December 5 2020 (Past Sequence)

Joseph was playing some snooker as he was looking at the press conference hosted by Rio and Roxxon as he was waiting for his plan to go off. Joseph left the snooker table as he began smoking the cigar until he saw someone walking towards him as he saw who it was.

Joseph: Chameleon, How are you?

Chameleon: I'm doing good Sir, You said you needed me. What's the matter?

Joseph: Yes I need you to do something for me.

Chameleon: Okay, What is it?

Joseph: I told my men to set up multiple bombs around the conference to kill Krieger and Morales but I know Spider Man will interfere in our plan.

Chameleon: I heard about the New Spider Man. So what should I do? Should I kill him?

Joseph: Well I want you to infiltrate the raft and start a breakout.

Chameleon: Consider the job done.

Joseph: But I want you to disguise yourself as Rio Morales. I want the city to watch as their hero broke out multiple super villains to create chaos around the city and soon all support will go to me.

Chameleon activated a device on his mask as his face changed into Rio Morales as he began mimicking her voice.

Chameleon: *Mimics Rio's Voice* Don't worry, I'll make sure you'll win the elections.

Joseph: Thank you again Chameleon.

December 12 2020

Desmond continued swinging through the city as the time was seven thirty two p.m. Desmond needed to meet up with Miles so that they can give the evidence to the police and expose Joseph. Desmond continued swinging until he heard something on the police Broadcast.

Officer: All Units Scorpion is attacking multiple hospitals and now has taken hostages and are keeping them at the Roosevelt Bridge.

Desmond suddenly receives a phone call from someone as he looked at the Caller ID and it was Otto as he answered it.

Desmond: Otto, What happened?

Otto: Desmond, Scorpion has Rosie.

Desmond: Wait what?

Otto: Scorpion attacked Mercy Hospital and even kidnapped some civilians including Rosie. He said something about luring you to the Roosevelt Bridge.

Desmond: Dammit, I won't let anything happen to her.

Otto: Please Desmond, I dont-

Desmond: Otto, I will save her!

Desmond disconnected the call as he began making his way to the Roosevelt Bridge as he was saying something to himself.

Desmond: Hold on Rosie, I won't let anything happen to you.

Meanwhile Miles called Captain Stacy as he told him to meet him near a warehouse as Miles made it to the warehouse as he saw Captain Stacy.

George: You have the evidence?

Miles: Its all in this data drive.

George: Good, Now give it to me.

Miles: Your gonna take him down right?

George: No, I'm not.

Suddenly Miles was attacked by Sable agents as they were holding him down as Miles looked at Captain Stacy as he had a smirk on his face.

Miles: You Bastard!

Suddenly George's face began changing as Miles was horrified until he realised who it was.

Miles: Chameleon?!?!?

Chameleon: Give me the drive.

Miles: I won't give it to you.

Chameleon kicked Miles in the gut as he was in pain as he continued talking to him.

Chameleon: I can make this a lot worse but I will end it if you give me the drive.

Miles: I won't give it to you.

Chameleon punchrd Miles in the face as he had a broken nose.

Chameleon: What do you want to say now?

Miles: I won't-

Suddenly someone shot one Sable agent as everyone was looking around until the warehouse lights went off as someone dragged Miles out of the warehouse through the back door as Miles saw who saved him.

Miles: Harry?

Harry: Come on, We need to go now.

Miles got inside Harry's car as Harry got in the driver's seat as he drove full speed ahead as Chameleon and his men began following them.

Meanwhile Desmond made it to the top of the Roosevelt Bridge as He saw hostages inside a trolley car as he was about to open it until his Spider Senses went off and then....

Suddenly Scorpion attacked Desmond from behind as Ketch was gonna attack him until Scorpion grabbed the cable of the Trolley Car as the hostages began screaming as Desmond looked at them.

Scorpion: The Big Man said whoever kills you becomes rich and famous. These idiots couldn't take you down but I know your weakness very well.

Scorpion began shaking the trolley car as the hostages began screaming as Desmond looked at him.

Scorpion: I know deep down, If I put innocent lives in danger then you couldn't bear it, Your weak and pathetic Spider Man.

Desmond: Mac, You don't need to do this.

Scorpion: Fine, I guess we can strike a deal huh?

Desmond was angry as Scorpion began shaking the trolley car until he began speaking.

Scorpion: I want to know one thing, Who's the man behind the mask?

Desmond: You can't-

Scorpion began shaking the trolley car as the hostages began screaming as Desmond spoke to him.

Desmond: Stop!

Scorpion: Remove your mask and show us your face.

Desmond: I'll do it, If you let these people go.

Scorpion was thinking about it as Desmond was looking at him as he saw Rosie inside the trolley car as she was worried about him.

Scorpion: Fine, I'll let these people go.

Suddenly Desmond saw Scorpions men slowly lowering the trolley car to the ground until Scorpion used his tail and grabbed Rosie as she began screaming as Desmond was shouting at Scorpion.

Scorpion: But If you don't show us your face then I'll kill this woman first and then I'll kill you.

Rosie was staring at Desmond as she had tears in her eyes as Ketch didnt know what to do.

Scorpion: You only got ten seconds.

