Naruto had just been kicked out of the orphanage. He had no home and no one to go to, so he stumbled around the village with no true aim.

He soon approached the large wall that kept him contained withing and leaned against it as he continued to walk, trying to steady himself.

The young boy continued to walk until he hear a click. He looked in the direction of the click, and low and behold, a door had opened up. Naruto stumbled to it and saw that it lead to inside the wall. Curiosity taking over, he entered and began to try to look around. But suddenly, the entrance closed and he was left in the dark. Scared, he started to try to find a wall to guide him. When he did, he heard another click and the entire inside of the wall was lit with candles.

The blonde stared in wonder at the enormous place and realized the entire area was filled with books! He'd always been excited to learn knew things when the rare opportunity arose, and now he stood in front of an entire library all for himself! Then his face fell again. He didn't know how to read.

As if the library read his mind, a book fell in front of him to the floor. First he was afraid that the place would fall on top of him, but when he realized nothing else was falling, he picked up the book and opened it. To his surprise, the pages were filled with symbols that he soon learned were the language he spoke.

He smiled at the prospect of learning how to read, took the desk seat that was short enough for him, and began to learn. He smiled as he absorbed the knowledge, knowing he never wanted to leave the place.

Time Skip

After awhile, he learned the language and placed the book onto the desk. Now knowing how to read, he stood up and looked back at the books. He wanted to know more, he just didn't know where to start. So, like any normal person, he started at the book closest to him.

Though, when he tried to pull it from the shelf, it would not budge. He continued to pull until he fell on his tiny rear and sighed. He then whined, "I wanna learn all there is to learn here, but the book won't come out!"

After he said this, a stack of books came from the shelves in different places. They floated down gracefully, as if placed there by an unknown force. The blonde was slightly afraid, but more happy about getting new reading material. So much so that he didn't notice the previously read book floating back to it's shelf.

He picked up the first book in the pile and brought it to his spot, doing the same thing with the others before starting to read from the new pile. Each book was heavy so he took his time. The books all had the word history on the front, so he assumed that was what he would be learning about next. When he started, he found it interesting and became completely immersed in learning history. Not just the history of Konohagakure, but the history of the world.

Time Skip

The blonde finished the pile and stood to await his next. Something in those texts told him of  the history of this very library, so he now knew  how it worked. It stored every text known to man and was sentient. It listened to what he had to say and he would get a response from a book. The text had also stated that only those it deemed worthy were allowed to enter it's walls and that time became nearly still outside of the walls. So, the blonde smiled up at the shelves and said, "Now that i know you are able to understand me, i'll introduce myself. My name is Uzumaki Naruto. I was kicked out of the orphanage before i found your entrance. I have no family and only one man cares for me, but he will not notice my being gone for awhile. I am truly happy to find someone who is willing to teach me so much. And i am thankful for your help. Even though i have only barely scratched the surface of the knowledge i will learn hear, i am already better for it. So thank you Sensei."

Naruto's stomach then let out a  loud grumble that echoed through the library, and he blushed. The library then materialized a bowl of steaming ramen, a plate of meat, and a side of steaming vegetables. He smiled, picked up his food carefully, brought it to his desk, took his seat, and said, "Itadakimasu!" Then he dug into the meal.

When he finished, he saw a single book on the ground. When he picked it up, he read the cover. It read, Etiquette, Manners, And Social Applications. He frowned at the title, then turned to the first page. Reading it, he realized his rudeness of eating so fast and bowed down to the large space. "I apologize for my rudeness. No one ever taught me that eating fast was rude. I just do it because i never know if the food will be taken if i eat it slow."

Naruto felt a breeze whisk over his face that gave him the feeling that the library understood what he meant. He smiled and took his seat at his once again empty desk, and read the next book.

Time Skip

Once he finished, he stood, walked back to his spot, and stated that he was ready to continue learning. Another pile of books floated down and he read that they were maths.

He did his new routine of picking up one book at a time and soon took his seat to continue reading.

Time Skip

It took what seemed like forever, but Naruto was soon finished with all the math, science, geography, art and design, technology, music, religion, social science, health and sexual education, civilian society, hierarchy, All languages in creation, philosophy, gardening, theatrics, handwriting, dance, leadership, emotions, teamwork, blacksmithing, woodworking, construction, cooking, vocal manipulation, sowing, hunting, preparation, logic, critical thinking, first aid, organization, and career opportunities.

He stood again after closing his book on career opportunities and walked to his usual position. He then bowed before standing up straight and stating clearly, "Sensei, i would like to become a Shinobi. Please teach me in this art."

