Desmond was walking on the streets of New York as he was on his phone as he was listening to Gionna's Interview on a podcast called Smack Talk with Renee Paquette.

Renee: Gionna, Thank you so much for coming to our show. How are you doing?

Gionna: I'm doing good Renee.

Renee: That's awesome to hear. So let us begin shall we?

Gionna let out a laugh as Desmond had a smile on his face as he continued listening to the Interview.

Renee: So Gionna, You have done so much for everyone for the last two years and I want to say, We are all proud of you.

Gionna: Thank you for that. It's just I'm doing whatever i can to bring a smile to everyone's faces. To know that there is a light in that dark tunnel.

Renee had a smile on her face as she continued talking.

Gionna: Life is never easy. We all go through some tough times but in the end we never lose hope. We hold on to that hope knowing that good days will come.

Desmond continued hearing Gionna's words as he was having memories of his past.

Gionna: We should thank the people that have helped us get through our rough past. We should thank those people who have helped us move and we should thank those people for helping you smile again.

Desmond opened the gallery on his phone as he saw a picture of Otto and Rosie. He had a smile on his face as he wanted to thank them for being there for him. Desmond looked at the next picture and it was a picture of Gionna hugging him as he continued looking at it.

(She was the main reason why you smile and felt special)

Gionna: This is why I'm helping others, I want them to realise that Life is precious and that we only liv once.

Renee: You are right Gionna.

Gionna: Remember Hard times don't create heroes. It is during the hard times when the 'hero' within us is revealed.

Desmond was listening to it as he saw a graffiti in the alleyway as he saw what it was.

Desmond was looking at the Spider Symbol as he remembered Peter Parker's words that he heard from his Uncle.

"With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility"

Desmond continued looking at the symbol as he remembered the conversation he had with Rosie about never living in fear along with Gionna's words about being a hero to others. Desmond continued looking at the symbol before he walked back to his house.

Desmond was at his room as Rosie and Otto weren't at home as he began making his costume as he was almost done.

Desmond continued knitting his costume until it was done as he had a huge smile on his face.

Two Hours Later

Desmond was standing on a rooftop as he took a deep breath before he jumped off as he fired a web line and began swinging until he made it to a building as he looked at his reflection.

Desmond shot two web lines to boost himself as he was on top of a crane as he looked at his costume.

Desmond was looking at the city as he heard his phone ringing as he looked at the Caller ID and It was Otto.

Otto: Hey Kid, How are you doing?

Desmond: I'm doing good. What about you?

Otto: I'm doing good. Listen whenever you come back home, I need some components for the prosthetics. Can you get them?

Desmond: Sure. I'll get them.

Otto: Thank you so much Desmond. Take care.

Desmond: You too.

He disconnected the phone as he continued looking at the city until he heard something from the police broadcast.

Officer: All Units, We have a break in at Roxxon Plaza. Requesting back up over.

Desmond jumped off the crane as he began swinging through different buildings as he saw Roxxon Plaza as he looked at the Plaza.

Desmond managed to get inside the Plaza as he continued looking around as he saw something on the computer as he began examining it.

Desmond: Hmmm. They did a search on Nuform. What is that?

As Desmond continued looking at the computer as he was in deep thoughts but unknown to him, Someone was watching him as the assailant activated their weapon.

Desmond couldn't get any results on the computer until his Spider senses went off as he turned around and then...

Both of them landed on the ground as Desmond got up and saw one member of the Underground staring at him as he saw more of the them creating their weapons using programmable matter.

Underground Member: What are you suppose to be? The New Spider Man?

Underground Member: Well Then, Let's squash us a bug.

Desmond fired two web lines at them as he threw them to the wall as they were knocked out. Desmond made it to the rooftop of the Roxxon Plaza as he saw Three Underground Members staring at him.

Underground Member: New York is gonna burn because of Simon and Rio.

Desmond: What's going on here? What Is Nuform?

Underground Member: We're not telling you anything!

Underground Member: And Dont even try to stop us.

Desmond made it to the top of the Central Park Tower as he looked at the city as he removed his mask and smiled at himself.

Desmond looked at the time and it was Nine Thrity Six P.M as he changed back into his casual clothes and brought the components needed for the prosthetics before going back home.
