Y/N's P.O.V

So, I've just finished work and I'm on my way back home.

I walk into the building and go up.

I go into mine and Harry's place.

Y/N: Hey, Harry. You here?

Harry: In here, bro.

I go into the kitchen.

Harry: How was work, honey?

I chuckle.

Y/N: It was good, thanks. How was your day off?

Harry: Pretty good. Oh, I've got some information that might interest you.

I sit down.

Y/N: Okay, what is it?

Harry: I got something on the Tracksuits.

Y/N: Holy shit. Are you serious?

Harry: Yep. Word on the street is that their planning on hitting a black market auction happening at the fund rasier that I'm going to tonight.

Y/N: Okay. Can you...?

Harry: Get you on the guest list? Already done. You're my plus one for the evening.

Y/N: Yes. Thank you.

Harry: Just doing my job as your guy in the chair.

Y/N: Again, I thank you.

Harry: Okay. Time to suit up. Just not in the way you normally do.

He shows me a suit to wear.

Y/N: Great. Let's do it.

We suit up and get ready for the fund rasier.

(One hour later)

Harry and I make it to the fund rasier.

We walk into the event hall.

Y/N: There's alot of people here.

Harry: Yeah. I'm guessing the auction hasn't happened yet. Otherwise these rich guys wouldn't be here.

Y/N: Good point.

Harry: Let's grab a drink. We got time to kill.

Harry and I go to the bar and get a drink.

I scan the room for any potential threats, as I do I spot a beautiful dark-haired girl in a red dress standing nearby.

Y/N: (Whispers) Wow.

Harry looks in the same direction.

Harry: She's pretty. Go talk to her.

Y/N: What? No, I'm on mission.

Harry: Go ahead. We've got time. Besides, It's time for you to get back out there after what happened Felicia.

I sigh.

Y/N: Good point.

I go over and talk to her.

Y/N: Hi there.

She looks at me.

???: Hi.

Y/N: I'm Y/N. Y/N Drake.

???: I'm Kate. Kate Bishop.

She and I shake hands.

Y/N: Okay, Kate Bishop. Let me guess. You're here, but you'd rather be anywhere else right now.

She sighs.

Kate: That's right. How'd you know?

Y/N: I'm good at reading people and I'm feeling the same way right now. Trust me.

She laughs.

Kate: So, why are you here then?

Y/N: I'm just here supporting a friend.

Kate: Does he just need you to stand here and look pretty?

I chuckle.

Y/N: Aw. You think I'm pretty?

She smiles.

Kate: I'm just saying that you look handsome.

I smile.

Y/N: Thanks. You look beautiful, if you don't mind me saying.

She smiles.

Kate: Thanks.

After talking for a few more minutes I see Harry giving me a signal. It's time to go.

Y/N: Sorry, I gotta go. So, do you maybe wanna...?

Kate: Yes! I mean, yeah. I'd like to go out with you.

I smile.

Y/N: Okay, great.

She writes down her number and gives it to me.

Kate: Here. Call me later.

Y/N: Will do, Katie. Sorry, if you didn't like that.

She smiles.

Kate: No, it's fine. I don't mind.

Y/N: Okay. I'll call you later, Kate.

I walk off to head down to the auction.

(Five minutes later)

So I use the vents and sneak down to the auction.

I crawl out of the vent and sneak around the wine racks.

The auction has just started.

I can't suit up. I don't wanna draw any attention to myself.

As the auction is happening I see that they have the Ronin suit and sword.

They must have gotten it from the ruins of the Avengers Compound.

I look over and see Kate is down here and she's been spotted.

Y/N: (Whispers) Oh shit.

I go over to help her.

Y/N: Hi, what seems to be the problem here?

I see that it's the boss man Gary.

Gary: Yes Mr. Drake. This girl is where she doesn't belong.

Y/N: Gary, this is my girlfriend. She's with me. She's here with Mr. Osborn and I. She just got a little lost.

I put my arm around her waist and she puts her around mine to play along.

Y/N: So, do we have a problem now?

Gary: No... no, Mr. Drake. Of course not. I apologise.

He walks away.

Kate: Thanks for the save.

Y/N: No problem. Now what are you doing down here, Kate?

Kate: I think my mum's fiancé is up to no good. Why are you down here?

Y/N: Let's just say, I have feeling that alot of people here are up to no good. It's a long story.

Kate: Got it. So...

Out of nowhere the wall blew up and smoke engulfed the room.

A moment later I see a group of men in tracksuits come inside.

It's the Tracksuit Mafia, they're here.

Y/N: Kate, run!

She runs off.

I then sneak off to suit up.

After that I come out and a few of them see me.

???: Spider-Man! Shoot him.

They shoot at me, but I dodge their shots.

I shoot out two web lines and pull a wine rack down on two of them.

I then web zip forward and take kick the last guy into the wall.

Once he's down I turn and see someone wearing the Ronin suit.

Y/N: What the hell?

My spider sense goes off and I look over to see one of them throw a grenade.

Y/N: Oh shit.

I use impact webbing to cover up the grenade and it stops the explosion.

Just then I see Lieutenant Yuri Watanabe come in with a squad of cops.

She immediately comes over to me.

Yuri: Spider-Man, are you okay?

Y/N: Yeah, I'm okay. I've had worse.

Yuri: What happened?

Y/N: There was a black market auction happening down here. The Tracksuit Mafia showed up and blasted a hole in the wall.

Yuri: Damn.

Y/N: One of 'em threw a grenade, but I managed to contain the blast.

Yuri: That's good. 

Y/N: Look, I better go. I got some people to check in on.

Yuri: Okay. We'll handle this.

I nod and leave the building.

After that I web swing away.

Whoever is in that Ronin suit is in serious trouble.

I hope Kate got outta there unharmed.