His reply was a parade of books floating from the shelves to the floor in front of Naruto. He smiled as he picked up a stack and brought it to his desk. Naruto then repeated the process until every stack was at his desk. Opening the first book on chakra, he started reading.

Time Skip

When Naruto finished his last book on the ninja arts, he stood and bowed to the library before making his way to the normal spot. And for the first time since he'd arrived, a person materialized. He remember when he was learning to hunt that the library was able to create materialized objects and living beings, so it wasn't very shocking. what was shocking was that the library began to speak. "Naruto-san, because you have chosen the path of the shinobi, i find that teaching you in combat is the next step. And, i have also decided that, unlike all before you, you are worthy of knowing my true name. I am Chishiki. Now please prepare to begin your training."

Naruto placed his hands in a prayer motion and bowed to his sensei as he said, "Thank you Chishiki-sensei. I am honored to be taught by you." He then stood back up and took a battle stance from one of the books. Preparing to battle, he smiled.

Outside Of The Library

The Hokage had finally found free time to check up on his ward. It'd been nearly two months since he'd last visited the boy. He sighed at how busy he always was and made his way through town with his ANBU on the building tops

When he arrived at the orphanage, the lady greeted him with a smile. She then started updating him on the state of the orphanage and started speaking of financial troubles as she escorted him in.

He let out a sigh of annoyance and said, "Pardon me, but where is Naruto?"

The woman gave him a look of utter innocence, but he could see the scowl behind it. She then said, "Oh, the Uzumaki boy right? I don't know what happened to him. One night he was here, the next, he was gone." She then stood and said, "I'll brew some tea."

After she entered the kitchen, one of the girls came up to him. She said in a hushed voice, "She lied. She threw him out the night after you visited and i haven't seen him since. Hokage-sama, he is better off out of this place. When you find him, don't bring him back here. He deserves better than what that woman gave him."

Then the little girl started backing away. But Sarutobi wanted to ask her something, "What's your name you one? And why do you care so much for Naruto?"

The girl gave him a smile and said, "Well, no one should be treated like that. My name is Tenten."

The old man gave her a nod and a small smile before standing and making his way to the woman in the kitchen. She'd just finished her tea, but he said, "I apologize ma'am, but if Naruto is no longer here, then i must take my leave. Thank you for the hospitality."

Then Sarutobi left, wondering to himself, where are you now Naruto?

Back In The Library

It'd been a long time since he'd began training. His strength was much higher than before and he could even see the changes in his body.

As he and Chishiki-sensei took a break, it said, "Naruto, would you like to know about your personal history now? I kept it from you until now because you were not ready, but you are now."

Naruto gave her a smile and responded. "I would love to, Chishiki-sensei."

Chishiki then grabbed hold of his hands and showed him the troths that he had previously been oblivious to about himself. She even showed him what the fox was doing at that exact moment. So when she let go, she said, "It is time I start teaching you chakra control and jutsu. Before you leave here, i will also have you make a deal with the fuzzball. He will wake up when you start using your chakra, so don't worry about that much. Now, let's get back to work."

Naruto nodded to his sensei and prepared to learn more of what he never knew before.

Outside Of The Library

Sarutobi had just made it out of the orphanage, so he shunshined back to his office. Once he arrived, he summoned two ANBU in front of him and gave them each their own new orders. The first was ordered to find a home for the little Tenten girl with a retired shinobi. The second was ordered to organise a search for the little blonde boy. And that his status as missing was to be kept secret from all who are not a part of the small team.

He was concerned with what the council would do if they found out. But he was even more concerned if his surrogate grandson would be found alive or not. The idea that he wouldn't sent the old man reeling as he said, "Dismissed," to the ANBU in his office.

He decided then that he'd stop thinking about the worst case scenario. Naruto had to be alive. There was no other option.

Back In The Library

Naruto stood in front of his sensei and bowed before casting a jutsu he'd just learned. He had recently learned how to perform jutsu without yelling out what they were called, so he kept his mouth shut as a blue orb of spinning chakra grew in his hand. He then aimed it at the training dummy and watched it hit the wall behind it from the jutsu's power. Finished, he turned back to his sensei and showed her the orb that stayed.

She nodded and said, "Naruto, i believe it is time to communicate with that fox demon within you."

Naruto nodded and took his meditative seat as she had instructed him he would have to do when the time came.

Meditating, Naruto soon opened his eyes in a dark sewer type place with water flowing up to his ankles. He walked forwards, somehow knowing exactly where to go. So he soon came face to face with a large cage that had a single seal keeping it closed.

