The Lunacy of Duke Niles of Nohr

Nohr

A woman knocked on the door and waited. She blushed and tried to regain her composure, but it failed when the door opened.

A man stood there with toffee skin and white hair. He smiled, and whispered, "So, shall we dance?"

The woman - Charlotte - threw herself into Niles' arms. "Darling!"

"My sweet Charlotte... Would you like to be my wife?"

Charlotte nods and follows Niles, happy to be with her beloved.

Duke Niles of Nohr.

Amnesic, sole survivor of a massacre.

And the one kidnapping women from around Nohr.

Hinoka, a wandering soldier from Hoshido.

Azura, a village girl.

Camilla, the older princess of Nohr.

And Corrin, a Nohrian noblewoman.... As well as his childhood friend.

There were several more women, but these four were his favorites...

Especially Corrin........

Who knew that making a demon contract to change his appearance and make women fall for him? And to wipe everyone's memories of him to allow him to keep his harem? Perfect.

Niles sat down, stroking Corrin's hair. He smiled and placed a kiss on her forehead. Oh how he loved this....

"Niles," a voice from behind hissed.

He turned to see Tharja glaring at him. "Yes?"

"Where are the other pieces of sin?"

"Somewhere," he replied. "I'm busy."

"I gave you the Lust Sword to get the other sin fragments. Do so."

"Whatever," he replied.

"You'll get caught."

"Never," he replied.

He heard knocking on the door. Gently pushing Corrin off, he got up. "Perhaps it is another woman.... Later, Tharja."

Niles left his basement (and harem) to go upstairs. He passed by the portraits, silently glad that he burned his portrait, and his diaries. He didn't want to remember his past. His horrible, wretched past.

He opened the door to see a women in blue and white kimono, with her gray hair up in a red ribbon. She held her hands close to her chest and head down, somewhat flustered.

"Such a lovely woman..." Niles cooed. "Shall we dance?"

The woman nodded and stepped closer to Niles. He reached out to touch her hair and smiled.

In that second, pain erupted in his chest. He gasped and fell back, feeling the purple blood leave his body. He looked up his assailant and gasped.

It wasn't a woman.

It was a man with amber eyes and a cruel smile.

"I am Prince Takumi of Hoshido. I heard that my sister Hinoka was kidnapped by a monster, so I investigated, and heard of your home. I pretended to be a woman to stab you with this poisoned and magical blade....." Takumi laughed.

Niles collasped, in pain. He could feel the spell break as his life ebbed away, and suddenly women passed him, screaming.

No....

His harem......

He saw Corrin run pass, and he slowly reached his hand out. "Co-Corrin."

She paused and stared at him.

The same Corrin who called him ugly long ago......

The one who jilted him.....

Words failed Niles. He closed his eyes and dropped his head, dead.

Unable to confess his love to Corrin.

And so Niles did alone. Not even Tharja said goodbye. She took his weapon and fled.

And thus this became known as "The Venomania Event."

Fun fact: Leo was supposed to be Karchess, but Takumi was picked instead.
