The time was one thirty three a.m. Fisk was at his penthouse talking to his wife on the phone until he heard footsteps as he told his wife that he needed to take care of something as Fisk disconnected the call. Kingpin poured a glass of wine for himself as he turned around and saw Desmond standing in front of him.

Desmond was battered, bruised and exhausted from his fight with the goblin. His suit was also damaged from the fight. Kingpin was staring at Desmond as he was looking at him until he spoke to him.

Fisk: I'm impressed. You managed to take down Tombstone, Anne, The Enforcers and now the Goblin.

Desmond: It's over Fisk. The police has enough evidence on you for you to go to prison.

Fisk let out a small chuckle as Desmond looked at him as Wilson poured another glass of wine for himself and drank it as he continued talking to the spider.

Fisk: No, Once I get rid of you. Nobody can arrest me because of the fear I have instilled.

Desmond: Your times already up. I suggest you surrender or else. . . .

Fisk: Or else what?

Desmond: This city deserves better. These people will not live in fear anymore. I will take you down if you don't surrender.

Fisk: If Ethan couldn't take you down then I'll do it myself.

Desmond: What?

Fisk: I was the one that took over Ethan's corporation and I was the one that gave Ethan his powers.

Desmond: You turned Ethan into Molten Man?!?!

Fisk: Yes I did, Just so He can kill you but you managed to beat him.

Desmond: Wait. . . You sent your men to go after Gionna and her friends?

Fisk: Indeed, At first I had suspicions on Ethan that he might be the goblin so I sent my men to go after Ethan along with Gionna and her friends.

Desmond's eyes were widen as he gritted his teeth in anger as Fisk continued talking to him.

Fisk: But of course-

Fisk was moving back as Desmond continued punching him in the face as Wilson was struggling to block the attacks. Desmond kicked Fisk in the gut as he punched him again until Fisk attacked him with a dagger.

Desmond gritted his teeth in anger as he punched Fisk again as he removed the dagger and threw it on the ground until Fisk charged towards him as he threw Desmond to a wall. The spider was holding his back until Fisk began hitting multiple strikes on Desmond as he grabbed Ketch again and threw him to the table as he was in pain.

Fisk stomped on Desmond's chest as he was in pain until he began punching the spider in the face as he was struggling to block the attacks. Fisk grabbed Desmond and lifted him up before he threw him to the ceiling.

Desmond was in pain as Fisk was gonna attack him again but Desmond hit a leg sweep on Fisk as he fell down. Desmond began hitting multiple knee strikes on the midsection as Fisk was in pain. Desmond was gonna punch him but Fisk threw Desmond to the wall as both men immediately got back on their feet.

Fisk immediately charged towards him but Desmond began hitting multiple forearm strikes on Fisk until Kingpin grabbed Desmond and threw him to the stairs. Ketch was trying to get up but Fisk grabbed him and smashed his head on the stairs before he followed it up with a....

Desmond tried to get up until Fisk kicked him in the gut again as Ketch was in pain. Fisk picked him up and threw him to the chandelier as Desmond fell down on the table as he was struggling to get up.

Desmond was feeling exhausted as Fisk punched him again as he fell down as Kingpin tried to attack him again but Desmond moved out of the way and tried to attack him but Fisk took him down.

Fisk: What's wrong? Feeling tired?

Desmond: Shut up.

Kingpin had a smirk on his face as he threw a chair at the spider but he shot a web line and jumped up in the air as he grabbed Fisk and then....

Fisk was struggling to get up as Desmond tried to attack him again but Wilson grabbed him by the throat and managed to get up as he hit a headbutt on Ketch who was stunned until he grabbed both of his hands and destroyed Desmond's web shooters.

Fisk: What are you gonna do now?

Desmond hit a dropkick on Fisk as he hit a spinning roundhouse kick as Wilson was stunned until Desmond hit another combo on the Kingpin.

Fisk was angry as Desmond hit a kick on his chest as Fisk hit a forearm strike on Desmond as he was stunned until he grabbed him and threw him to the wall as he was on the ground.

Fisk wasn't done yet as he saw Desmond getting up as he hit a shoulder block on him as he grabbed him and hit multiple knee strikes on his gut as he lifted him up and once again threw him to the ceiling as he fell down and landed on the ground.

Desmond was on the ground as Fisk lifted him up and threw him to the TV as he was in pain. Wilson was tired as he was walking towards Desmond and picked him up as he taunted him.

Desmond kicked Fisk in the head as he was stunned until Desmond began punching him in the face as he was struggling to block the attacks until Desmond hit a arm drag on him as Fisk was on the ground.