Walking closer, he stepped to the center of the room and stopped. The beast inside growled and swatted at Naruto through the bars, but the blonde didn't move. He just continued to stare intently at the fox.

Kurama pulled his paw back and glared at Naruto. He then asked, "What do you want Jailor?"

Naruto went right to the point, "Kyuubi, i know of what happened on the day of your attack so i hold no hate for you. I have also been informed of the very useful fact that any deal you make, you cannot go back on other wise you will be killed. So i have come to make a mutually beneficial deal with you. In exchange for me modifying to seal to give you more freedom and a better home while i contain you, and giving you a physical form when i see you've earned it, i ask you to give me a powerful and unique bloodline limit and that you lend me your chakra when needed. This is also mutually beneficial because i also know that if i die, you die. And because of my status as the nine tails jinchuriki and son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki, i will have many attempts on my life. Therefore, you make modifications to me for our mutual protections, and i give you a sense of freedom you would not have obtained from your previous jailors." Naruto paused, looked into the kyuubi's eyes, and asked, "So, do we have a deal?"

Kurama was impressed with the boy. He hadn't bothered looking threw the boy's eyes yet, but he now wanted to know how the boy of what looked like, the age of four, could know so much. He only ever knew of- He then asked, "Answer me this, have you been learning from a sentient library by any chance?"

Naruto nodded to the fox, which caused the furball to growl. He hadn't seen her in centuries, and now his vessel was being taught by her. Just perfect. He then said, "Fine, i'll make the deal. But before that, i would like to add the condition that you must train with me within your mind as well, to strengthen it from attack, and that i can also modify other things when i make the modifications."

Naruto nodded once again and stated, "That seems reasonable. Now, how long will the transformation take?"

The kyuubi replied, "About an hour. And, just warning you now kid, its gonna hurt."

Naruto nodded and walked to the edge of the cage before reaching his hand through. The kyuubi got the signal, lifted his paw, and grabbed hold of Naruto's hand. They then both said, "It's a deal," at the same time and shook on it.

Their chakra's began to swirl together around the handshake and both were soon engulfed in a purple flame. Naruto couldn't bite back his screams for very long before he was consumed by them.

Naruto's body began to grow a bit stronger looking, but besides that, his outer appearance remained the same. Inside, his chakra network was being changed and so was his DNA. Even his scent was becoming something new.

So, an hour later, when he came out of the blue flames, he gave the kyuubi a smile. "Thank you. Now let me modify that seal while you tell me about my kekkai genkai and any other modifications you made."

Naruto then began to float as he approached the seal and started modifications. Kurama smiled and replied, "Well, the bloodline will allow you to copy every bloodline you can. Your chakra has also been modified to accommodate every element there is. This ability also made it possible for me to give you control of what you smell like at a given time. For example, if your on a mission being tracked, you can just change your sent to get away. Or if you wanna mess with a ninja of a dog or wold based clan, you can overlap your scent. The process also boosted your reserves." The kyuubi let out a chuckle for his accomplishments before continuing. "You also have the ability to give those around you a kekkai genkai. Its totally random so they might get something totally useless, or they could get something really amazing."

Naruto finished modifying the seal and activated it, transforming the murky sewer into a large field. Grass and flowers littering the ground, trees to the side, a river to another, a bright sun, and the cage replaced by an extending leash.

Kurama didn't much like the leash, but decided it was better than the cage as he stretched out. Naruto then said, "Kurama, you are able to control whether its day or night in here. And, you do realize that last part of my ability could get us into even more trouble right? If someone wanted to have a bloodline, they could just kidnap me and use me for their own gain."

Kurama frowned, not having thought of that. Then he said, "Well, there's an easy solution for that. Only share the information of you limit with those you deem trustworthy enough."

Naruto nodded and stated, "Just in case that doesn't work out, i'll have both you and Chishiki-sensei make me resistant to torture methods of both the body and the mind."

Kurama nodded and started walking towards the water, "Good thinking, kit."

Naruto nodded and stated, "Well, i should be getting back to Chishiki-sensei now. We can start training when i go to sleep."

Before getting a reply, Naruto came back to the library and stood up. He then spoke, "Chishiki-sensei, we made the deal and he modified me accordingly. The bloodline allows me to copy the bloodlines of those i meet. Though there is a slight drawback, so i will need to hide my bloodline when i leave here. And just in case i fail at keeping it a secret, i need to be trained in pain resistance. So as to avoid allowing torture to coerce me into doing something i do not wish to for an enemy."

