There was alot more to study than I had intended. When I got to my bedroom, my bed was already made. I was ready for bed. I felt like I could sleep for a life time. There was a lot on my mind but for the first time, I actually felt like I could get some sleep.

I was almost asleep when I heard a scream. It sounded like it came from the room right next to mine. Then I remembered, Azami was there. I grabbed my pocket knife off of the night stand and ran into Azami's room.

"What's wrong?" I yelled.

Azami was standing on her bed looking down into the corner.

"There... There's a spider over there!" she cried.

"A spider?" I laughed.

"It's not funny! It could be poisonous!"

I walked over to the corner where the spider was. It was quite big but it looked harmless. I reached down for it but was immediately stopped by Azami's screaming.

"Koda! Don't touch it! It might bite you!"

I took my pocket knife and threw it. It hit the spider but also left a small hole in the wall.

"There. It's dead. Have a good night sleep." I said.

I smiled at her and walked out of the room. I heard soldiers coming from down the hall. It sure took them long enough. If someone was really there trying to capture her or something, she would have already been long gone.

"There is nothing to worry about. All is well and taken care of. Lady Azami saw a spider and that was all. Return to your work. Good night." I said and they walked away.

I layed down again and looked at the clock. It was already six in the morning. I started to wonder how long we actually studied. I started to laugh out of no where, thinking of Azami being scared of a spider. She always acted so brave and tough. I guess there was a side of Azami that I didn't know.

"Koda? Koda? Get up!"

"It's not time to get up already is it?" I said.

I opened my eyes and it was Azami. She smiled.

"Good morning. Hurry up or we're gonna be late for school." she said, cheerfully.

"Oh. Right."

It seemed that everyone was coming to visit me this morning. It was interesting. The door opened and Arion stood there with a cheerful look on his face.

"Good morning, your majesty. Good morning, Lady Azami. You should hurry. Breakfast is prepared down stairs." he said.

"You go ahead, Azami. I'll be down shortly. Arion? See to it that Azami does not wonder off." I laughed.

Azami looked angry but Arion joined in laughing too. They left a short time afterwards. I had to get into my school uniform and get all my books together. I couldn't remember where I had left them all. I remembered going into the library to read a book for class, then I went into Azami's room to study, and finally went into my own room bringing at least one of the books with me then too.

I ran into Azami's room and found two of my books. I had three books out of the four. The last one was in the library down stairs. I was just about to run down the stairs when I suddenly felt dizzy. I could see Arion at the bottom of the steps. It looked like he was saying something to me but I couldn't hear anything. Everything started to spin. I could see Arion running toward me and Porcia following close behind him but then everything went black.

"What's wrong with him!?" I heard someone scream.

"I don't know but someone needs to call an ambulence straight away." I knew this voice from somewhere but I couldn't remember who it was.

After that, I didn't hear anything. I must have been asleep or something. I knew that at some point I would wake up. I couldn't stay asleep forever could I?
