Desmond was thinking about Maria's next move as he has been keeping his eyes in Roxxon Research facilities and many more places owned by Roxxon. He also hacked Maria's phone and has been listening in to her conversations. Maria is getting desperate in getting the nuform and Desmond knew if she gets her hands on it then she kill millions with it.

Meanwhile Maria has been laying low, giving orders to the underground to find Nuform and at the same time get components for their weapons. It's been revealed that Maria is also stealing Roxxon tech in order to upgrade her tech along with the underground's tech. She also has been keeping an eye on the new spider man too.

Right now The Group were at a MMA Event as Chris was facing his opponent name Dennis for the Heavyweight Belt as The Group was cheering for him. It was a hard fought battle but Chris ended up beating Dennis and winning the Heavyweight Belt as The Crowd was cheering for him as The Group were also happy for his win.

The Group was at Backstage celebrating Chris's win as They continued talking about it.

Michelle: That was an amazing match right there.

Cassie: We're happy for you Chris.

Chris: Thanks Guys, I appreciate it.

Lexi: No Problem, You deserve it.

Priscilla and The Others were gonna say something until they noticed something on Chris's back.

Priscilla: Chris, Are you alright?

Chris: I'm fine honey.

Maria: Your Back is a little different.

Chris: What do you mean?

Thea: You have some marks on your back.

Chris: Its probably nothing.

Dori: You sure?

Chris was giving them a smile but they noticed he was getting pale and his behaviour was getting strange too.

Desmond: Hey, Are you okay?

Chris: I'm fine. . . . I'm just tired.

Jessica: Do you want us to drop you home?

Chris: No.

Johnson walked away without answering anyone's questions as the Group looked at each other in confusion.

Priscilla: I'll stay with Chris.

Gionna: Let us know how he's feeling.

Priscilla nodded and left as The others looked at each other.

Michelle: We should probably go now.

Maria: Yeah. See you all soon.

They all said Bye to each other as they left the arena as Gionna and Desmond were talking to each other.

Desmond: Is it me or is Chris's eyes also looks different?

Gionna: I was gonna say the same thing.

Desmond: Well-

Gionna got a phone call from someone as she saw that it was from work.

Gionna: Sorry, Its work again.

Desmond: No Problem, Talk to you soon.

Gionna and Desmond went their own separate ways as Ketch was thinking about Chris.

(I need to analyse that syringe that Chris dropped yesterday)

Desmond took the train back home as he was thinking about the syringe along with the Tinkerer's next move and more. Twenty minutes later, Desmond made it to his house as he noticed Otto and Rosie were gone.

Desmond decided to go to his room to analyse the syringe until he heard the front door open as he saw Rosie holding some bags.

Rosie: Hey, Can you help me for a minute?

Desmond helped Rosie with the bags as She was looking at her phone as Desmond was talking to her.

Desmond: Hey, Where's Otto?

Rosie: He's in an important meeting right now.

Desmond: Oh I see.

Rosie was holding her forehead as Desmond noticed she looked stressed out from something.

Desmond: Is everything alright?

Rosie: Everything is fine honey.

Desmond: Rosie, You can talk to me. What's the matter?

Rosie: What do we do? I feel like I can't do this anymore.

Desmond: What are you talking about?

Rosie: Desmond. . . . . We don't have money, We don't have anyone funding our projects. What if. . . . Everything fails and we have nowhere to live.

Desmond: Everything is gonna be fine.

Rosie: These problems are getting worse every day and I'm worried about you.

Desmond: Look just-

Rosie: I can't calm down Desmond. I just can't do this, I cant-

Desmond was gonna say something until Rosie was holding her chest in pain as Desmond grabbed her hand as she was struggling to breathe.

Desmond: Rosie? Rosie?!?!

Rosie wasn't responding to him as Desmond was worried and scared.

Rosie wasn't waking up as Desmond had a tear falling from his eye. He was scared and he didn't know what to do. He got his phone out and called an ambulance as he was holding Rosie's Hand.

Desmond helped her to the couch as he was still holding her hand until he heard a strange sound coming from his room. He went inside his room and saw the syringe which was broken as the serum was on the floor. Desmond heard something in the corner as he saw something that horrified him.

Desmond stared at the mutated mouse as it growled at him until Desmond trapped it in a cage as it let out a menacing growl as the cage was shaking.

Desmond: Chris, What did you injected yourself with?

Desmond heard the ambulance as the medics arrived as they helped Rosie.

Three Hours Later( Eight Twenty Two P.M)

Desmond was walking around the hospital as he was holding his head and didn't know what to do. Ketch heard someone calling his name as he saw Otto running towards him and Desmond saw the worry in Otto's face.

Otto: I got your call. What happened to Rosie? Where is she?

Desmond: The Doctors are still checking up on her.

Otto: Oh God. What even happened?

Desmond: Rosie was stressed out due to our financial troubles. She was scared and worried until she had a heart attack.

Otto was shocked as he couldn't speak a word. Desmond was holding his shoulder as Otto was silent.

Otto: No. . . . Please God no.

The Doctor walked out of the room as Desmond and Otto looked at him.

Doctor: Mrs. Octavius is in a serious condition, We're doing our best.

Desmond: Is she gonna be okay?

Otto: Please tell us.

Doctor: Her condition is very serious but we will save her, Don't worry.

Desmond and Otto were scared and silent as The Doctor told them more.

Doctor: You need to pay the medical Bill's for this.

Desmond: We'll do that later. Please help her.