Chishiki nodded, "Alright. I will be sure to add that to the training."

Naruto nodded and stated, "To make the bloodline work correct, he also changed my wind chakra into chakra of all of the elements. And he increased my chakra supply so i will need to work harder on chakra control again. He has also said that he will train me in my mind as well, so we will be starting that during my sleep."

Chishiki then said, "Well, we should get back to training then. Slacking off will just lead to a longer time of being here."

Naruto nodded and prepared to start training again. Then he noticed a tingling sensation in his brain. He looked at Chishiki and asked, "Sensei, do you by chance have a bloodline that i could copy? I believe the kyuubi forgot to mention a sensing ability for those with kekkai genkai."

She nodded knowingly and stated, "Copy it. It will give you the ability of a perfect memory. That way, everything you have every learned,you will forever be able to look back on. Even at your young age."

Naruto nodded and focused on the ability. When he felt it enter his mind, he felt a burn on his back. He gave Chishiki a questioning look, so she took a look at his back and saw the symbol of her clan burnt into his skin. She smiled and said, "It looks like for every bloodline you gain, you also gain the mark of their designated clan."

Naruto nodded in understanding prepared to start the practice and she did the same.

Outside The Library

Time Skip

Sarutobi sat in his office, doing paperwork to find Naruto. It had almost been a year since anyone'd seen him. He was very worried and just didn't know what to do about it. So he decided, if Naruto wasn't found within the day, he would make Naruto's missing status public. Especially since the next day would be Naruto's 5th birthday.

He needed his surrogate grandson back.

Back Inside The Library

Naruto stood 3 inches taller than before with athlete's muscles as he threw a flaming rasengan through the air. The ball of blue flame hit the practice dummy, engulfing it in flames. When the flames dispersed, you could see a needle sized hole in the center of the dummy's chest. When he released his one handed jutsu, water started leaking from the hole. Naruto then ran forward and started healing what he'd done to the dummy, making it look as if it hadn't just sustained fatal internal damage and third degree burns. Finally, he placed a seal on the dummy that made it come to life.

Turning around, he bowed to the place where Kurama and Chishiki were standing and said, "Thank you Chishiki-sensei, Kurama-sensei."

The two sensei's nodded to their student and Chishiki stated, "You are ready to go back now Naruto. I sense that waiting any longer would cause problems for you on the outside. Besides, tomorrow is your fifth birthday!"

Kurama then said, "Which is why, we have an early gift for you, kit."

Naruto was puzzled by the idea of getting a birthday gift from someone besides the hokage, but gave a smile to the two. So they pulled out four scrolls from behind their backs. Chishiki then said, "These are summons. The two in my hands are for the wolf and toad summons."

Then Kurama smiled and said, "And in my tails are the scrolls for the fox summons and the snake summons. Each summoner is required to take a test by the summons, so don't rush threw these. Sign them in here and after we leave, you can summon them."

Naruto nodded happily and waited to sign each scroll with his blood.

Both of his sensei's placed his gifts in front of him and he began to sign. A few seconds later, he was the proud summoner of four summons. Though he waited to complete it as Kurama told him to. Kurama then kissed Chishiki's cheek and said, "I will see you again someday i hope my sweet Chishi. Goodbye." He then disappeared, re-entering Naruto's mind. Chishiki blushed and said, "Alright Naruto, i doubt we'll ever see each other again, so this is goodbye." They both started tearing up at the idea of never seeing each other again.

Then an idea came to Naruto. "Chishiki-sensei, what if i make a sort of summoning contract with you? That way we can see each other again in the future. All i need is some ink and a piece of sealing paper. Then i can put a seal on you so that i can summon you someday and we can catch up!"

Chishiki smiled and said, "That would be perfect. Write it and place it on the back of my bookshelf."

So he did just that and they both gave each other smiles and hugs before saying their goodbyes. "Even if we'll see each other again, we still won't for a long time. So goodbye Naruto, you have been a great pleasure to teach."

Naruto nodded and said, "Its been a pleasure to be taught by you Chishiki-sensei. You are like family. Goodbye."

They then gave each other a final hug and the door to the exit opened. Naruto walked back outside and looked back as the door closed, giving his teacher a final wave goodbye.

Woe. Hey guys, that chapter was, well, amazing. I don't know where a story like this came from, but its now here. Following chapters might be shorter, but i don't know yet. Anyways, thanks for reading and i'd really appreciate some votes, comments, and shares. See yah in the next one.
