Twenty Five-The Good, The Bad, and The Seniors(p3)

(I'm really sorry for the lack of warning last chapter. So I'm going to tell you right now that after this chapter there probably won't be any more. You can blame Kayleigh for greenlighting it.)

SHIT I wrote Pearl instead of Opal in a few spots so I fixed it

Pearl's pov

"Pearl! Pearl!" I heard a few comforting voices call through the roar of the crowd.

"Peridot? Sugilite? Amethyst?" As I had predicted, the three burst through the crowd. "Thank MoonGoddess!" I flung myself onto Peridot. "Why on Earth did you leave me?"

"Awe, P, I didn't think you cared that much." I jumped back and Amethyst snickered. "Wrong friend."

"Listen, Pearl, we're leaving. Grab your stuff and head to the front door, I'll meet you guys there with Opal." Sugilite instructed.

"Wait, Opal isn't with you?" I asked.

"I haven't seen her since your performance, where did she go?"

"She went to look for you." Sigilite swore under her breath.

"Just go!" Sigilite shouted, running back through the crowd. I grabbed my Violin as Amethyst grabbed my free hand, leading Peridot and I to the door.

Opal's pov

I pushed Rainbow away.

"What the hell Rainbow? Stop doing this!" Rainbow frowns.

"Listen Opal, I've slept with plenty of guys I'm my lifetime. But it's no one's goal to sleep with the school slut. It's their goal to sleep with her a second time. And Opal, I've tried to sleep with you twice now! Just let a good thing be."

"But why?" I asked. "You're straight!" Rainbow smirked.

"That's the good thing about Pansexuality. I can sleep with whoever I want. And I. Chose. You."

"Well, I'm flattered, really, but I'm not sure if I even like chicks." I said, crossing my arms. "And I sure as hell wouldn't like you." Rainbow stepped closer and I stepped back.

"Opal, why do you think I even wanted you for the cheer squad? Don't you see what I'm doing for you? I can make every one want you as much as they want me, but no one will be able to have us if we have eachother!" She smirked. "So what do you say?" I opened my mouth to decline, when someone managed to open the lock on the door.

"Opal?" Sigilite stuck her head into the room, but when she laid her eyes on my her impatient expression turned to pain

"Sugilite!" I called, but she had already left.

"Well, looks like she's out of the way. Now how about you-" I pushed Rainbow to the floor.

"Stay the fuck away from me, or I will go to the police." I put my shoes back on and ran after Sugilite.

  Peridot's pov

"Ugh. Why did Opal park so far away?" Amethyst complained, trudging along the side of the road.

"Who cares, lets just go." Her sister said through gritted teeth. She had returned after searching for Opal in a sour mood.

"Sugilite!" I turned my head to see Opal running after us. "I'm sorry it wasn't-"

"Just don't. We can talk about it later." Amethyst looked between the two, confused.

Once we finally arrived back at Opal's car, I was forced to sit between Pearl and Amethyst. After hearing that Amethyst and Sugilite had snuck out, Opal decided she'd drive us all back to her and Pearl's home.

"I just realized something." Pearl said after minutes of unbearable silence.

"What?" I asked.

"You haven't said a thing about Lapis since we left my house!" Of course.

I had forgotten Lazuli.

"WHY DID YOU TAKE SO LONG TO REMIND ME?"

"Shut up while I'm driving!" Opal yelled, slamming on the brakes as she pulled into her driveway. "Everybody out."

Opal's pov(again)

"Here you go. You wanted to talk, so talk." I sighed.

"Can we go out back?" Sugilite and I stepped out of the car and walked out back to where my falling porch sat. I sat down, dangling my legs, and Sugilite sat to my left.

"Why, Opal? You keep saying she's starting it but you two are always together." I sighed.

"Rainbow, she keeps trying to get me to sleep with her. I just want to get away from her. This is my last year to protect Pearl, I don't want to have to worry about her."

"Opal, I want to believe you, but... I can't. You really have forgotten me, haven't you-" I silenced Sugilite by kissing her.

"I know my biggest mistake, now. I love you, Sugilite. And I don't want anything to come between us."

(A/N) I did it. Opalite has won over Rainbopal. Now that that story's over for Opal, I can finally introduce Alexandrite, who's going for her fourth consecutive term as student body president!
