Alexa packed up all Rose's clothes into her luggage and closed it. Then, she motioned towards Rose who was sitting on her bed and staring on the wall. "Princess, all your clothes is packed," she said kindly. Rose looked up at her. "I don't want to go Alexa," she whined. Alexa smiled. "Why, Princess? It’s Prince Seth's birthday party. I'm sure you'll have fun in Hawaii," she tried to coax her. Rose looked down. "He doesn't even want me to go," she said sadly.

          "Why do you say that, my Lady?" Alexa asked. She sighed. "He didn't tell me that he was going to celebrate his birthday in Hawaii. Alex was the one who told me," she said, slightly annoyed. "Maybe he forgot?" Alexa said with hope that she would cheer her up. Rose snorted. "Yeah. He forgot me."

        "We're ready to go, Princess Rose," Mr Jameson showed up. Rose got up to her feet, but was in no mood for a party or holiday. Before, she would have been happy if she had the chance to visit Hawaii as she had never been there. But now, the fact that Seth forgot to invite her, sucked all her energy and excitement out of her. 

          She walked slowly to the limo and got into it. Seth was already waiting for her in the limo. "What's taking you so long? I've been waiting here for ages," he whined. Rose sulked and was silent. Seth looked at her and realised that she was sulking. "What?" He asked, puzzled.

          "You didn't invite me to Hawaii," she said firmly. Seth was taken aback. "If I didn't then why are you here?" He said sarcastically. Rose narrowed her eyes to him. "Because I'm your wife so it'll be weird if you leave me here while you're in Hawaii," she said, annoyed.

         Seth let out a small laugh and shook his head. "And because you're my wife I didn't invite you. Come on, Rose, why would you get mad just because of that?"

          "Why would I get mad just because of that?" She mimicked. Rose clenched her fist and punched his shoulder. "You're such a heartless guy!" She grumbled. Seth rubbed his shoulder. "Seriously, Rose. What did I do wrong? You're sleeping next to my bedroom, why should I go and say, 'hey, will you come to my birthday party in Hawaii this Saturday?' It'll be stupid," he said, sarcasm hitting every word.

          Rose breathed in heavily and she was pissed off. A guy like Seth wouldn't understand how she felt, so she just gave up. She looked away from him and took out her Ipod. "Hey, aren't you listening to me?" Seth demanded. But Rose wasn't listening because she was wearing her headphones in. She even increased the volume to the maximum so she wouldn't have to listen to him. Seth shrugged and got back to his hobby, reading.

          After 7 hours of travelling, Rose and Seth finally reached their royal resort in Hawaii. Rose kept circling around as the resort was just next to the beach. She was too mesmerised by the beauty of the ocean. "Stop looking around. You look stupid," Seth shrugged as he put on his black shades.

         "You've been here before?" She asked curiously. Seth nodded. "Countless times," he bragged and walked into the hotel lobby. Rose mimicked him, but then followed him into the lobby. She was surprised to see Luke and Alan already there waiting for them. Seth shook their hands and hugged. "Happy birthday dude," Luke wished him. Seth patted his shoulder. "Thanks man," he smiled. Luke then glared at Rose who was standing behind him. He never did like her. 

         "Hey, Rose!" Alan gave her a friendly greeting. Rose raised a hand, awkwardly. He then turned to Seth. "Happy birthday, Seth Larston!" Alan patted his back. "Whatever dude," Seth joked and rubbed his hair. Luke shrugged as Rose laughed. Rose shut her mouth and didn't know why he hated her so much. What did she do to him? 

        "So, you're staying here for how long?" Luke asked Seth. "Oh, tomorrow we'll be back to Andorra," he answered. Rose's eyes widened. "Tomorrow? But we've just got here!" She exclaimed, puzzled. Seth turned himself to her. "Darling, in case you've forgotten, I'm the Crown Prince. So, I have loads of work to do," he said sarcastically. Rose blushed a little when he called her darling. 

           He grabbed her hand. "Lets get changed. The party will be starting in noon," he told her. He looked at his friends. "I'll see you guys later," he said before pulling her hand, heading towards their hotel room.

         "Wait! Stop!" Rose stopped walking and shoved his hand out of hers. Seth looked at her. "What?" He asked. "We? Get changed? I have my own hotel room, right?" She demanded to know. She was worried that she might have to share a room with him. Seth looked down. "Unfortunately, you don't. We have to share a room," he said, disappointed. Rose gasped. "What?" She gushed.

