Chapter 7

   Adrien's POV:

I sigh. It has been a day since her last visit. Will she come again?

Yes, it is stupid, but I have a crush on her. The stalker chick, I like her and I have no idea why. It could be her attractive smile or the sea crystal-like eyes of hers.

Was it the suit?  Cause she did look hot in the suit that was red with polka dots.

Whoa, get a grip on yourself, you can't like this girl.  You could not possibly have a thing for the ladybug who springs into your direction after dark and on rare occasions during the daytime.

I smiled. I blushed at the thought of her. Ladybug, I sighed.

Why was she so beautiful?  Why did I find myself attracted to her?  I did not even know the name of the woman behind the mask.

Tonight, I sighed as I lay in bed. Is she in love with me? Is that why she comes to see me and looks into my bedroom window so much?  I did not tell my father about her. I was sure if he knew about her he would find some way to put her nightly visits to a stop.

I did not want them to stop. I wanted her to come and come often.

I wanted her to confess her love to me. I wanted to confess to her. I want to kiss her.

Yes, as nuts as it sounded, I wanted her.

I wanted to date her, propose, and marry her. I didn't care if no one else approved.

I knew it would be tough to have a relationship with a hero. Let alone one as well-known as her and as attractive. Was she out of my league?  I had no idea. I did not want to know if it was true.

Ladybug, it sounds so unique and sweet. Awe, sweet like honeysuckle, necatar, and honey. Sweet cinnamon rolls, sweet bread, and cakes.

I heard someone tap, tap, tap. I smirked. Could it be her? The lady.

"Hello? Who is there?" I said and peeked my head out the window. I heard no answer only the sound of the wind, as it blew against the trees, a cat the firefighter rescued from a tree, and the train as it whistled when it by on the tracks.

I almost closed the window but decided to leave it open for her. It was probably wishful thinking on my part. I left it open in case she just happened to be passing by as she had for a while now.  Awe, my lovely lady.

I heard a thump, then a swoop as someone landed on the roof, swung down, and entered the room.  I looked to see it was her. She had returned. Yes, I thought.

   "Hi, " I said.

"Hi, Adrien, " the bug said.

"Ladybug,  I want to tell you something," I said. I stood close to her and she backed away. Soon, she stood in front of my dresser. I saw her lick her lips. Those lips I longed to kiss.

I leaned in and whispered, "May I kiss you?" I saw the blush that formed on her cheek. I knew then, that I was right, she does like me. Wow, no wonder she comes by so much, I thought.

Ladybug nodded. I suppose the question surprised her, or she was unsure what to say.  I took the nod as a yes. I pulled her close and kissed her. She put a hand on my back and the other on my face. I deepened the kiss. I did not care anymore what anyone else thought. Who cares? I was kissing my ladybug. I felt her lean into me and did not speak. I did not know what else to say.

Soon, She kissed me back. She played with my hair. I carried her to the chair and flopped her down in it. I pulled the footstool over and sat on it. I kissed her again. This time she did not wait as long as before, she reached up and kissed me on the cheek first, and finally, kissed my lips. I felt as if  I  had claimed her as mine.

Did she feel the same? I sure hoped so.

I pulled away and she looked sad. I could not help but feel sorry for her. What could have troubled her?
