"We're late." Jimin pouted as he walked faster.

It had been two years since everything happened and things had been going pretty well for them.

"We're not that late."

"Yes we are!" He slapped his boyfriend's arm. "All because you needed to make out first."

"From what I remember, you were as excited as I was."

"Shut up!" Jimin pouted even more but Yoongi smiled at that.

"Have I ever told you I love the way you pout?" Yoongi grinned wider when he could see Jimin trying so hard not to smile.

"Shut up..."

Yoongi laughed a little at how different Jimin's tones of the same words that were said not 3 seconds apart.

"Jiminie!"

Both of them turned their heads towards the opened door of a house, all lit up for Christmas.

"Jin hyung!" Jimin baby ran to hug his friend and let go once Yoongi reached the doorstep.

"Come on in. It's too cold out here."

They hugged everyone who came (Jimin did the hugging mostly. Yoongi nodded at a few. It was still early and Yoongi had already felt tired.)

"Jimin ah!"

Yoongi watched as his boyfriend's best friend smothered him with hugs and kisses on his cheeks.

"Merry Christmas, TaeTae! Where's Kookie?"

"Over there!"

Yoongi's eyes followed Taehyung's pointed finger.

The boy was beating his own highscore on Dance Revolution.

Jungkook took a break and went to bro-hug the couple who had just arrived and went to stand beside Taehyung who was piling up his plate with food.

"I like it when you eat like this." Jungkook said as he kissed Taehyung's temple.

"I make a living out of controlling what I eat, Jungkookie. I'm only active in South Korea now so I should make the most out of it."

"All so you'd stay near me... How sweet of you. Should you change your career, then?"

"To what?"

"I don't know... Househusband?"

Taehyung spun around to look at Jungkook weirdly but the younger just grinned. "Don't fucking do that. I was going to propose, you idiot!"

Giggling, Jungkook hugged the older's waist. "Does it matter?"

Jungkook watched as Taehyung's lips formed a smile. "It doesn't."

From afar, Jin shook his head in disbelief at Jungkook and Taehyung who decided to make out at the end of the buffet table. He was about to step towards them to make sure the food from Taehyung's plate wouldn't fall onto his new carpet, when a large hand stopped him.

"If it gets dirty, I'll buy you a new one." Namjoon said, smiling softly.

"But!"

"Let it go, babe."

Jin watched as his husband's grin revealed his irresistible dimples and gave up, letting Namjoon hug him to calm his nerves and once he felt at peace again, he looked up to the younger to steal a kiss. "Thank you."

Jin and Namjoon finally tied the knot last fall.
Yoongi caught the bouquet.

Namjoon smiled. "So where's your new co-worker? The one you've raved about."

"He should be here soon. I told him to—"

The sound of the doorbell made Jin turn quickly to open the door and greet the newcomer.

"Won Sik!" Jin squealed as he hugged the tall man.

Namjoon came over to be introduced and they shook each other's hands.

"Where's your plus one?" Jin peeked to look at the person standing behind his colleague.

"Hoseok hyung?"

Jin turned to see Jungkook standing beside him, looking at Won Sik's date.

"Jungkook?"

"J Hope!"

"Vante!"

"Vante?"

"Jimin?"

"Hoseok... Yoongi hyung!"

"Hoseok!"

"Yoongi!"

"Yes yes. Jin, Namjoon. Come in." Jin pointed at himself and Namjoon as he rolled his eyes.

This was going to be a long night for all of them.

Hoseok snuggled closer to his boyfriend of six months for warmth in front of fireplace, listening to Jungkook humming a Christmas song, lulled by the cracklings of the fire.

"You okay, babe?"

Hoseok turned his head to look at the love of his life. He never thought he would ever fall in love again, with how bad he was into Yoongi, how heartbroken he was when Yoongi left his house to get back together with Jimin.

Of course it was what he wanted of the older, but a part of him still hung to the hope that Yoongi just might stay with him.

Won Sik knew about his past with Yoongi, expressed his jealousy and excepted that Hoseok was truly over the shorter man.

"I'm okay. A little bit sleepy." He smiled and Won Sik returned it, leaning down for a soft kiss.

"Merry Christmas, angel."

Hoseok smiled. He loved the nickname his boyfriend had given him. Won Sik told him it was because he was too kind and pure, thus- "angel" suited him the best.

"Merry Christmas, babe."

Won Sik popped a grape between his teeth and leaned down again.

Hoseok smiled ever so brightly. This was something his boyfriend would always do - feed him with his lips.

Taking his time, Hoseok licked Won Sik's lip slowly before pressing his own parted lips on the grape, sucking it into his mouth.

The kiss lingered before he pulled away to finally chew on the sweet grape and Hoseok grinned before mirroring Won Sik's previous action.

They ended up making out while feeding each other without a care in the world.

Hoseok never told Won Sik this before, but he knew tonight was perfect for it.

"I love you."

As they sat together around the living room after the other guests had left, Jungkook snuggled against Taehyung's warmth and sighed.

He was happy with his life.

Jungkook's paintings had reached some of the exhibition halls in Europe and America. His most famous piece 'Good Night' was auctioned off to Gagosian Gallery, an art exhibition spot in New York for a hefty sum, which Jungkook used to open his own art school for children in need.

Something he himself needed when he was young.

"Jimin ah."

