( It had been a year since the defeat of the Decepticons. It was near the end of the war between the Autobots and Decepticons that one of the Autobot Human charges named Maria, left the team. She had left the Autobots after having a falling out with her Guardian Arcee. Since then,  Maria has moved out from her adopted mother June's house, and moved into New York.  Along the way, she had run into an Autobot by the name of Causeway. The two had hit it off quite well, due to the fact that they both left the Autobots after no longer feeling like they belonged there). 

 " ( Droves through the town while stopping at every red light). Things have sure been quiet since the death of Spiderman. At least the other webbed heroes are doing what they can to fill in." Said Maria. " That may be true, but I feel bad that you never got to meet your father. What was his name again, Keter Caker?" Said Causeway. " His name was Peter Parker. The only thing I have from him or my mother was this watch and the question, what would you do if you were a member of the web warriors?" Said Maria. " What would you do if you were one of them?" Asked Causeway. " ( Cuts herself onto the watch and misses the slight glow of the watch). That's easy. I use that power to protect those that can not protect themselves and fight for what's right." Said  Maria.

( Meanwhile at A-Force HQ)

" ( Notices her belt symbol flash in a repeated pattern and puts down her drink). It's not possible,  Jessica said that she would have no need for the watch." said a red-haired woman. " What's wrong Natasha? Is something the matter? " Asked  A blond-haired woman wearing a red gold and blue outfit. " The signal that Peter and Jessica had set up to alert me of little webs return home just activated." Said Natasha. " Wait for a second,  are you telling me that Jessica's daughter is back in New York? Said the Blond as a dark green-haired and green-skinned woman walked over to them. " That signal only happens if   Little web is physically in New York. Otherwise, we would have gotten a  location if she was somewhere other than New York. ( Looks at the blond-haired woman). There's also the matter of her other godmother,  right Carol." Said the dark green-skinned woman. " ( Balls her hands into a fist and tightens them). Karla will be on the lookout for her. ( Walks up to the monitor next to them and starts to press some buttons). Let's see if we can find out what little web looks like." Said Carol as an image appeared.

( Maria's casual attire)

" So that's what she looks like hu. She really does look like Jessica. ( Looks behind her to everyone else). We almost forgot two people. Little web's half-sisters, so their mothers have the same signal as Natasha and Karla. Which means they'll be on the lookout for her as well." Said   The green-skinned woman. " True enough, but where is she anyway. ( Presses a few buttons as a map appears on the screen). Oh no, she's in the area where Ghost and Silk are fighting Goblin. ( Looks at the Green skinned woman). Jennifer,  contact  Ghost spider and tell her to try and draw the battle away from that area." Said  Black Widow as she and Carol ran out of the base.

( Backover with Maria and Causeway)

" ( Hears the sound of a fight). It sounds like there's a fight going on. ( Stears Causeway toward the fight and Spots  Ghost-spider and Silk battling  Green goblin). Uh oh, this isn't good. We're about to be caught in the middle of a fight. ( Pulls Causeway to a stop and spots people trapped inside the building ). Gobline must be keeping them from helping those people. ( Notices a glow from her watch and is shocked as a spider symbol appears). There's no way,  that's the symbol for. ( Quickly looks toward the endangered people as they scramble for safety). No time for that now,  I need to go help those people." Said Maria as she got out of Causeway while a suit began to form over her from her head down. " Hey, you look like one of the spiders.  You probably have the same web ability as them. Go give it a shot but be careful. We don't really know what you may be able to do." Said Causeway as she watched Maria run towards the endangered citizens while a suit covered her whole body.

( Green goblin)

( Over with Ghost Spider)  

" ( Flips backward onto a wall in order to dodge a bumkin bomb and then looks toward the civilians). This is getting us nowhere. We need to get those people out of here." Said Ghost Spider. " We can't do anything until we stop him. Or do you want to try and save them while I deal with him?" Said Silk. " I can't leave you with him,  the only one capable of fighting this guy one on one is him Heck even the half-siblings have trouble with him. Look I just got contacted by the A-Force,  they said that they needed us to draw this battle away from here." Said Ghost. "That's easier said than done ghost. ( Notices a bumkin ball fly towards the civilians and shoots a web in an effort to stop it). NOOOOO!

" ( Feels a weird tingle in her head and looks up to see the bumkin pumpkin bomb heading for the civilians). That's not good. ( Looks at her left hand ). I hope Causeways is right about this. ( Flicks her hand the same way spiderman would as a white thread shoots from her left wrist and sticks to the pumpkin bomb). Sweet, now let's get it away from them. ( Yanks the bomb away from the civilians and swings it to the sky before letting the thread go as the bomb explodes into the sky before jumping over to the civilians in order to catch a piece of falling debris in order to keep it from falling on some people).  That could have been messy. ( Tosses the piece of debris away and then helps the people get to safety by holding up a pillar that was blocking their escape). Go, get out of here  now." Said Maria ins her spider-themed outfit.

