The Time was One Fifty Two a.m. Desmond was still at Rykers Tower as he was battered, bruised and tired. Desmond took down Rhino, Kraven, Electro, Mysterio, Sandman, Scorpion and Vulture along with Chameleon and Sliver Sable. Desmond was holding his injured arm as he continued making his way to Hammerhead's Office. Desmond was determined to put an end to Hammerhead's chaos once and for all. Desmond stretched out as he looked at his suit as it was damaged.

Desmond continued walking as he began having memories of the incident in the hospital. He felt guilty that he couldn't save Rosie and because of that, Otto now hates him. Desmond was holding his head until his Spider Senses went off as Three thugs began shooting at him but he dodged the incoming attacks.

Desmond shot a web line as he was dodging all the bullets before he hit a swing kick on one thug sending him flying to his friends.

Desmond saw two thugs running towards him as he jumped over their heads and threw them to a table knocking them down. Two thugs holding switch blades tried to attack The Spider but he jumped over their heads and shot two web lines at them as he threw them to the wall.

Desmond sighed to himself as he continued making his way to the main office as he began cracking his knuckles.

Meanwhile Hammerhead was at his office as he was writing something until he saw the doors being opened. Hammerhead saw Desmond beating up three of his men before Joseph looked at the Spider as he noticed the expression on his face.

Jospeh: There you are, I've been waiting for you.

Desmond was looking at Hammerhead as he had a cocky smile on his face as he signed the paper and looked at him.

Joseph: I'm impressed, You took out seven of the most dangerous super villains including my girlfriend and right hand man and you still haven't given up yet.

Suddenly Joseph heard something on the radio as one of his men was speaking to him.

Thug: *On Radio* Boss, We got the evac chopper ready.

Joseph: *On Radio* Good, Wait for me. I need to take care of something.

Joseph had a smirk on his face as Desmond continued looking at him as Joseph grabbed a bottle of whiskey and poured it in a glass as he continued speaking to Desmond.

Joseph: When you first entered my Tower and began fighting those bastards. I noticed you stop cracking your pathetic jokes which means one thing, I must have took away someone you loved so dearly that now your here to get revenge for what I've done to you.

Desmond clutched his fist as Joseph drank the glass of whiskey as he poured another glass for himself.

Joseph: I know you want to kill me, I can see it in your eyes. You want to send me to hell then go for it kid, If you want to be the most feared man in New York then here's your chance to prove it.

Joseph began to laugh as he drank the glass of whiskey as Desmond continued looking at him as Joseph sat down on his office chair.

Joseph: You know if you kill me then these criminals will think twice before they try to attack the innocent, That is fear kiddo.

Desmond noticed Hammerhead putting on brass knuckles as he was stretching out as he looked at the spider.

Desmond was struggling to breathe as Hammerhead grabbed him again and broke his back.

Joseph: Weak and Pathetic.

Desmond felt like he was gonna lose consciousness until he heard a voice in his head.

Desmond and Hammerhead continued crashing through multiple floors as they continued beating each other before Desmond hit a kick to the face as he shot a web line and began punching Joseph in the face until they crashed through the final floor.

Both Hammerhead and Desmond landed on the first floor as they were struggling to get up. Both men managed to get back on their feet as they looked at each other.

Joseph: Come on Kid, Let's finish this.

Desmond hit a kick on his gut followed by multiple punches to the gut and back as Hammerhead was trying to fight back but Desmond grabbed a chair and hit him in the back with it as Joseph snarled at him.

Joseph managed to counter one of Desmond's attacks and began attacking him as he grabbed his wrist and broke it. Desmond was in pain as Hammerhead hit a headbutt on Ketch knocking him down.

Hammerhead pulled a pistol out as he was gonna shoot Desmond until Ketch threw a computer on Hammerhead as he began beating him down before Desmond finished Hammerhead off by throwing him to a table knocking him down.

Desmond was trying to catch his breath as he shot multiple webs at him to make sure he wouldn't escape. Desmond began to stretch out before he heard Joseph laughing as he looked at him.

Joseph: You think you won huh? Don't think there's gonna be a happy ending for you. Once I'm in prison, The Throne for the big man of crime is open to everyone in the Underworld. Soon You will see chaos and destruction as these criminals try to become the next big man of crime.

Desmond heard police sirens as he saw police choppers flying around Rykers Tower as Joseph said his final words.

Joseph: I don't know who you are but remember I still won. You wanna know how? I won because I broke you and now your afraid of your own actions.

Desmond left the tower as Joseph saw him leaving as he let out a laugh and some final words.

Joseph: Fear always wins.

The Officers arrived and arrested Joseph along with his men, the super villains and Chameleon.

Desmond was sitting by the Empire State Building as he removed his mask and looked at the city as he sighed to him. The wind was blowing his face as he looked at the moon and said something to himself.

Desmond: I'm sorry Rosie.

He closed his eyes in anger as he looked at the police cars and choppers around the tower as he put his mask on and shot a web line as he began swinging around the city.