Desmond wasn't done yet as he saw Fisk getting up as Ketch hit a spinning heel kick on Fisk and punched him in the face as he began walking back.

Desmond was gonna punch him again but Fisk grabbed his head and smashed it on the ground as he began stomping on him repeatedly until he stopped as he got him up and looked at him.

Fisk: Your finished! New York is mine!

Desmond hit a uppercut on Fisk as he was stunned until Ketch followed it up with another combo.

Desmond: You don't get it Fisk! New York is mine and I won't let scumbags like you destroy it!

Desmond was punching him in the face repeatedly as Fisk tried to attack him but Desmond grabbed his arm as he was struggling to break free.

Desmond grabbed Fisk's arm and broke it as he was screaming in pain as Desmond began punching him in the face.

Desmond continued punching Fisk in the face repeatedly until he punched him one last time as he was breathing heavily.

Desmond managed to get up as he saw Fisk glaring at him as he spoke to him.

Fisk: Don't think you've won. . . No prison can hold me. . . . I'll be walking free soon.

Desmond: Then I'll take you down again. No matter how many times you walk free.

Fisk: You imbecile! If I go to prison then this war will continue. In one month! You all wish you wanted me back!

Desmond: Shut up! After your gone, Everyone will forget about you!

Fisk was angry at Desmond as he continued talking to him.

Desmond: It doesn't matter who is the new Kingpin of Crime, I will take them down! I will protect New York till my last breath!

Fisk glared at Desmond as he walked towards him and looked at Fisk in the eye.

Desmond: Hope you enjoy your time at the Raft.

Suddenly he heard the doors being opened as Desmond saw a SWAT team entering the room along with other officers as they saw Fisk and immediately got him up as one officer handcuffed him.

Desmond saw Captain Stacy along with Yuri looking at Fisk who was arrested as they told the officers to get him to the police car as Fisk glared at them one last time before they escorted him out of his penthouse.

George: Rest up Spider Man, You need it.

Desmond: You know what they say. No rest for the wicked.

Yuri: But now we can all rest easy because we managed to take down Fisk, Tombstone, Anne, The Enforcers and Magnus.

Desmond was thinking about Lucas as he hasn't seen or heard from him since the fight at the midtown high school. George noticed him thinking about something as he spoke to him.

George: You alright?

Desmond: I'm fine.

Yuri: Well we'll take it from here.

Desmond nodded as he immediately left the penthouse as Ketch went into a alleyway and changed into his casual attire as he decided to go to the hospital to visit Rosie.

Desmond managed to make it to the hospital as he went to the room and opened the door until he saw Rosie and Otto talking to each other as they noticed Desmond as his eyes were widen.

Otto and Rosie saw Desmond standing in front of him as they were shocked by what has happened to him.

Both of them got up as Otto was slowly walking towards Desmond who was looking at him as Ketch spoke to Otto.

Desmond: Sorry. . . I'm gonna-

Otto immediately hugged Desmond as he was looking at him as Otto began crying as Desmond looked at him.

Otto: I'm so sorry Desmond. . . . I'm so sorry for what I've done to you.

Desmond: Otto, Its alright-

Otto: NO IT'S NOT ALRIGHT! I blamed you for what has happened but it wasn't your fault. I pushed you away when you needed someone.

Otto closed his eyes in anger as Desmond hugged him as Rosie was crying and looked at them.

Desmond: Its alright Otto.

Otto looked at Desmond as he continued talking to him.

Desmond: I love you and Rosie. You two are my family and world. You two were there for me when I was alone in this world. I will always love you two no matter what.

Both of them looked at Desmond as Ketch hugged both Otto and Rosie as they immediately hugged him back as they spoke to him.

Rosie: Desmond. . . . We missed you.

Otto: It's good to see you again dear boy.

Desmond: I also missed you two.

They continued hugging each other until Desmond broke the hug as they noticed he was in pain as Otto helped Desmond sit down as they looked at him.

Rosie: Are you okay?!?!

Desmond: I'm fine, I had a brawl with the Kingpin of Crime and he packs one hell of a punch.

Otto: My God.

Desmond: But don't worry he's arrested now and with all the evidence the police has. There's no way Fisk can walk out freely.

Rosie: But if he does walk out freely then he'll remember that your still here to protect New York.

Desmond: And I won't stop protecting this city.

Otto: Desmond, I just want to say that we're proud of you.

Rosie: And We love you.

Desmond had a smile on his face as they smiled at him back. Otto was gonna say something to Desmond but he heard no response as Rosie and Otto were confused.

They saw Desmond was sleeping as they smiled at him as Rosie wrapped a blanket on him and kissed his forehead as Otto smiled at them.
