-Planarian: The Planarian Deadman has acquired the genetic information of a planarian and can recover its own damage due to its regenerative power.

Arsenal:
-Tail: The Planarian Deadman's left arm is a tentacle that can be used as a whip and elongated to attack the enemy.

-Regeneration: The Planarian Deadman can heal from its wounds instantly.

-Energy Balls: The Planarian Deadman can launch numerous orange balls of energy from its right arm.

-Phase 2/3: The Planarian Deadman can evolve into the Planarian Deadman Phase 2 once its host forms a mutual contract and fuses with it. Unlike other Phase 2 Deadmen, a main contract holder can duplicate the Planarian Vistamp and make other mutual contract with the different human host. So, its possible to create mass-produced Phase 2 Deadmen from the same Vistamp. It has gained super-regenerative power in exchange for the host not being able to return to human form. After becoming a Gifftex, Haitani can use the Planarian Proto Vistamp to transform into the Planarian Deadman Phase 3 and return to his human form at will.

-Regeneration: The Planarian Deadman Phase 2 can heal from its wounds instantly, including regenerating appendages.

-Energy Slash: The Planarian Deadman Phase 2 can perform yellow energy slashes with Nodarake Arms.

-Energy Balls: The Planarian Deadman Phase 2 can launch numerous orange balls of energy from the end of the Nodarake Arms.

Vistamps:
-Planarian Proto Vistamp: Due to the planarian's ability to become two separate individuals when split, a secondary copy of this Vistamp can be created. If a Deadman created with the copy Vistamp is defeated, the Vistamp is destroyed, though another one can be created.
