A no-nonsense, strict, hot tempered, very disciplined person. He's very straightforward person and it also makes him a little arrogant, according to the other people. Vikrant and Monami's best friend. Aditi's cousin elder brother. He loves her like his own little sister. Monami's love interest. He loves her secretly since childhood but he hasn't confessed yet. He knows a secret of hers. He keeps it close to his heart but he hasn't said anything about it to her cousin elder brother and his best friend, Vikrant. He also knows about Aditi's ability but it's also a secret for Vikrant. He does believes in supernatural beings and incidences.

ASP Monami Mahajan
Age 25
A bubbly, fun-loving, carefree, caring, well disciplined and very protective person. Basically, baby of this group. Best friend of Karan and Aditi. Cousin younger sister of Vikrant. She loves and irritates him very much as a little sister. She always listens everything that Karan says. Only she can handle his temper. She's an aura reader and knows how to communicate with someone through their dreams. Karan knows about this but because of Vikrant's thought process over these kinds of things, he hasn't shared this with him since childhood. Karan's love interest and has yet to realise her feelings for him.

ACP Vikrant Singhal
Age 28
A no-nonsense, well disciplined, hot tempered personality. He loves her cousin younger sister, Monami very much. Best friend of Karan and Aditi since childhood. Aditi's love interest. He knows that Aditi loves him but didn't know how to respond to that but he can't even see her with anyone else. Aditi hasn't confessed to him face to face but he knows her in and out. He doesn't belive in supernatural beings or incidences. He doesn't know anything about Aditi's ability.

ASP Aditi Sharma
Age 25
A carefree yet very careful, protective, nerd yet a little fun-loving, caring and a punctual personality. She's Karan's cousin younger sister. She seems more serious than her age but in front of Vikrant and Karan, she's like a little baby girl who needs care, pampering and a little bit of protection. Best friend of Vikrant and Monami since childhood. She shares certain types of bonds with the three. She knows that Vikrant doesn't belive in these supernatural things and that's why she hasn't shared anything about her ability to see, feel and communicate with the spirits, with him. Karan and Monami knows about this. Vikrant's love interest. She loves him but hasn't said anything to Vikrant yet.

They are childhood best friends and they loves eachother and cares for eachother very much. Karan and Vikrant has a very strong bond just like, Monami and Aditi.

They all were working in a different city but because of a curtain case, they were being transferred to Shaitan Chowki, Mumbai.

They will be the part of the Special Crimes Unit and they will look after the special cases which are still unsolved.

KoZi and SidSa won't be here as it's altogether a different story.
