The Time was Seven Twenty Two a.m, Desmond was asleep in his apartment until he heard his phone ringing as he opened his eyes and got up. He began to stretch out as he grabbed his phone and looked at the Caller ID as Eddie Brock was calling him as he answered the phone.

Desmond: Hello?

Eddie: Desmond, Were you asleep just now?

Desmond: No, What's the matter?

Eddie: You already forgotten huh? Wilson Fisk is hosting a press conference today and we need to go there.

Desmond: Got it.

Eddie disconnected the call as Desmond sighed to himself as he immediately got out of bed and went to take a shower. Desmond exited the shower as he changed into his casual attire as he looked at himself in the mirror.

Desmond exited his apartment as he was fixing his hair and began looking through his phone as he stopped a taxi as he got inside and told the driver to drive to the press conference.

Thirty Minutes Later, Desmond made it to the press conference as he saw Eddie talking to someone on the phone as he looked at Desmond and disconnected the phone call.

Eddie: Glad you can make it on time.

Desmond: Yeah and there's already too many reporters.

Eddie: Everyone is shocked to hear the arrival of Fisk, Its not surprising everyone is here.

Desmond: Your right about that.

Eddie and Desmond continued talking to each other as they saw more reporters and photographers talking to each other until the press conference began as they saw the host thanking everyone for attending the conference as Eddie and Desmond were looking around.

The Host then left the stage as everyone was talking to each other until they saw someone making their way towards the microphone as they saw who it was.

Cameras began flashing at Fisk as he was staring at them as Desmond and Eddie were looking at him as Ketch had a thought about him.

(He looks intimidating already)

Fisk cleared his throat as more photographers began taking pictures of him as Fisk spoke on the microphone.

Fisk: Thank you everyone for coming here.

Reporter: Mr. Fisk, What's your reason behind your return to New York?

Fisk: New York is my home and it will always be my home.

Reporter: You said you have something important that you want everyone to know. What is it?

Fisk: Well Let's get to business. As you all know, I run multiple businesses around the world. Today I formed a partnership with another company that wants to help people.

Reporter: Who is it?

Fisk: Well Let's introduce our guest then.

The Reporters and Photographers were listening closely until they saw someone making their way to the stage as everyone is shocked.

Fisk: Meet Carter Industries CEO Ethan Carter.

Ethan had a smile on his face as he waved at the reporters as everyone was shocked as Desmond and Eddie looked at each other.

Eddie: No freaking way, Ethan Carter is forming a partnership with Wilson Fisk?!?!

Desmond didn't know Who Ethan was as they continued looking at the press conference as Ethan spoke on the microphone.

Ethan: Thank you everyone. Its true, Carter Industries is forming a partnership with Fisk industries. This Partnership will change the world.

Everyone was talking about it as Fisk was looking at Ethan until he said something on the microphone.

Ethan: But I'll be honest with everyone. I want to thank someone for helping me through my tough times. For helping me smile and get back up to find the light in the dark tunnel.

Everyone was listening to Ethan as he continued talking on the microphone.

Ethan: And that special person is my soon to be wife, Gionna Daddio.

Everyone was smiling at Ethan as they saw Gionna making her way to the stage as Desmond was shocked to see her as Gionna had a huge smile on her face.

Desmond continued staring at Gionna as she was waving at the crowd as memories of their last meeting at the airport began haunting him.

Gionna hugged Ethan as he hugged her back as Desmond began taking pictures of them along with Fisk as Eddie looked at him.

Eddie: Are you alright?

Desmond: I'm fine. . . . .

Fisk was looking at Ethan talking to the reporters as he was answering questions about the partnership until Eddie asked Fisk a question.

Eddie: Mr. Fisk, I have a question for you.

Fisk: Go on.

Eddie: Is it true from what people say about you? Are you really the Kingpin?

Fisk: Those are just false rumours made by my competition who are just jealous with my success.

Suddenly they saw someone entering the press conference as everyone turned around as they saw who it was.

Eddie: Holy Crap. . . L Thompson Lincoln.

Desmond: Who's that?

Eddie: People say he's a business man but he's also a criminal known as Tombstone.

Desmond saw Lincoln making his way towards the stage as Reporters and Photographers were talking about him as he went up the stage and spoke on the microphone.

Lincoln: Sorry everyone, I just want to have a talk with Mister Fisk. Continue your speech Mister Carter.

Fisk looked at him as Both men were at the back as they were talking to each other.

Fisk: How can I help you Lincoln?

