Astra is protective, kind, smart, a little insecure, goofy, a little clumsy, creative, empathic, friendly, helpful, loyal, trustworthy, argumentative for the right cause or joking around, and sarcastic.

𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕: 

Astra enjoys being around her friends and able to grow up with her friends, she also enjoys protecting her friends when she can and knowing that she's safe when she is with her friends and that she can go to them when she needs to. Astra's name means star in Latin which led her to enjoy studying about the universe that surrounds the world like a blanket, she has some star earrings, and a moon necklace; She's been learning about the universe since age 5. Also, when she was young, she was told she has a very good memory that resembles an eidetic memory and a high IQ that was growing with her. She like to learn things in school and life and being able to learn new things about her friends as well. She has hopes of the world, but she does know that not all of them will come true no matter how hard she wants it too. She also isn't religious either, she's more spiritual and believes more in the universe since it knows what it's doing and is always around no matter where you turn. She also likes to write stories about things she loves or character's she's created with a set plot.

𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚:

Before Astra moved to New York with Lucas and his mom, she lived in Austin, Texis going to school with Lucas, Zay, Asher, Dylan, and Vanessa. She passed all her classes with flying colors, answered questions in classes if she needed to, and kept to her friend group. Until one day a guy on the football team decided to walk up to her with a friend that just stood there doing nothing in between classes and ask her out, he was one of those guys that girls never rejected so he had a huge ego and thought he could never be rejected, so imagine his shock and anger when Astra rejected him. She even did it kindly no matter how rude she wanted to be to him, and she went to walk away to her next class, so she wasn't late, but he decided to grab the closest thing to him, that happened to be her left wrist harshly, and made her turn back towards him. She got mad and dropped her books in favor of grabbing the arm that was holding onto her wrist even harsher and twist it behind his back only to hear a crack, not the normal crack that happens when your bones pop. She also added on kneeing him where the sun doesn't shine before picking up her books and heading to class. By the time lunch rolled around everyone had heard about what had happened and what she did, but they also heard that Lucas had found out before everyone and found the guy and fought him a bit more and left lots of bruises. After that day they both were expelled and Astra begged her parents to let her go with Lucas and his mother to New York to go to school and they agreed so she went and met some friends, who won't know these things till later on.
