I woke up, the area around home was dark, but a few rays of sunlight came through the thick canopy of trees. I looked around, than I saw a Phoenix, flying in a circle above me. I tried to get away but it looked at me, and flew down, " Hello! You must be Scarlet! I'm Flame, your spirit animal. I will protect you until you can save this universe from the evil that lurks in it. And please, don't be afraid scarlet. " I stopped, A Phoenix that knows my name?! I thought. I shook my head, " Where are my friends? " I asked, and the Phoenix pointed  to a few kids sitting and talking with animals, " So, Flame, I'm the last one to wake up? " She nodded and beckoned for me to follow her. I followed as we went over to the area where my friends were sitting, and Scar looked at me, " Oh hey! Your awake, Scarlet! " I looked back at him, he had a jaguar next to him, " I can tell, Scar. So who's that? " He looked beside him, " Oh, her? That's spot. " Spot smiled and continued to talk with the others. James invited me to sit by him and Jess looked over from talking with Jackie and Lily, " Oh, hey! " She said, handing me some meat. It was on a stick and looked like it was just hunted and cut off an animal. I held it over the fire that they had started and looked over at Jess, " What's your animal? Mines Flame. Speaking of Flame where is she? Flame! " The flaming creature raced over, " What, Scarlet? " I introduced her to Jess and told her to sit by me.