Lincoln: Simple, Stay out of my way Fisk.

Fisk: What are you talking about?

Lincoln: Don't play dumb with me, You took over one of my warehouse just before you came to New York. I know your game, Your trying to gain back power to the Underworld.

Fisk: That's my plan Lincoln. However You need to understand that New York is my city, Not yours.

Lincoln: If you want a war then you got it.

Fisk: Very well, May the best win.

Desmond was listening to the conference as he didn't want Gionna to see his face as he tried to leave until his Spider senses went off as he saw a huge explosion as everyone began panicking.

Multiple Thugs began surrounding the conference as Desmond managed to sneak past them as Eddie noticed Desmond was gone as The Thugs were saying something.

Thug: Where the hell is Fisk?

Thug: If Fisk doesn't show his face then everyone dies.

Fisk and Lincoln were looking at the commotion as they looked at each other.

Fisk: Is that your men?

Lincoln: That's not my men, Looks like someone wants to get rid of you.

The Thugs were at the stage as Ethan was speaking to them as Gionna was scared. The Thug was gonna shoot both of them until Desmond who was wearing his suit hit a double foot stomp on thug as he shot two web lines at two thugs and hit both of them.

One Thug was gonna shoot him but he jumped over his head as he shot a web line at him and threw him to his friends.

Three Thugs began shooting at him as he was dodging the bullets as he hit one thug with a...

The Last Thug was pointing a pistol at Desmond's head as he immediately disarmed him as he took him down with a...

The Room was clear as The Police along Roxxon arrived as they were checking on the civilians as Desmond left the scene.

Twenty Minutes had passed as Eddie was walking around until he saw Desmond walking towards him as he spoke to him.

Eddie: Where were you?

Desmond: Hiding while taking pictures of the fight.

Eddie: Oh I see but you should be careful next time.

Desmond: Yeah, Look Eddie I gotta go to F.E.A.S.T, I'll see you later.

Eddie: Take care Ketch.

Desmond nodded as he walked away as Eddie was talking to the police officers as Desmond was having thoughts about the incident.

(L Thompson Lincoln makes his appearance and suddenly a group of armed thugs show up and want to kill Fisk. There's a bigger game being played right now)

Desmond called for a taxi as he entered it and asked the driver to drive him to F.E.A.S.T as he began driving towards the centre.

Desmond made it to F.E.A.S.T as he paid the driver and entered the centre as he saw Harry carrying some boxes as he helped him as Harry greeted him.

Harry: Hey Man, Glad to see you here.

Desmond: You too, How are you?

Harry: Good just tired, I've been working nonstop lately.

Desmond: You really need to rest up man, Where's Miles?

Harry: He's busy right now. Probably helping his mother.

Desmond: I see.

Suddenly Both of them heard someone's voice as they turned around and saw who it was.

Tay: Hey there, Are you Harry Osborn?

Harry: That's me, How can I help you?

Anna: We're here to donate some money for F.E.A.S.T.

Tay: You've done such a great job and we love the way your supporting these people.

Harry: Thank you but I also want to Thank Desmond and Miles for helping me.

Tay: Desmond! It's so nice to meet you again!

Desmond: Nice to meet you too.

Anna: So Where can we make the donation?

Harry: Come to my office and we can confirm the donation there.

Tay: Well Desmond, See you.

Anna: Take care.

Desmond saw Harry talking to Anna and Tay as they went to the office as he saw them giving the money to Harry as they both signed the paper as they smiled at each other.

Meanwhile In Fisk's Penthouse, One of his men grabbed a criminal name Dallas who ordered the hit on Fisk as he looked at him.

Thug: Boss, We got the guy who ordered the hit on you.

Dallas: Just watch Fisk, Once-

Fisk grabbed Dallas and broke his back and threw him on the ground as everyone in the room looked at him.

Fisk looked at Dallas who was struggling to get up until he ordered his men to take him away as Fisk was talking to his right hand man James Wesley.

Fisk: James, We have strong competition trying to take me down.

James: Your right about that. It seems that everyone in the underworld wants to get rid of you.

Fisk: That's right, They need to realise They're making a big mistake waging war against me.

James: Right, Tombstone already declared war on you. Fisk.

Fisk: Your right about that. However he wont be a problem at all.

James: There's one question I want to ask you.

Fisk: What is it?

James: The New Spider Man, What do we do about him?

Fisk: He won't be a problem at all.

James: If you say so.

Fisk looked at the window as he was looking at the city in front of him until he said something to Wesley.

Fisk: A Storm is approaching.
