the big price. We were thinking about how to push Adi to marry Raksha, now she gave us all the means. She is trapped in her own game.'' All I could was bang my head, we were back to square one