Jungkook sat up a little when his boyfriend called up to Jimin who turned from making out with Yoongi in front of the fireplace.

"What?"

"Please stop coming over to our house everytime you and Yoongi fight."

Jimin widened his eyes as much as he could. "I don't do that everytime!"

"Yes, you do." Yoongi chipped in and earned him another slap on the arm.

Jimin still had his moments when he would sometimes show up in front of Jungkook and Taehyung's door everytime he and Yoongi got into a fight.

But he would never stay long. Yoongi would come over to pick Jimin up, and even though he would pout and whine, saying he didn't want to go back, it was pretty obvious he loved being chased by Yoongi.

"That's okay baby. You can go anywhere and I'd still chase after you." Yoongi murmured but it was loud enough for everyone to hear.

Needless to say, all the men in the room groaned at the level of cheesiness.

Yoongi now spoke more of his feelings towards everyone.

Unfortunately, most of his feelings towards others were unpleasant. His feelings for Jimin were a different story.

They had even dubbed the two as the cheesiest couple of the century.

Jungkook turned his head to look at Hoseok who was between being fed to and being kissed by his boyfriend.

The youngest smiled.

Hoseok finally found someone who loved him back, someone who loved him even more.

Jungkook was there when he needed the strength to come out to his father and of course they fought for a while but Mr. Jung finally saw his son's worth soon.

Jin giggled and Jungkook looked over to the oldest couple. He noticed how Jin looked calmer nowadays, especially since after the fight they all had two years ago. Namjoon probably knocked some sense into his husband and Jungkook thanked him mentally for that.

Finally, he looked at Taehyung who seemed to have dozed off. Jungkook smiled. Sure they started off on the wrong premise but everything felt just perfect right now. All that was left was for them to plan their own wedding.

"What are you thinking about, babe?" Taehyung asked later that night as he pulled Jungkook closer, their bodies were still sticky and sweaty from their love-making.

"Life."

"That's philosophical."

Jungkook giggled. "You know, hyung. I'm glad we hired Yoongi hyung in the past. It was wrong but that was actually what got us together."

Jungkook watched as Taehyung gulped and cleared his throat. He felt the older's body going tensed too. "Uh huh. Yup. In the past. Me too. I totally didn't hire him again after that."

Frowning, Jungkook held the older's chin to make sure he was giving him eye contact. "Hyung, did you pay Yoongi hyung to hack again?"

"What? Pfft. No I didn't. Did you?"

"OH MY GOD! YOU DID!" Jungkook sat up on the bed to at his boyfriend with disbelief. "What was it for?"

"Nothing."

"Hyung!"

"For you!"

"What do you mean?"

"You know those times you said you had meetings with people for your paintings and whatnots."

"Go on."

"I was just worried so I'd ask Yoongi to check up on your whereabouts."

"Worried?"

"Fine! Jealous!"

"How many times?"

"Not that many."

"How. Many. Times?"

"About twenty..."

"Oh my god."

"...last month."

"ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?"

"I'm sorry! I just needed to know where you were."

Jungkook watched as his boyfriend who was supposedly a top, pouted at him.

"So Yoongi now has graduated from hacking computers to smartphones?"

"For a while now. He said something about keeping up with the technology."

"Why didn't you just ask me?"

"Because I thought you would feel suffocated with me asking where you are every hour."

Jungkook couldn't help but laugh at Taehyung's cuteness. Being cute was the last thing he would have expected from Taehyung. But sometimes, he would do things like this and Jungkook still thought the world of him.

"Give me your phone." Jungkook raised his palm up towards Taehyung and the older hesitantly handed it over. "You do know there's an app you could just download instead of paying Yoongi hyung, right?"

"Really?" Taehyung scooted closer to watch Jungkook set up the app for both their phones.

"Done."

Taehyung straight away went to explore the new application and smiled every once in a while. "Jungkookie, look! I named this location "Home"."

Jungkook smiled. "Now you don't have to be that anymore, hyung."

"Be what?" Taehyung looked up from his phone to look at Jungkook.

Jungkook rolled his eyes before leaning closer for a kiss.

"A Stalker."

I didn't want to write any author's notes in the previous chapters since they wouldn't fit the feel of the storyline.

First of all, I'd like to thank all of you for reading The Stalker.

I am humbled by the support I was given.

This is my first boy x boy book and I hope most of it isn't cringey (read: chapter Good Night 😂).

Jungkook and Taehyung's relationship was created to show how one that started off wrong could turn out right.

Both of them were dynamic characters. They changed their personalities the more you know them.

Which was why at the beginning, Jungkook was shy and Taehyung seemed confident.

But throughout the story, you'd find that Jungkook became more confident and Taehyung had that wonder of a child to him.

The change from Kim Taehyung to just Taehyung was deliberate. If you noticed, it happened right when Jungkook moved in with Taehyung, a sign of a commitment and the start of characteristics changes.

Yoongi served as a reminder that people can change if given a chance.

Jimin was that one person who stayed in a toxic relationship while Hoseok stayed away.

It was important for Jimin to be with Yoongi as it was important for Hoseok to never start anything with the same man even though he loved him.

Jin is the embodiment of guilt eating a person up, up to the point it did nothing but make things worse, no matter how good the intention was.

Namjoon showed how relationships should work. He gave support, he protected, he listened.

But most importantly, he was honest.