Doctor: Don't worry, She'll be alright.

The Nurse showed them the medical bill as Otto was shocked and didn't have any words to say.

Otto: We don't even the money to pay for this.

Desmond was quiet, Sweat was dropping from his forehead as he sat down on the bench as Otto sat down thinking about the bill.

Desmond began having memories of the time his parents passed away from the car accident. He was scared of losing Rosie. Desmond was holding his head until he saw something in a newspaper.

Obviously Desmond knows the Bugle needs a good picture of anything like action or anything like that. He looked at Otto who was scared until Ketch got a phone call from someone.

Desmond: Hello?

Michelle: Desmond. Please come to the ESU now!

Desmond: Empire State University? What's going on there?

Michelle: Please hurry.

Desmond heard screams in the background as Michelle disconnected the call as Desmond was holding his head.

Otto: What's the matter?

Desmond: I gotta go to the ESU. I'll come back fast.

Otto: I'll find a way to arrange some money.

Desmond: I'll do that. I found a way.

Otto wanted to ask him something but it was no use as Desmond already left the hospital. Ten minutes later, Desmond made it to the ESU laboratory as he heard screaming.

Dori: Thank god your here.

Desmond: What's the problem?

Priscilla: Chris, Something's wrong with him.

Lexi: He locked himself in the office and he's screaming.

Another scream was heard as the group tried to open the door until that scream turned into a terrifying roar.

The Door was broken as The Group stepped back until they saw Chris.

The Group stepped back as The Lizard let out a menacing growl.

Maria: Chris. Its us!!!

The Lizard threw a table as it left the ESU as The Group was shocked.

Michelle: We need to follow him.

Desmond: I'm sorry guys. I need to go.

Cassie: What?!?!?

Desmond: I really need to go guys. I'm sorry.

Desmond left as The others looked at each other.

Gionna: He's scared, I don't blame him.

Jessica: Me neither but we need to find Chris.

Meanwhile Desmond changed into his Spider Man suit as he put his mask on and activated his web shooters as he jumped on a wall and shot a web line as he began swinging.

Desmond: If I was a six foot Lizard. Where would I be hiding?

Desmond continued swinging around until he heard people screaming as he saw people running out of the subway.

Desmond: The Subway.

Meanwhile The Group were telling everyone in the subway to head to the exit as One Civilian was hiding until he saw the Lizard growling at him.

Maria: Chris No!!!

The Lizard was gonna bite the Civilians head off until....

The Lizard growled at Desmond as he looked at it.

Desmond: Sorry Buddy, No eating at the Subway.

The Lizard growled at Desmond as it jumped on the wall as Ketch grabbed its tail as both of them were fighting until Desmond hit a...

Desmond grabbed The Lizards Tail and threw him to a wall as he shot multiple webs at him as he spoke to him.

Desmond: Chris, Can you hear me? Chrissy, Chris cross, Can you answer me?

The Lizard tried to bite Desmond as he grabbed his mouth.

Desmond: Okay, I guess we're doing this the hard way. Urgh, Your breath stinks too.

The Lizard broke out and threw him to the ground as he grabbed Desmond's leg and threw him.

The Lizard was on the train tracks as Desmond tried to attack him but the Lizard grabbed his hand and broke it as Desmond kicked him and looked at his injured hand.

Desmond: Great, You broke my hand. Thanks a lot.

Desmond webbed up his hand as he tried to attack Chris but he grabbed Desmond's leg and threw him to a pillar. The Train arrived as The Lizard jumped on top of the train as Michelle and Priscilla went inside the train.

The Train began to depart as Desmond managed to get up and shoot a web line as the train was moving as Desmond attacked Chris on top of the train as both of them continued fighting.

Meanwhile Inside the Train, Scarlett and Daniel were acting like Civilians as They were talking to each other.

Scarlett: I'm having this strange feeling again.

Daniel: What is it?

Scarlett: Its like Desmond is in trouble again.

Daniel was gonna say something until they heard something from the roof of the train and then...

Daniel and Scarlett saw Desmond who was holding his head as they tried to get him up. One Civilian was taking pictures of Spider Man until...

The Lizard tried to bite Desmond's head until Michelle hit it in the head with a rod as she continued fighting the monster until Chris grabbed the rod and broke it.

Priscilla: Chris! I know your still in there. Please stop this now!

Chris growled at Priscilla as he was gonna attack her until...

Desmond crawled under the train as he was on the other side as Chris tried to surprise him but he dodged the attack as Both of them continued fighting.

Desmond continued punching the monster but The Lizard threw him back on the roof of the train as he tried to attack him but Desmond jumped on his back and then...

The Lizard pounced at Desmond as he began punching him until he used its tail to grab Ketch and then...

Desmond managed to break free from the grip of the tail as His Spider Senses went off as He saw another train closing in as he dodged it.

Desmond managed to get back to the top as The Lizard attacked him and threw him out of the train as The Spider managed to recover and get back on it again.

Desmond was looking around as he couldn't see the Lizard as he was confused.

Desmond: Okay You Big Dumb Gecko, Where-

Desmond was confused as he was trying to locate the danger until...

Desmond tried to shoot a web line but Chris sliced it with his claws as Desmond fell down on the tracks. The Lizard let out another menacing roar but it jumped off the train and landed on a rooftop as he disappeared.

Meanwhile Desmond was still at the tracks holding his gut as he was thinking about the incident.

Desmond: So Much For Plan A, Time For Plan B.
