This OC is a tribute to my good friend krystalRedfox who helped make this character a true OC and give him a backstory I thought of

Magic: inventory magic and child control child and fire teleportation control allows him to control children to be mindless slaves if he places music on his magic flute but he can use his flute to send paralyzing sound waves at groups of people and he can sense children near by even tell if someone just got pregnant
Magic drawbacks/weaknesses: his control over children get weaker based on age and he can't control anyone who's 18 or older children under 13 he has easy control over children 13-17 can be broken free from his by a strong mind or magic or by outside forces and his power over children from this age range gets weaker and weaker also in his regular form he's not the greatest fighter in modern fighting as he struggles to keep up with more agile and athletic opportunities this can kill him easily
Personality pure: clever intelligent charismatic questions what he's doing if it's really right loyal caring over young children a pure heart
Personality corrupt: pure evil and sadistic yet still questioning everything and has good in him that can take full control

Appearance pure: he has slick jet black hair combed back that shines he has blue eyes and muttonchops beard with a mustache connecting them he wears a Black jeans with black leather shoes he wears a white button up shirt with a black leather vest over it he wears a jet light grey trench coat with hood oh the back of the coat is a black spade ♠️ with a golden 21 in it and over all of that he wears and Exo suit
Backstory: Jack grew up in Ireland raised by two German parents he grew up during the Irish potato famine when he turned 20 he left Ireland and immigrated to America for a better life then at age 24 the American civil war broke out he enlisted into the union army where he served till age 27 when the satanic cult that made Ulysses now much much early kidnapped Jack seeing his potential for evil when they heard his musical talent they cursed him with immortality and made him into the corrupt version of himself for the next 400 years he was stuck doing the same evil deed capturing children for the growing cults evil purposes but over time that time he question if what he was doing was right then when Ulysses was made he saw how selfless Ulysses was taking care of the children he helped capture then when then cult burned down the compound that Ulysses was in and how he was broken at the loss of the children he cared about something snapped in him he didn't want to keep taking children but due to his curses it was like a ball and chain around the ankle but during the making and training of Sasha he helped her escape and was luckily not caught but he prays  for the day he gets to Ulysses and his family so he help can help them destroy the cult and hopefully have them free him and he wishes to adopt them so he can have a family again
Weapons: he's a walking armory but his personal favorites is his civil war musket and repeater and his Remington New Model Army Revolver and his cane sword and Calvary sword
Weaknesses: EXO suit weaknesses are the same but if he gets too emotional distressed he can turn back into his corrupt form and him being immortal causes him a great deal of pain because he wishes he died a long time ago