       "Father only booked one room for us," he explained. "So, we don't have a choice, unless you rather sleep in the lobby,". Rose looked sharply at him. "I’d rather sleep in the toilet than share a bed with you!" She pointed a finger at his nose. Seth slapped her hand away from his sight. "Don't be silly, Rose. Its just for one night," he said.

       "One hell night," Rose sighed. Seth shrugged. "Whatever. Come on or the party will begin without its birthday guy," he said. They walked to their hotel room and Seth opened the door using his keys. He made his way into the room, Rose following from behind. The room was huge. It even had a balcony that was facing the ocean. A king-sized bed was placed in the middle, and a television opposite it. 

          Rose slammed herself onto the bed. "This is freaking cool. Why can't we stay here for at least a week?" She said in awe. She jumped onto her feet and went outside to the balcony. "This is so beautiful!" She mused, half shouting. Seth shook his head. "Make sure no one sees you acting like a monkey," he warned and motioned towards the bathroom. "And stop shouting! They could hear you," he said firmly before walking into the bathroom.

       Rose stuck out her tongue and skated back into the room. She opened her luggage and took out the dress that Madam Hartford had chosen for her; a white, strapless, short, summers dress. She waited for Seth to got out from the bathroom. "Can't you be any quicker?" She shouted at him. "Shut up and wait!" Seth shouted back from inside the bathroom. 

         She sighed and rolled her eyes. She took her phone out from her bag and glanced at the time. It was almost time for the party, but Seth hadn't done yet. So, she decided to change there without going into the bathroom. She stripped her clothes hastily and threw it onto the bed. Her eyes were staring at the bathroom door to make sure that Seth wasn't coming out. She zipped open the sundress and fitted it on her body.

         But she was having a problem to close the zip back as it was placed behind her back. She tried so hard but it was only half close. At that point, she missed Alexa and Madam Hartford who always helped her get dressed. The bathroom door cracked open and Seth went out. He was wearing a smart grey tuxedo with a white necktie. "What are you doing?" He asked, puzzled when he saw that Rose was jumping around.

     "Nothing!" Rose quickly said, turning around to face him. Her hands still trying hard to zip her dress. She started to curse that freaking zip. "You changed? Good," he said and walked to the dressing mirror. "Lets go now or we'll be late," he instructed and adjusted his necktie.

     "Wait a second," Rose stuttered and she tried her best to pull the zip, still, it was useless. She knew that she was going to need someone's help. "Seth," she drawled. "What?" Seth asked, busy tidying his hair. He turned himself to her. Rose showed the back of her dress. "I need help," she said, shyly.

       Seth gulped before looking away. "What? Are you crazy?" He crinkled his nose. "Please... Or we'll be late for the party," she sighed. Seth drew a deep breath. "You're such a simpleton," he said sarcastically and approached her. Rose turned herself, so Seth was facing her back. 

       He started to pull the zip for her and his heart was beating fast. He could even hear the beating of his heart because of how nervous he was. Her long brown hair blocked the zip direction so he brushed it off from her back. The moment his hand touched her skin, his body was on flame. He gulped and started to sweat as he was staring at her neck. Why was he feeling this way? "Seth?" Rose awakened him as she was starting to wonder what was taking him so long. 

        Seth shook his head, trying to get out from his perverted mind. He finished the zipping and motioned away from her, afraid that he might lose control of himself. "Thanks," Rose smiled at him and she didn't know what just got into Seth. He rolled his eyes and loosened his necktie a little, as he needed extra oxygen. "Lets go down, they're waiting for us," he said and opened the door. Rose nodded and followed him at once.

        The party was held in a lodge just by the beach. "The arrival of Prince Seth Larston and his wife," a waiter announced, and everyone clapped their hands. Seth smiled and shook hands with everyone that wished him happy birthday. Rose followed from behind him and smiled. Rose looked around and spotted Alex. She waved at him excitedly and he waved back, laughing.

      Seth, who saw that she was waving at Alex, rolled his eyes. He pulled her hand and walked to his friends. "Hey guys," he said, patting Luke's back. Alex joined them. "Hey everyone," he greeted everyone and gave a special smile at Rose. He looked at Seth and stretched his hand. "Happy birthday cousin," he wished him, and they shook hands. "Thanks, Alex," Seth thanked him.