Mac began counting down as Desmond and Rosie looked at each other as Ketch didn't know what to do.

Scorpion: Five. . . . Four. . . . . Three. . . .

Desmond was holding his head in frustration as he didnt know what to do as Rosie was trying to break out from Scorpions tail but was unsuccessful.

Scorpion: Two. . . . . O-

Rosie hit Scorpion in the head with a wrench as he let go of Rosie as she fell down until Desmond saved her.

Rosie landed on a platform as Scorpion tried to hit Desmond with his tail but he missed as he began shooting acid at him but he dodged the attacks. Scorpion was angry as he unleashed a barrage of attacks on him but he dodged all of them.

Desmond grabbed his tail and impaled it on the ground as he followed it up with a drop kick. Multiple Sable Agents began surrounding Desmond as he hit one agent with a...

Desmond took down six more agents as Scorpion tried to hit Desmond but he jumped over his head and hit a running knee strike as Rosie was trying to get out of the bridge as she watched the fight.

Two Agents surrounded Desmond as he took both of them down with a...

Scorpion tried to attack Desmond but he countered the attack into a...

Suddenly Scorpions tail shot acid as it destroyed the platform as Rosie was gonna fall until Desmond shot a web line as he tried to help her up until Scorpion pounced on Desmond as He was holding the web line as Rosie was struggling to hold as she looked down and she was high up from the bridge.

Scorpion stomped on Desmond's right hand as he was in pain as Rosie was worried about him.

Rosie: Desmond?

Desmond kicked Scorpion but Scorpions tail cut the web line and then.....

Desmond punched Scorpion as Mac was unconscious as Desmond jumped down to save Rosie.

Rosie began falling as Desmond shot a web line from his web shooter.

Time around them began to slow down as Rosie had a tear falling from her eye as she closed it and had one final thought.

The Webline grabbed Rosie as Desmond grabbed on the ledge but then.....

Desmond sighed in relief as he jumped down and grabbed Rosie but noticed she wasn't waking up as he was scared.

Desmond: Rosie?

Ketch was shaking her but she wasn't waking up as he was shocked.

Desmond: Rosie. . . . . Please wake up.

Desmond began crying as he saw blood coming out from her nose as he was shocked as Desmond hugged her tightly.

Desmond: Please don't leave me. . . .

Desmond was hugging her tightly as he continued crying as he looked at her.

Desmond: Rosie. . . . Please. . . .Wake up!

Meanwhile The Sable Agents helped Scorpion get on the helicopter as they flew away from the bridge as Desmond closed his eyes in anger and more tears began falling from his eyes.

Desmond: Rosie. . . . I'm so sorry. . . . I'm sorry.

Desmond continued crying as multiple police cars arrived at the bridge.

One Hour Later

Miles and Harry made it to the police station after escaping Chameleon and his men as they met Captain Stacy as Miles gave him the evidence as George reviewed it and Miles gave his statements.

George: Dont worry, We're gonna take that bastard down.

Harry: Thank You Captain.

Meanwhile Desmond saw Rosie in the hospital bed as he continued crying until a doctor touched his shoulder as he looked at her.

Desmond: Is she-

Doctor: I'm sorry Desmond, Rosie is in a coma.

Desmond was shocked as The Doctor touched his shoulder and walked away as Desmond didnt know what to say. Desmond was gonna enter Rosie's room until Otto pushed him as Ketch looked at him.

Desmond: Otto-

Otto punched Desmond in the face as he closed his eyes as Otto shouted at him.

Otto: GET AWAY FROM HER!!!

Desmond: Otto, I-

Otto: You killed her! You took Rosie away from me!

Desmond: I'm sorry-

Otto: Sorry isnt gonna bring her back!

Desmond had more tears coming out from his eyes as Otto grabbed his collar as he looked at him

Otto: Why did you become Spider man huh? WHY?!?!?

Desmond: Otto-

Otto: From now on, You are dead to us. I dont ever want to see you again.

Desmond was shocked as he felt his heart break as he tried to speak to Otto but he grabbed his collar and pushed him away.

Otto: And If you try to visit Rosie, I will kill you! NOW GO!!!!

Otto pushed Desmond as he entered Rosie's room as Ketch closed his eyes and memories of the bridge began to hit him as he punched the wall in anger. Desmond had more tears falling from his eyes as he closed the hospital door in anger.

Desmond was outside as he heard his phone ringing as he looked at the Caller ID.

Desmond didnt bother answering her as he heard something from the police broadcast as he was listening to it.

Officer: All Units, We are clear to arrest Joseph Martello but we have a problem.

Officer: What's the problem?

Officer: Joseph is in his office at the Rykers tower but his men are attacking us. We believe Joseph is trying to leave New York.

Officer: We can't let that bastard escape.

Desmond saw multiple police cars and helicopters going towards the tower as he looked at himself until he spoke to himself.

Desmond: Hammerhead, I'm gonna send your sorry ass to prison.

Meanwhile Joseph was at his office as Sable was angry as she spoke to him.

Sable: Should I prepare an evac chopper?

Joseph: Not yet.

Sable: But-

Joseph: Relax, I have a score to settle with someone.

Sable: Oh Come on.

Joseph: Spider man, Its time you realise that you should never mess with the Big Dogs.
