Backstory: Nina had a pretty normal life. She was going to school and hanging out with friends. Her father who she is very close decided to teach Nina about the stars, space and later on greek and roman mythology. Nina loved every second of it. Her father remarried when she was six, she earned an older step brother and younger step sister. The three of them became fast friends. One day the family decided to go on a trip over the state to vist an amusement park for Nina's twelfth birthday. But they never got there. A monster crushed into their car, the sudden impact killed her step mother and step sister. Her father,brother and herself were able to escape. They ran into a near by forest for safety. Nina had ran into someone who led her to s place called "Camp Half Blood". Out of fear for her life, she followed the person inside. Now she's sixteenth and is enjoying her time at Camp,but every now and then she'll search for her family.