      Luke's eyes wandered around. "I wonder where Jessica is. She's supposed to be here," he said, looking around for her. Rose looked down, disappointed that her husband's ex-girlfriend would be here soon. Suddenly, all eyes stopped at a figure that was walking into the lodge. It was Jessica, and she looked gorgeous in a light blue, long sundress. Even Luke and Alan were mesmerised by her beauty.

            Rose glanced at Seth, who was also looking at her. But she couldn't figure out whether he was mesmerised too, or he was just looking at her because everyone was. Whatever it was, it hurt Rose. Alex, who saw that Rose's expression changed, understood her feelings. It must be hard for her, but he couldn't do anything. Jessica joined them.

       "Happy birthday, Prince Seth," she wished him, smiling brightly, stretching her hand. Seth shook it. "Thank you," he said calmly. Their gaze met, and Rose could only watch them. She realised that she had no right to stop Seth from talking to her. She was just his 'arranged partner', who had married him for money. Nothing more than that. 

         The party went on and Seth was busy shaking everyone's hand. Rose didn't follow him and headed to the food table with Alex. Everything looked delicious, so she took almost everything. "Are you okay?" Alex asked, full of concern. He could feel that she hadn’t been okay since Jessica showed up. "Puff, I'm fine," Rose snorted, faking to be fine. When she was about to take a cupcake, another hand showed up out of nowhere and held the cupcake too.

       She looked up at the hand's owner, and was surprised. It was Jessica's. Rose pulled her hand from the cake and looked down. "I'm sorry," she said and wimbled with her fingers. Jessica just gave her a smile before walking away from there. Rose rolled her eyes and took the cupcake. "If you don’t want it then I'll take it!" She cursed under her breath. 

        Rose and Alex walked towards their round table where they found Luke, Alan and Seth already eating. Jessica too, had found the best place for her to sit, which coincidently, was next to Seth. She never stopped smiling at him. Rose's heart was burning as she took a seat beside Seth, on the other side. She stabbed her fork into the cake and stuffed it into her mouth. Alex looked at her, smiling. 

        "Try this," Jessica offered and lifted a hand, ready to feed Seth. He hesitated for a moment, but then accepted her offer. He opened his mouth and let her feed him. Rose looked away, not willing to see them adoring each other. Alex held her hand from under the table, trying to coax her. Rose gulped and gave him a weak smile. Their friends; especially Luke smiled at them, as he was happy to see Jessica and Seth together.

            "Psst.." Rose heard a whisper. She looked around, but couldn't detect where the voice came from. "Rose...here!" The voice called her name. She looked behind her and saw Lily and Cassidy, waving at her excitedly. Her mouth fell open and she was surprised. What are they doing here? Rose turned back to the front before saying, "Excuse me," and got up to her feet. "Where are you going?" Seth asked bewildered. But Rose ignored him and walked to her friends.

                "ROSE!!" Cassidy and Lily squealed when she approached them. They both hugged her tightly. "What are you doing here?" Rose asked and let go of them. Cassidy held her shoulders. "For Prince Seth's birthday party, of course!" She exclaimed. Rose was even more puzzled. "But, how'd you get the invitation? It's a private party," she asked oddly. Lily smiled at her. "Well, Cassidy's father is a friend to this resort owner, so he managed to get a special invitation for us!" She explained.

         Rose nodded. Cassidy's father is a hotel entrepreneur, so she did believe them. "Seriously?" Rose asked excitedly. Lily and Cassidy nodded. "Where are you sitting?" Lily asked, looking around. Rose pointed to their table. "There, with those fakers," she snorted. Lily and Cassidy looked at them, and saw Jessica flirting with Seth. "Oh my god! Rose look at that!" Cassidy squeezed her arm. "Can't you see what she's doing? He's your husband!"

       Rose sighed. If only she could stop them, but she realised that she didn't have the rights. "They're friends," she lied. Lily gave a sharp look at her. "Rose Humphrey! Since when you have you become a weakling! She's obviously flirting with Seth!" She said firmly. Rose looked at them, and Seth looked happy. It was a good thing. "I'm no one to him," she said, almost inaudible, as she watched Jessica flirting with her husband.
