(Jenna's POV)
I smiled all the way to lunch.
I walked into the lunch room towards my usual spot, in the corner far away from everybody else, especially far away from Drew Christen or as I like to call her Apple. Me and Liz named her after the poisonous apple from Snow White. Partially because of her poisonous tongue and partially because after gym class once her deodorant and perfume fade she smells like a mix of sweat and rotten apples.
So I was sitting in the corner reading alone, because right now Liz is to speak to the principle about her starting a cheer squad, plus I didn't want anyone to see me still blushing from this mornings incident in the hall, but may I say what beautiful incident it was. I smiled to myself at the thought as I looked up and my smile faded quickly at the sight of Kai. He was walking over towards me.
"So Jenna, what you reading there." He nods at the book in my lap.
I lift up the book to show him the cover, not expecting him to know what I was reading.
"So are you Team Percy of Jason?" He asked going through the pile of other books siting on the table.
"I can't believe you know what I'm reading. Not even my best friend knows what The Heroes of Olympus are." I say stunned.
"Are you kidding me I love thoughts books. Come on answer my question."
"Percy." I tell him.
"Oh then we have a problem. You see I'm Team Jason.
"What!"

Kai's POV

She is so cute when she Fangirls. For the past five minutes Jenna has been trying to convince me about going team Percy. But I truly don't even know what that is. You see, this morning in the hall, I saw her drop The Heroes of Olympus on the floor and it was the first book she picked up and I thought It was her favourite out of them all and she didn't what it to get dirty, so when I left for class I spent most of the time remembering her face and how pretty it looked and the other half googling The Heroes of Olympus. I read two different synopsis on it and blogs and most of them talked about Percy and Jason. Right now I'm not even paying attention. I'm watching her lips move and her hands fly around gracefully as she explains stuff. Once I realized Jenna stopped talking I looked her in the eyes and said, "You know Jen, you make a compelling case and I am now officially Team Percy." She smiled from cheek to cheek and her eyes lit up like the 4th of July.
"So, what's your favourite book?" She asked me while she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. There are more books! Crap! Um..I looked at the one she held in her hands dentally, as if a porcelain doll. The Lost Hero. The cover read.
"The Found Hero." She laughed at my answer. She had a beautiful laugh <mental slap>. Focus, Kai. Your inter future relationship with this girl rides on this one stupid answer you gave.
"Stop joking you know that's not a book."
"Fine, fine." I lied trying to stay cool.
"You know what, I'll tell you what my favourite is on our date." I said trying to be smooth and if she says yes it will give me more time to research or maybe even read the books. I Mean how many more could there be.
Her eyes widened. "Our date?"
"That's right our date if you would like to go on one." I added quickly. She shifted and placed her book on the table.
"I-"

Yup I ended the chapter like that! Ha Ha Ha!
Question of the Chapter: What would your answer be to Kai. Would you go out with his handsome green eyes or boot him to the curb?
My Answer: I think he's sweet and adorable. I mean he went through all that trouble to impress her with his Percy Jackson "knowledge" (a.k.a. Google's Knowledge) If a guy would go through all that to impress me I would at least give him a chance. So yes I would date Kai (plus he's a figment of my imagination so he's made to be the perfect guy for me so...).