( Maria's spider outfit)

" ( Looks over toward the building after seeing the pumpkin bomb get sent to the sky to see the civilians running from the building). Hu, what's going on? (  shoots a web and swings toward the building to see a spider-themed hero helping people escape the building and then sticks to the ceiling of the building). Who is she? ( Feels her spider sense tingle when looking at the unknown spider). Whoever she is, she's just like the rest of us. ( Looks behind her to left to see Silk get thrown her way by Green Goblin and catches her). You ok?" Said Ghost Spider. " Oh ya just fine. ( Looks at what Ghost spider is looking at to see the unknown spider).  A new spider, but I that the siblings were the only ones. " Said Silk as she sticks to the ceiling next to  Ghost Spider while looking back toward the Green Goblin. "Apparently not, which begs the question. Where did she come from?" Said  Ghost-Spider as she and Silk went back to fighting  Green Goblin. 

" ( Waits till after all of the civilians are out of the building and then uses the same pillar to stabilize the building's wall structure along with webbing the pillar to the walls). That should hold it for a while.  ( Looks over toward the current battle). Now to deal with him." Said  Maria as she shoots a web across from Silk and Ghost spider as it attaches to the wall behind Goblin and then yanked herself towards the battle. 

"( Kicks the Goblin in the face and lands on a building next to them). Why are you attacking these people Norman,  what is it that you hope to gain from this? " Asked Ghost-Spider. " What I have always wanted,  the annihilation of all spider-costumed heroes. I helped take down your leader. So all there is left is to get rid of the rest of you. The new ones couldn't even stop me. So what is there for me to fear? " Said Goblin. HOW ABOUT ME? ( Punches Goblin in the face as he spins on his glider for twenty seconds before then sticks to the wall of the building that she had pulled herself to a couple of minutes ago. " ( weights himself on his glider and looks to see a new spider-themed costumed hero before rubbing his jaw with glee). Not bad, that actually hurt as much as my old enemy Spider-Man. But then, Peter always tried to hold back due to his moral code. Foolish Peter Parker always had to try and be the hero of the little people." Said Goblin.

" ( Notices the shocked expression on the new spider's face). Why would she react that way to hearing Peter's name? Was there someone else that he had trained?" Said Silk as she looked up to see a hover car floating above them as  Captain Marvel flew out of the car and point her energy-covered fist at Goblin while Blackwidow aimed both of her stingers at him. " Norman Osborn,  stand down."  Said Widow as she took a quick look at the new webbed hero before looking back at Goblin. " OH look kids,  your cavalry has arrived. Time for me to make my exit." Said Goblin as he tried to fly off on his glider only to feel something attached to his glider which kept him from moving and looked towards the new spider hero. " Sorry buddy,  but you're not going anywhere. ( Yanks the web that she has shot onto Goblins glider which yanked the glider down but also throws Goblin off of it before slamming the glider into the ground and destroying it).  Better look next time." Said Maria. 

" ( Hears people cheering and applauding before looking around to see the citizens from the collapsed building cheering and applauding the new hero). Well I'll be, the first day on the job and she was able to do it with no collateral damage." Said Ghost spider before walking over to the new hero with  Widow, Captian marvel, and Silk. " Gotta say, kid. Nice job handling Goblin like that. Very nice work, though I may ask. Who exactly are you?" Said Captain Marvel. " ( Turns her body sideways with her right side facing them and then shoots a web with her left hand toward a building to her left). Sorry, maybe next time. ( turns her head left while shooting a web at Black Widow's left hand ). Not today Widow. Later." Said  Maria as she pulled herself away from the scene.

( As Maria pulls herself away from the scene time begins to slow down as she and Spider-woman swing past each other as  Spiderwoman mouths the words { Maria}. Before time speeds up again as the two of them go their separate ways)

( Spider-woman)

" ( Lands next to Silk). Is everything ok? I got worried when you two didn't show up." Said Spider-Woman as Widow walked up to her and then pulled her away from the group by her left arm. " Maria's in New York Jessica,  I don't think she's ready for life here yet." Said Widow. " Well,  she's gonna have to be. Because  June just recently passed away due to a car crash. You,  me,  Moonstone, Felisha Sable, and their two daughters are all she has left. Now come on,  furry wants to have a meeting with everyone concerning our new webbed warrior. " Said Spider-Woman as she flew into the air with  Captain Marvel fleeing behind her and Black Widow following behind in her hovercar with  Silk and  Ghost Spider sitting on the sides of the car while sticking to it. as they flew to the Helicarrier.
